They lost another star due to most of the human run checkout lines have now become automated, so prices have tripled over the last 4 years, but now you get less service and have to check yourself out?!? (not helpful when you have a large cart full of groceries.). Anyway, one more star lost due to many common items are not available or they don't carry and they keep moving sections around and it takes longer to find what you need. Sign of the times?
