The CVS on Rufe Snow in Keller is awful!! Rude, dismissive, demeaning!! My daughter just got diagnosed with bronchitis and needed a prescription medication to breathe. I was told they would not fill it until tomorrow since they closed in 30 minutes. Really!!! You can't stay open just 15-20 more minutes to help a mother who needs this for a sick child. I've set a total of 2 hours on hold because the Pharm filled and sent the wrong medication. After another 30 mins of waiting, they argued with me that they sent the right medication. I said no, I'm looking at it in my hand and then was disconnected. Now 1 hour later, I'm still on hold. This is so upsetting. 3 phone calls, and 9 days of sorting this out I'm STILL ON HOLD!!!!!! the Pharm should have called me right back when we were disconnected. So this review is for the photo service at this location, which I must say, made me happy. I needed a whopping 4 prints, and I knew I was going to use some on-line service to upload, print and pick up later. The question was, "Which one?" I wanted to be able to pick these up in an hour or so, and I wanted it close to the house. Options included Walmart, Walgreen's and CVS. Well CVS won on proximately alone. So imagine my surprise when my new CVS photo service account gave me 25 free 4x6 pictures. Not only did I get my 4 pictures for free, I printed a few extras too. Quality and color of the prints was very good and even the regular price (I think 19 cents) was low enough that I'll still consider CVS for these "I need it quick jobs." So bottom line: Definitely liked the convenience and price (free). read more

The guy told me to do that and have the CVS call - when I said I needed to know which CVS had the medication because I didn't want to start calling all the CVS stores, he told me I was rude. I called to see if they take walk ins for the covid vaccination and was told they do by their customer service. They said starting at 10am on Sunday. My husband and I were there at 10:15. The couple ahead of us had an appointment for 11 and the pharmacist sent them away because they were to early. Then when we requested the vaccine she sent us away too! Said to come back at the end of the day. What does that even mean? I explained that their corporate office said they took walk ins starting at 10am, she still sent us away. Unbelievable! I verified with CVS automated system that my prescription was ready. Not the case! The person who waited on me made sure the prescriptions of everyone else were filled first, I suppose in objection to my expressed dissatisfaction with the automated system, which she referred to as a "glitch." About an hour later I was still told that my prescription was not ready, when I stated I would call corporate HQ, they quickly had the prescription ready. I did call corporate and they do not answer their phones and there is no one available to talk to about issues. I guess they would rather you go quietly to provide feedback through their private website, which is why I am posting my complaint here where it can be viewed by the public and they can chose, as I will, to go to another location or not to go to CVS at all. read more

I was feeling sick and needed testing for an upcoming trip. I came for a 5:30pm appointment for rapid covid test. After waiting 20 min I drove up to the drive thru and asked if I should've done that instead and was told to wait out front and wait for a call. At 8:15pm and still no call after I called twice to get updates they just tell me to wait. I went to the drive thru a second time where they said my name was not in the system even though I showed confirmation the first time at 5:50pm. There's also a lack of communication between departments because the pharmacy told me to wait out front but the clinic told me to go through drive thru. It's ridiculous I had to wait 3 hours to not be seen because they closed testing. And they sent me off to another 24hr clinic that didn't even have availability for another 2 days. A waste of time and bad service. They said they could find out if my name was accidentally deleted but that does me no good. I needed a test not them pointing fingers. read more

The help there was amazing and attentive. Koral (red head lady) was the one who said hello as I entered and answered every question I had promptly. She also informed me of his joining the reward program would help me save money and swiftly added me to the system. I had alot it questions about the program but she had even more answers it was close to closing also and she didn't act like I was taking up her time at all. By the end I wanted to make sure someone knew how amazing her service was to me And the ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 starts was because the manager didn't seem to happy to be summoned to the front and acted like it was an inconvenience to let me know how I could help get this girl the recognition she deserves. I made a point to make this review because her manager didn't seem too impressed so I hope his her manager's managers and all their mommas see this review of how amazing coral was. CVS Pharmacy - CVS corner of Ruffe Snow and Tarrant - Drugstores Near Me - KELLER, Texas

Went in to by Advil Allergy and Sinus. It's one of those you have to show your license to buy. My license expired this month so pharmacist said I couldn't purchase. Under normal circumstances he's right. However, with covid governor Abbott has declared an emergency disaster and no licenses are expired until 60 days after his order ends. I offered to show him the letter I had from DPS explaining this. He told me he got his licensed renewed. Which you can do but it's by appointment only and currently first available appoint is about two months out. So pretty sure he bold fave lied. Then he told me he couldn't override the system on the the register. Also a bold face lie because I went to the CVS on 1709 2.miles away, showed them my expired license and the DPS letter and they rang me up in about 15 seconds. So the point is the male pharmacist here is just to lazy and/or just doesn't care at all about customer service. Skip the Rufe Snow/Tarrant CVS and go to the one on 1709and Rufe Snow instead as they seem to actually care about helping people. Not a fan. Came here as a first-timer because a doctor ordered a prescription to the wrong CVS (we have one much closer to our home). My experience is directly tied to the pharmacy. I elected to walk-in versus the drive-thru since I wasn't sure if the order was ready yet. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes (!) just to get someone's attention (after watching 4 employees in white jackets work on other "things" behind the counter) I was finally greeted by a young who was quite rude. There was no acknowledgement of my waiting for a while (fine), and he had me repeat my last name and date of birth three times (whatever), he then decided to roll his eyes when I asked if there was a generic version of the $200 medicine he was quoting me. I wasn't too happy with this response and was even more disappointed when, yes, there was a (much) cheaper alternative to my order. Why wouldn't that even come up in conversation when my order was being rung up? I mean, when there's a $160 difference in price for a prescription it should be policy for CVS techs to at least bring it up- and not just assume the customer wants the more expensive version. Very frustrating. Oh, and this CVS is located on a busy intersection so getting into a parking spot will require some patience if you are visiting during a busy time (rush hour). read more

Will NEVER go back!!!! After going to this pharmacy for many years we are tired of being treated poorly and dealing with bad customer service. I am so mad after dealing with them today it is hard to even write this review. Everytime we go there lately we are greeted with unhappy workers. They make us wait without an greeting. The wait is always long and the NEVER have our medication read even though we call it in and put in a pick up time. Sometimes they even try to act like it is our fault and tell us the order wasn't to be ready until a whole different day! This last month they have done the following: - Promised to have my son's medicine ready and did not. Showed up at the next morning when they opened (because he cannot go for very long without his meds) and they were upset because we wanted to sit in their drive for 5 minutes because they were late opening. We saw the main guy (older man with beard) walking in late! Told us to come back in 20 minutes because he wasn't ready for us (very rudely). Came back in 1 hour and they were still not ready. Once again no apology, just rudeness. Finally gave us one prescription but told us the other one they were out of (the doctor called it in a week ago). - Tried to give us generic even though the doctor always marks it name brand only. This has been going on for about 6 months now and have to deal with this each time we go on. - When my son went to pick up his meds last month they told him insurance didn't cover it and charged him almost $400. Keep in mind this is the same medicine we have been getting from them for the last 7 years. I had to have my insurance company contact them to get it right because CVS kept telling us it was the insurance company. According to my insurance company CVS didn't inquire by calling in like CVS claimed. - Three months ago they double charged us. We had to go back and get that handled and we had to wait and sit for ever. - Almost every time we go now the medicine is not ready. Then we have to wait for 10 more more minutes. What is the point of calling it in and choosing a pick up time if we just have to wait every time? It is too bad that after 7 years we are treated so poorly that we now have to go look for pharmacy. This one is so close but after today I am willing to drive for better service! Hopefully they will get new employees or give them some training soon! read more

This CVS pharmacy is horrible. If you CAN go somewhere else, DO IT!!! They CONSISTENTLY screw up my Rx. It is an Rx that the Dr has to call in each month. And EVERY month it is either not ready when it was promised or NOT ready, period. They always offer some kind of excuse but never fix whatever efffed up processes are in place. read more

This review solely ties to the minute clinic. I called the 800 number before hand to tell them that my refill ran out and that I'd need to go into the clinic for a check up so they could write me a new prescription. The lady on the phone listed all the medications they could give me and mine was on that list. I go in and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen, but the lady was so unprofessional and rude. She talked to me like I didn't understand anything and thought it was ridiculous that I would ask her to write me a new prescription. When I told her that I called and they said she could help me, she told me that she wasn't willing to do it. I don't know if that was because she couldn't or wouldn't, it could've been either. They are always very speedy getting medicine to me, they have a lot of people they are trying to get to and in my experience though sometimes they can't get to me immediately and I have to circle the drive through twice it's always within a reasonable time, and they are very friendly too! Much better CVS than the one at Tarrant and Beach! They take their time getting info to you that you need, and have let me pick up medicine when I would have probably been asked to wait another day anywhere else. You can tell when someone cares and makes sure what they are doing is right which I appreciate. My healthy is worth the cost and few more minutes it takes to get there since Tarrant and Beach location is closer. read more

Pharmacy wouldn't renew my Ambien prescription on June 29 because they said it wasn't due to be renewed until July 2. Told them I was leaving town on July 1 and I needed it sooner. They said when I reached my travel destination after July 2 I could have a CVS at that location contact my store for the script. Arrived Bradenton Florida on July 3 and attempted the above; was told that Florida state law forbids this practice. Now I am stuck in Florida without my Ambien! Worst pharmacy. Have met my max out of pocket with my insurance. They continue to try to charge me for prescriptions because they put it through incorrectly to my insurance. I have sat for an hour waiting for them to even call my insurance to fix the problem. I can't leave because they have my insurance card and medicine. They have a horrible attitude. I will never come back to this CVS, or possibly any Minute Clinic. I arrived well before the estimated wait time with my sick toddler today. We were the only patients there. We didn't have any problems checking in. Their lunch time was posted from 1:30-2:30... no problem... with the estimated wait time we were to be seen at 2:30. After waiting patiently with my sick 3 year old until 2:45, the Dr came out to tell me she was going to go take her lunch break now. WHAT?!? She said to come back or wait an hour. I said I'm sorry but your posted lunch time is 1:30-2:30, I had already kept my daughter awake almost 1.5 hours late from her nap time to drive 40 minutes to this pharmacy. The Dr was not even attempting to be helpful in anyway. All I needed was for her to look at my daughter's left ear but she insisted that the times were just estimates and I could either wait or come back.
