I'm happy with some deals I got on supplements and snacks at this store, but the pharmacy is not the best at fulfilling orders. One medication I really needed, they didn't have enough pills and I had to wait four days for them to get a delivery. I can forgive this, as the Rx was for a 6 month supply, and therefore hundreds of pills. But then yesterday, I was waiting for an antibiotic I needed ASAP, and when the phone and email alerts came through telling me it was fulfilled, I showed up at the pharmacy 30 minutes later and they said it wouldn't be filled for another twenty minutes. Why send the robocall to notify me that my prescription is ready if it is not? They are polite and professional in person, but getting ahold of medications is occasionally a mess. I might try changing pharmacies. Their days and hours are also limited. This has not affected me too much, but if you need better availability the Walgreens pharmacy down the street on North Tarrant & Beach is open until 9, and is also open on weekends. read more

The pharmacist is the rudest unprofessional unkind and unknowing pharmacist I've ever dealt with. The reason why this store has the reviews it has. They always mess up your prescriptions nee on time and they close in the weekend. Only started happening on her watch. For your own peace choose another pharmacy until they get rid of her. I'm not sure how this location could get any worse. I hate to sound like a Karen but here I am. I came in and happen to come across the sale isle (didn't realize they were close to closing) I asked the kid checking me out to check the blanket price and make sure it was on sale. (Told me the wrong price- but I noticed I got the sale price. No big deal- right ? ) Come to payment I wanna split tenders and i don't know how the kid is confused how to split the tenders. My total was roughly $48 and some change. I told him to put in the $36 I'm paying on card... and the rest cash. He told me that he needs to take cash first- I don't mind. But little sir couldn't tell me the amount I needed to give him for cash (I work retail. He can type the card amount and tell me the cash remaining) "uhh I have to take cash first. So how much" i told him $15 (happened to realize i have only $20) dude seems annoyed.. At this point I'm amazed because the technology seems to not work without the user having knowledge on how to work a register. So I tell him "you know what I'll do a 20". Longest check out of my damn life. I used my calculator to total it all out so he could type it in but it still seem to be over complicated. Called to get an update on my prescription that I called in two days ago and was told the pharmacy was closed until MONDAY. It's Friday. So people can't get their meds at all over the weekend. No reason. Just closed. My doctor is closed during the weekend so I can't get her to move my prescription to another pharmacy. Walgreens needs approval for that to happen for my particular meds. So now I get to go sit at an ER for God knows how long and pay an "emergency care visit" of $475 just to get my meds. This Walgreens is absolute garbage. Never send your meds there. The one on Keller Pkwy only 10 minutes away is amazing and they're open later than most. read more

Every time I go to the pharmacy they know me by my name and are very friendly! The pharmacist is always making my medication ready when I need it. I've been to a lot of pharmacy's in my life and this one is the best! I have some very expensive medications and they always get me the best price because alot of times places like good rx will be cheaper than my insurance! They don't have to do that , but they do!! And they've already done this prior to me picking up my medicine. No other pharmacy does that, trust me!!!! As long as I'm alive, this is my forever pharmacy!! I have been coming here for awhile and haven't had any issues. I usually come here to get pictures developed. I love how user friendly uploading pictures on the Walgreens website and the different sizes available for the pictures. The pictures are good quality and so are the prices. I like that when you enter the cashier greets you. I notice when I go to the photo center there isn't anyone there so it's nice that they have a button you can press for assistance. There are plenty of places to park. read more

Wow flu medicines are hard to find. Thuy has the flu and she swears by Theraflu (which, by the way, is sold under the Alka Seltzer brand now). Thankfully this location had some, though it was the store brand. This is an OK Walgreens in a decent, easy to access location. I thought the huge mirrors along the back ceiling were interesting. Sure makes it easy to see who is doing what. Also out front was the rather cool looking eVgo electric car charging station (see photos). PS. Outdoor Redbox too. read more

I went to this Walgreens while I was in the neighborhood visiting friends! I always catch myself browsing through the make up and perfume---I just can't help it! My compliments to Dawn who was working in the Cosmetics Department that night! She was so friendly, very helpful and did not hover while I looked around! Typical Walgreens, this one has seen better days. It's not 24-hours so expect the place to be closed by 9:00p every night. But still, it's clean inside and the employees are friendly. There's also a quick charge station outside for my EV, which is a bonus! I used my Chargepoint membership card and was able to fill 40% battery in less than 15 minutes. Just enough time to jump inside, do a little shopping and then be on my way. read more

This has got to be the absolute worst store I've been to. Their customer service is horrendous. We have had multiple wait times at the photo counter up to 15 minutes with no one in front of us-just waiting on an associate to come help. Today we were second in line at the register and waited over 5 minutes (because the cashier was that slow) Then after that five minutes he finally called for assistance to get another cashier to help TWICE with no response-they never came. We finally were checked out after over 10 minutes waiting in line. How terrible is that! There are plenty of other Walgreens/CVS if I were you I would avoid this place. read more

My wife and I use this store mainly for the photo lab and pharmacy. Every single time we use this location, we have to stand at the photo counter and wait for someone to notice us. Today was no different. We walked in around 11am and did not see any other customers in the store. We walked right past the cashier, who seemed to be some type of supervisor based on his dress code. He did not acknowledge us, instead continued to talk to a coworker across the store about how he takes the generic brand of cold and flu product when he's sick because it's the best. We stood at the photo counter for 3 or 4 minutes until he noticed us standing there and began to walk towards us. He stopped halfway and apparently changed his mind, and went out of his way to turn to his coworker and ask if they could help in the photo department. Apparently they said no, because he turned around and walked back to the front and paged someone to help us. After the woman helped us, we went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my wife. I was looking in the drug aisles and a female worker came up next to me, concentrating on filling a display with product from the aisle. She ignored me and did not speak a word to me. After the pharmacist helped my wife, he came out to the aisle and asked if I needed help. This store is a freaking joke and apparently the pharmacy is the only department who can be proactive and help customers. As someone who has been in retail store management for many years, their corporate management needs to take a closer look at this store's constant poor performance in customer service and make some changes. We will be looking for other businesses to help with our photo and pharmacy needs from now on. read more
