We wanted to sample a little extra and got the catfish platter with sweet potato fries too. WHEN I SAY SOOOO GOOOOOOD Ms. Charlotte helped serving to our table which was a really sweet touch. Everything came out piping hot and fresh. Philly cheesesteak? Phenomenal. Seasoned, tender, and had banana peppers cooked in which I LOVE. Sweet potato fries? Homemade, hot, fresh, crispy, and salted to perfection. Catfish? Fried perfectly. Not soft but not "hard" crunchy either. Paired with the homemade tartar is the bee's knees. Wings? Crispy, only downside, lots of mango, no, habanero. We stayed and chatted with Ms. Charlotte a while after and got some history on her husband, Dave, and the restaurant. We truly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to be back!

Anyway back to Panda, it's a nice quick meal that doesn't disappoint. Although concerning the super greens; why is there cabbage in it? Cabbage is not a super greens I would like to see more kale or collard greens along with broccoli. For those on a low carb diet due to diabetes and other health issues; quality super greens are beneficial. My favorite entrees are string bean chicken; I love the crunchy texture of the string beans, I also have to have orange chicken, it seems to be made with white meat and it has a fabulous orange sauce that's addictive. I would eat more of the teriyaki chicken but it's dark chicken and I don't like the flavor. My suggestion would be to use chicken breast. Once arriving we looked for the curbside pickup spaces but none were marked so we just pulled in close to store, we checked in on the app, nevertheless I decided to just drive through once at the window we were greeted and mention we were here for curbside pickup, she told us just to pull around they're wasn't any marked spaces and she would bring out was just waiting on the Chicken.Which we did. Shortly after she brought it out piping hot. Once home we tore into the package to discover churros were missing & without hesitation I ran back to informed them, they fixed me up with double orginal order in about 5 minutes, OMG I was thinking hoped my food didn't get cold....but too happy to double up on the churros.
