Whoever works Tuesday evenings seems to fumble ALL THE TIME. Twice this location has come up with weird excuses to cancel orders. The lied about food being stolen and than suddenly cancelled on our uber driver and they've cancelled once before 20 minutes in. Decent location. They could step up the table bussing though. I'm no fan of the Freestyle "all-in-one" soda fountains. They bottleneck a line of people. They are frankly choice-overkill, further binding up the line. And way too often they are out of ingredients for mainstay drinks which has resulted in a strange new atmosphere of acceptance that was far less common with standard fountain spigots. This Wendy's for example is out of like half the choices, even plain Coke, and it's just shrugged off. Tons of choices of what we don't want is not improvement. Obiously, they're better for the businesses bottom line, not the customer's. I'll be glad when they fall out of fashion. read more

I'm not normally one to complain but I was craving wendys today, to be more specific, I wanted the cheese fries but I ordered the #3 to make it cheaper. There was no problem with ordering but then they took forever and two other customers came in. It's clear they forgot about me and never made my order so I just left. Only thing I got was the drink. Sat in the line for about 25 minutes on Christmas Eve-line was long and slow understandingly for the holiday- the car in front of us pulls away mysteriously as it's their turn to order, we get to order and figure out why- are told CC machine is broken and they are only accepting cash. S happens, machines break, but to not put a sign outside or have someone standing out there to tell people before wasting valuable time is infuriating. I was very happy to see the recent renovations to this location. The dining area is kept very clean. During this visit I chose the drive through. Ashley was very polite and I was greeted when I arrived at the window. The biggest concern was the freshness of food. There were so many other customers being served I watched my order sit after it was made for a considerable amount of time before it was bagged and given to me. If I hadn't already driven off before tasting the fries I would have went back to complain. They were so dry and cold you would think they were made the day before. Literally the worst staff here. I had a simple order of a large coke and a 6 piece nugget. They gave me no total at the speaker, rookie mistake number one. I arrive at the window there's 6 people visible with the window open, one guy took my card without saying one work to me, gave me my drink and card back still no words exchanged. He's talking to everyone else but the customer. I'm patiently waiting for my nuggets and a girl approached the window asking me "what ma'am?" I said : "what do you mean what, I'd like my nuggets " They were way too busy playing around to know I haven't received my order. The food is what I expect from Wendy's, which is a bit above the typical fast-food quality, but the service at the drive thru was quite slow and then I still didn't receive my entire order. Sensing I didn't receive everything, pulled over and checked, to learn that two burgers were missing. As I went inside, they recognized me and said they were still working on the rest. I'm not happy that they told me I had everything, but I do prefer that my burgers were being prepared fresh rather than having been sitting in a warmer waiting for me to arrive. I can't brag about it, but I can't bash it. I know what to expect from fast food, and Wendy's does an above average job providing decent quality and consistency at a budget-friendly price. Worst fish sandwich ever! Used to love the plump crispy fish sandwich, but don't know what they did to this one! Only drive thru open due to Covid-19. Been wanting one so bad. Pulled up through drive thru, that's the only thing I got. The fish was barely warm. Looked, felt and tasted like recycled fish. The filet was small and dark color, shriveled up. The coating was hard and rubbery and the fish was dry. The slice of cheese I asked for was fresher than the fish. Hard and terrible! It was like they recycled the old ones from yesterday that they didn't use. They just dropped in in the fryer earlier this afternoon. Wendy's has really gone down hill. Will never eat there again. They have a nice website now so you can order online. You'd think this would be a great time saver. At some restaurants you can just pull up and grab your order and go. Really great for when you're in a hurry. Here though, even though the order is placed and paid for in advance, you still have to wait at the window because they don't cook your food until you get there. Tried having my wife place an order online because I was working late so all I had to do was swing by and pick it up. Ordering online and paying in advance saved me no time at all. I ordered a chicken blt from this Wendy's. After checking my chicken and I notice something black under my lettuce. There was a glob of grease with leftover bacon and meat placed in the middle of my chicken. If i could put zero stars I would. On Friday night I went here and bought a dave's double. Service was great food was okay. But the after math is my reason for this review. I have FOOD POISONING!
