Great burgers at a great price. The fries are well seasoned and everything was fresh.

Alright so I finally had reason to give The Grill a shot and it was fine for what it is. It's hard to use universal yelp stars for pit stops vs restaurants because for that they do at this stop, they do very well, but is a 5 star OMG moment- no, but is it value for the dollar I'd say yes, it's fair. It's like staying at motel that is comfortable but no, you're not getting room service or a bellhop. The grill is a run down convenience store, it's great in simplicity, ease and price point. We had two burgers, one with double meat, two fries and two can sodas for $14. I'd put The Grill on par with Kincaid's hamburgers, good for what you're paying for and a nice quick lunch option but not a hidden gem that salivate thinking about the meal or can't wait to return. If you're thinking of a fast food burger I'd skip the big name drive throughs and give The Grill a chance. read more

I'm so pissed off, i hasd to write this the next day to cool down and give an honest review but i called this place to place and order bc of the amazing reviews. when i called, the nice lady told me it would be ready in 5 min, which is perfect bc im 7 min away. as soon as i get there i pay and have a seat. i look around and they let me know i can grab a canned drink as it comes with my order, love that! well i end up waiting 45 minutes. no exaggeration 45 minutes. when i went up to the front after 30 minutes of waiting, the lady told me "go sit down, we are going to be awhile" all while they're serving 5 people in front of me their food. so when they see me still waiting after 45 minutes they pointed at me to come to the register. they asked why was i still there, i said i was waiting in my food. then we proceeded to have a conversation were i was accused of already taking the food and coming back for more????? "no ma'am i never received my food" i told her and they're still trying to tell me they handed me the food when i paid, i told them to check the camera they clearly have and they're still trying had a perfect view of me, when did they see me eat? they didn't! lmaoooooo so they told me they would make me my food after waiting for 45 minutes, and it would be 3 minutes. it was 10 which isn't bad, but after what i went through, you think they would be on time. but yes it was a horrible experience, i wanted to cry bc i was so frustrated and didn't want to put it out on them. the food was good, definitely needed more seasoning but ill give them a pass as they might have rushed making it. the tots had great flavor but were too soft, they needed to be just a bit crunchier but again i believe its bc the rushed my order. i believe this place has amazing potential, but my experience was horrible. i will go back today, i love that it's close and CAN be quick. but i wont let my first impression be my only of this place. i hope they redeem themselves! read more

I came for the gyro. I'm tempted to go a little higher on the stars, but I won't. Why? I only had the gyro, and while the flavor and the tzatziki sauce were good, I found the gyro meat to be a little on the salty side. It came with fries and I was told I could get also get drink. Maybe I had the meal deal. All in all, not bad, just not quite as good as I was hoping for. Still a good option for a "gyro fix" though. I also noticed tortas on the menu. I asked what kind, but was told they don't have because no bread. I didn't push the issue, but am still curious. I do enjoy a good torta al pastor. Bottom line: I do want to try the burger, or maybe a torta, if they have the bread. read more

Discovered this place through work and have eaten here sooooo many times in nearly 7 years. The owners/staff are all friendly and will correct any order that's incorrect. Every time something has been wrong (not often) they have gone above and beyond to make it right. I value that type of customer service & I will continue to be a customer! Every menu item I have purchased has been delicious. Where can you get an entire meal for $5 or less? My go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeños. The chicken itself isn't that spicy so the jalapeños are a must in my opinion. The gyro is On point! I always order extra sauce and add jalapeños. My boyfriend and many coworkers love the burgers, get the double meat as 1 patty really isn't enough! Don't pass up this hole in the wall! It's worth the price! read more

I love the grill. It's a dive, but in a great way. The ladies who work here are super nice. The food is always super flavorful and properly made. The pork and barbacoa is braised in the juices until tender and juicy. The chili pork is spicy as hell. It's also very tender and succulent. The Barbacoa was not spicy at all but very juicy and tender also with great flavors. I have a hard time eating 3 of the tacos in one sitting. Normally I'll eat 5 spicy pork tacos at fuzzy's cause they are smaller. Here the meat pours out the sides of the tacos. If you are a boring gringo, they have decent burgers and gyros. At least that's what my friends tell me. I can never order anything but the beautifuly braised meats. read more

Pleasantly surprised! Got a gyro, fries and a large drink for a very reasonable price. It was fresh and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back to try a burger....wish i had known about this place years ago! Awesome little lunch joint in a gas station strip mall. The staff members were friendly and the food was really good for a hole-in-the-wall type of place. Not a huge variety, but all seemed to have been done right. There were several repeat customers were there, and it's a very good value. The gyro meat was tender and the pita was fresh; they grilled the vegetables. Perfect. My fiancee's burger was cooked well. He had a double cheeseburger with Turkey bacon. Don't let the looks of this place fool you. The food was really good. We first walked in and it looked like they were closed. But they were open. We got two burger combos for $10 total. Now the fries are frozen but somehow they made them yummy. The burger was cooked great, even grilled the bun. We live in Hurst so it is a bit of a drive but if we are by there again for sure will stop in again. read more

While I enjoyed eating the food, I did not enjoy the GI distress and will not return. ----------------- This place reminded me of another gas station grill where we used to go to get gyros. I ordered the original Greek gyro. It came with fries and a 32-oz drink, all for $5. The gyro was dripping grease and sauce and was delicious. The pita was thick and soft, and it was packed with lots of meat, sauce, and tomato. The fries were lightly seasoned and crispy--just right. There were some booths and tables with chairs near a giant fan that kept us cool. Seating is limited, but the food is packed in styrofoam containers with lids so you could easily just take it with you. I would definitely recommend this place and we will certainly be back. read more

Atmosphere may not be the greatest but they keep it as clean as they can, are as friendly as they can be, and serve up the best burger at the best price in Keller. I don't go through there often but its a treat when I do. Yum! read more

I'm writing this review with a stomach ache, because I just ate at the grill. The place isn't fancy, it's a gas station. That doesn't bother me. The food though, the food bothered me. I ordered a burger as well as my wife. The grease was pooled in the bottom of the basket when our order came out. The burger was so greasy I should have known better. But I ate it against all my internal alarms telling me other wise. When I was throwing away my half eaten burger, the grease seeped through the wrapper and onto the table where it had already hardened, just like my arteries. Now I'm driving home with a really bad stomach ache and the urge to poop. If grease is your thing, have at it. But I think I'll pass. read more

Awesome value in a gas station setting! Don't go here for the atmosphere. Go here for the good food, great service and excellent value. You can get a burger, fries and a 32 oz soda for only $2.99.
