I spoke with "Sam", who I was told was/is the supervisor. I asked for the manager and was told "Savans" was not there. "Sam" looked somewhat confused and naive while being apologetic. I told her that staff there have made mistakes with our order several times in the past and I wanted her to "make the situation right." She indicated she would issue a credit (but could not give me any sort of receipt). I cannot speak for my dad because he lives in Keller, is a picky eater, and there are very limited dining options in town (I live in San Antonio and lived in Austin before that, and Keller has nothing in comparison). I will NEVER eat or order anything from Chapps again. The staff are either poorly trained, apathetic, or a combination of both. Perhaps a responsible adult manager or supervisor onsite would help? PATHETIC.

And great people to add to the service and ambiance. This time we had the (1) Texas Strip steak, amazing baked potato and veggies. And, (2) a beautiful brisket Enchilada plate with a queso sauce on one and a sour cream sauce on the other, with steamed veggies and wild rice. All so very good!
