This is one of my favorite brunch spots! The coffee is consistently great, and I've never had a bad meal here. The ambiance is one of my favorite things about this place--it's inviting, comfortable, and makes you want to linger over your coffee. It's become one of our go-to places to bring friends and family when they're visiting from out of town because we know they'll have a great experience. I decided to treat myself to brunch, and I'm so glad I chose this place! I've driven past it countless times but had never stopped in--and I was definitely missing out. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. I chose to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather, and my waitress was attentive, friendly, and helpful. She shared the restaurant's best sellers along with her personal favorites, which made choosing easy. I went with the California Benedict and an espresso martini, and both were absolutely delicious! Such a disappointment. Took family there to enjoy a brunch with them. Ordered a drink but I am unable to have rye so I asked for something else. 35% up charge with no mention of it. It was so loud that when they came to grab it before I was down they didn't hear me and took it. Food wise, I what I ordered was not good or cooked properly. I asked for something else. They said they would still charge me for the first one. (Took two bites). I would've been glad for them to try again. They said they don't do that. So I was charged for it and didn't eat it regardless that it was improperly cooked. Then they added gratuity for the food I didn't eat and the over charged drink. My daughter got a cinnamon roll and it tasted like the pan they didn't clean well enough when cooking it. I mentioned it. Nothing done. Don't expect this place to be a nice place. They auction the food to tables since they don't know what food goes to who. It's the little things like You ask for something like salt and pepper and they deliver it to the end of the table to pass it down rather walk two feet and hand it to you. (Yes the person was sitting on the outside). Same with hot sauce. With how loud it was it was hard to talk and the people next to us were hollering. Definitely not a nice place to take a family to sit and enjoy company of all. Plus with the "policy" of not replacing items so not taking care of customers...beware. I even told them I expected more from a place that looked like it would be a great place. They did nothing. Don't think my family will be going back. Update: I stepped out early and come to find out they told my family to leave since our reservation wasn't long enough? Stopped in for brunch today, we were seated within 5 minutes, even with a full house inside. Outside was no wait, but we stick with climate control these days. They had the flags from the different countries hanging from the ceilings, a nice touch for the futbol crowd, while the TVs had F1 qualifying on. The service was very good, and the bussers had tables cleaned immediately, which is a rarity in many places with this kind of traffic. The menu leans heavily on the breakfast side, which will definitely be something we try next time. For today, with our server Isabells' assistance we decided on lunch consisting of Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, which was plentiful but oversalted a bit, and the Avocado Chicken Cheddar Panini, that was skimpy with the chicken and dry, also missing the cheddar? It has plenty of parking, the restaurant is clean and spacious, and there was a dj on the Saturday morning I visited. My table was ready at my reservation time, and I was promptly seated. While I waited for a friend, I went ahead and ordered the carajillo, which was really good. For food, I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was good, but the waffles were not a favorite and was a bit too hard. The atmosphere was energetic, and a little loud, so be prepared to have to talk loudly to the person you come with. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. Fort Worth doesn't have a lot of brunch places with a more elevated and lively atmosphere, so I would recommend this place if that is what you're looking for. read more

What a place to brunch at! The look, the service, and the hospitality were awesome! Our cocktails were perfectly blended and refreshing, quite dangerous if you ask me. Now for the food, everything was portioned greatly, more on the heavier side, which you will not hear me complain about because the prices are higher. So for my Chicken Jalapeño Cheddar omelet, I appreciated the leftovers. My only con was the shredded chicken was not seasoned, so after taking my first bite, it seemed dry and bland. My extra salsa and cheese helped it along the way, but I would have wanted something to be there. Loved our waiter, very sweet and attentive. The wait time was reasonable; they were busy but definitely bringing plates out of the kitchen in a timely manner. Well, wow. Just wow. My fave restaurants are most always locally owned one offs. They're few and far between. But restaurants from a group, as is 360, are often group replicated for a reason. They're killing whatever they're doing (at least at the beginning : ). 360 is killing it! I think I just discovered breakfast/brunch Nirvana in north Fort Worth. There is, however, just one initial huge problem here. What the hell to choose from this menu! The menu is off the charts! LOL. Everything, everything clammers for your attention. There is pretty much nothing that calls to me like an ancient Siren's song from a menu like chicken and waffles. But for all my 77 years (well, at least since chicken and waffles has been a thing) I have resisted (with maybe, maybe a couple exceptions) ever ordering it. Because 1) carbs... I'm already substantial and don't want to end up looking like John Candy. And 2) the dish is 95%, maybe 99% of the time served with a petrified fried chicken breast. Hard Pass. But, my oh my, they reeled me in here as the dish at 360 is served here with three bone-in pieces, two of which are my all time fave chicken pieces... thigh and wing. The third piece here is the drumstick. The seasoning in the breading on this fried chicken is mouth-wateringly delicious and the chicken is fried to uber crispy perfection. There are two options, regular and Hot honey. The "hot honey" refers to the honey and not to the seasoning on the chicken. I went with the hot honey. It is not at all hot in my book, but it IS really, really good! Worth $5 more?? Meh, prolly not. But it's delicious. My wife enjoyed the Salmon Benedict with the exception of the toasted baguette it is served on. She would have much preferred an English muffin, croissant, or even a thin slice of bagel to this hard toasted baguette. Otherwise all the delicious ingredients worked together wonderfully. Interestingly the store serves liquor and cocktails but no wine. However we were able to order a bottle of Brut prosecco which complimented or brunch meal quite nicely. Tried this breakfast spot out with my family and overall great experience, from the food to the customer service and even the wait time to be seated was quick. 1st time experience - the ambiance and atmosphere was enjoyable. Our server was fabulous, she gave us time to look through the menu and checked on us throughout our time. We ordered "Bombolinis" which were super yummy and perfectly cooked. Our main dishes - Good Morning Sammy & Lemon Poppy pancakes w/ potatoes were delicious. This place upcharges your drinks without telling you, the food ended up being dry and cold, and when my friend ordered a cinnamon roll, it tasted like metal as if the pan hadn't been cleaned in days. They charge 1$ for vanilla with a cappuccin. Another thing is that they won't redo your order even if it is wrong or dry. the walls in this place also look like they just poured concrete for the walls and is not a good place to have a conversation. its overly filled with people and the music can be too loud at times. Although everything was acceptable, we each found ourselves mentioning, "this is good, but [insert name] is better....or more flavorful...or has an extra little umph". Loved the well seasoned chicken and tajin sprinkled watermelon. The waffles weren't my jam, but someone else at the table enjoyed them. I came here with my husband. This place is so gorgeous. I'm in love with their decor. We were seated at one of their gorgeous green booths. I ordered the BST Omelet and a hot tea. The hot tea came in the cutest little kettle. I am a big hot tea fan and having my own little kettle at my table was a nice touch. My husband ordered a cappuccino and the Good Morning Sammie. I made a reservation for 10 people at 11:15 AM and unfortunately the experience didn't start off well. When we arrived, the waiting area was extremely cramped with very little space for people to stand while waiting to be seated. With multiple groups in the area, it quickly became uncomfortable and crowded. On top of that, our table wasn't ready and we weren't seated until about 11:30. Once we were seated, the space felt extremely tight. Our group was squeezed into a table that barely fit everyone and one person was literally sitting on the edge with almost no table space. Another issue was the payment policy for large tables. We were told the bill could not be split individually and had to be paid together. That policy was never mentioned when I made the reservation over a week in advance, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Gratuity was also automatically added. While that's understandable for large groups, it also wasn't communicated beforehand. One other thing worth mentioning was the staff uniform. One of the waitresses appeared to be wearing a very short skirt that looked like part of the uniform, and when she bent over to clean a table it rode up quite a bit. It didn't seem like something she could control, but it might be worth reconsidering the design so employees can move comfortably while working. The venue itself is nice and the atmosphere is good, and the staff were friendly and doing the best they could. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the cramped seating, tight waiting area, and policies for large tables that were not communicated when the reservation was made. Personally, I would not host another group event here. Honestly, it also didn't feel like there was much space even for small walk in parties without a reservation. read more

The cheddar waffles were sweet and savory, pairing well with the syrup. The California Benedict was good but was not toasted well so the English muffin was very soggy, even at the beginning of the meal. Food was not bad, ambiance was good, but the service was okay. The staff all wear black, which is very nice, but when your black dress is extremely short, and the staff bringing your food have outrageously long nails that prevent them from even picking up the plate from the serving tray, and they need to set the tray on your cutlery to gain leverage to pick up the plate.... it takes an upscale brunch and makes it feel a little... not as nice... The only way I know how to describe this place is that it feels like you're eating an awesome meal in the middle of a super nice hotel lobby, and I mean that in the nicest way. Today was a much different experience: not only did we feel like outsiders when checking in, we were quickly met with did you know we are enforcing the 1 hour dining limit? We were a little taken back that on Mother's Day we are given an hour to eat after spending 300$ on drinks and breakfast. This is a ridiculous play for more money and I will not be going back. I love breakfast foods but am usually wary to go out to brunch because of the prices, but 360 Brunch House offers a classic menu with additional unique items for a great price. I ended up getting the peach french toast, which was SO good, along with espresso. Getting the fancy specialty French toast plus a drink costed me less than eggs and bacon at some of the other popular brunch spots in the area.
