Place is actually reasonably priced. I tried 4 items of their menu and spent about $34 ( includes drink) If you are getting the egg, cheese, bacon would ask for the eggs to be scrambled. I would also go here for strictly biscuits they are AMAZING ! Another item I would be back for is the Honey Chicken Biscuit worth a try ! ( Items we got were Okay) Great place a lot of room to sit and staff was fun. Thank-you so much for your service.

The place is located in the heart of the Stockyards and has a beautiful atmosphere. The biscuit is good but not the best I've had, my wife and I had the Bacon, Egg & Cheese with a side of gravy. I found it a little bit salty, maybe because of the fake cheese or bacon, not sure. Overall would still recommend a visit as they have a pretty big menu and the biscuit itself is pretty good.

If I were rating this place only on biscuits, they'd get a hearty 5 stars. Those biscuits are divine and I am not a big biscuit fan. They're always dry but not here. Theirs are fantastic! The sandwich was great and so was the bare biscuit. However, I also ordered a salad and that's where things went bad. First, their croutons are made from biscuits and I was excited to try them. But when I got my salad they were missing. I asked and was told they were out of croutons. Bummer. Without croutons it was soggy and bland. The dressing was homemade and was decent but so much of the lettuce was bad. I can't handle being served a wilted, brown salad. I had to pick a lot of the bad parts out. So- go for the biscuits and sandwiches. Leave the salad alone. Also- it's a darling little place with the cutest decor.

Holy smokes! We found them on yelp in October when scoping places for great breakfasts. We finally set this table early November and we're happy it was open at eight on a Saturday. The place was hopping. The service was very good with smiles. Order at the counter and served when ready we were very happy it arrived piping hot. I recommend the three our group ordered! French toast bisquits Monte Carlo was rich , full of flavor and dripping with cinnamon. Chef friend had Brie with arugula and fig jam. Side of egg made it protein spiked. Mine was off menus. Fried chicken with slab of real ham ( no deli ham here!!!) and Brie. Omg this beauty broke my mouth!!! The ambiance is cafeteria style so we were afforded Texas charm watching other breakfast peeps enjoying a very southern treat. Located in Stockyard's Mule Alley the ambience is very cool for our weekend guests.

This is a great concept for a restaurant and it is executed well. The decor is simple bit clean and efficient for serving a large number of customers. Staff were very nice and got our orders out quickly. I ordered the monte cristo and it was so good! The ham and turkey were thick and the biscuit was flavorful. I'll be back at the location closer to my home because this hits the spot!

Came here looking for a good breakfast sandwich and left very satisfied. The biscuits are flaky, flavorful and delicious. The sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was big and very tasty. Hit the spot. The loaded tater tots were ok. The longer they sit the more it becomes a tater tot casserole but it was still good. Service was friendly and fast.

Came to check out the Fort Worth Stockyards. After all the walking my wife and I wanted a quick snack. WE PICKED THE PERFECT PLACE! Food came out quickly and it was nice a hot. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my wife as she had a couple special requests. My pulled pork loaded tots were amazing! Pork was tender with lots of flavor! Tots were nice and crispy. The Agave Vanilla Creme soda was the best !!! Would definitely eat there again.

I am not a big alcohol drinker, so this is the perfect type of drink for me. It was very sweet and you can barely taste any alcohol at all Saturday Sunday. They have one dollar off the drinks as well. I think they also do a happy hour Monday to Thursday I was a little disappointed, by the French toast biscuit, it was pretty good and I guess considering it's cheaper than the rest of the biscuits and makes sense but it was just a French toast. I know maybe I was expecting a little more? But I am really glad I got the tots with the egg because I was thinking maybe there would be no proteins on the French toast biscuit so it's nice to have something a little more savory with my French toast biscuit. Plenty of seating in the area there's a bar with some TVs as well. Service was fine no complaints.

This was a great place for a late breakfast after watching the cattle drive at the stock yard. The restaurant was roomy and decorated with a modern cozy feel. You can expect to order at the counter then be served at your table. I highly recommend the Hot Honey biscuit with a side of pulled pork tots. However, they have a secret menu, so be sure to ask. This place was a 10/10!

The biscuits here were really good and buttery. I got mine with gravy and tits on the side. The gravy was flavorful and added a nice creaminess to the biscuits. It's a place to go to get food served quickly if you want to go in and out. I would definitely go back here when I stay in the area!

It's a walk up and order from the counter, staff is very polite. I ordered the monte Cristo and a tea very reasonably priced for a tourist area only $13. They give you a table number and bring it out. The sandwich is a French toast biscuit with ham, turkey and strawberry jelly. It was delicious and not to mention inside atmosphere with great music. Just a genuinely good place to start your morning off.

We went to have lunch here with our visiting friends from NJ and Family. Their chicken not the waffle taste great. Friendly Serving Staff. Very clean, well lighted and decorative signs were great.

If I sit at the bar, can I just order at the bar or do I have to order at the counter first?

You have to order at the counter first.

Does this establishment have a Dog friendly area?

No it's all inside no dog friendly spots.

    Do they take reservations?

I don't think so. It's more of a "Nicer" fast food concept. You get in line, order your food and pay at the register, they give you a number for your table and then they bring you your food.

Are there gluten free options for biscuits or entrees?

    I don't think so.

Do you have a gluten free biscuit option?

Are the mimosas only on the weekends?

    Yes

    Are there vegan options?

Limited... a few salad options, balsamic vinaigrette (has honey), and sweet potato tots

Within the first 10 minutes you forget because you reach for the phone that's not in your pocket out of habit to take a photo of your food. Instead, you actually slow down, taking in the look and smell of the food while having a real, uninterrupted conversation with the person across from you. And the food? So good it made me forget I couldn't take a picture of it--which says everything. Every bite was a "wait, try this" moment. The staff was amazing (specifically Iberia and Milosh) who made the experience above and beyond. The vibe was intentional, and for once, no one at the table was half-present and half-scrolling. 10/10 would willingly give up my phone again... which is something I never thought I'd say.

That's on us. However, we still couldn't find any mention of it on the website or through Google reservations. I was eventually able to locate something via AI, though I'm not sure where it sourced the information. Even then, the guidance wasn't very clear beyond jackets being required downstairs for men; the rest felt open to interpretation. My girlfriend's high school sophomore daughter and her friend were clearly not within Caterina's standards. The manager was initially reluctant but ultimately agreed to seat us upstairs, which we appreciated. We respected his decision either way. My impression is that, with it being 88 degrees and humid, the weekend crowds in the Stockyards may have overwhelmed the staff, with many frustrated customers being turned away. It was evident by 6:00 p.m. that the staff and manager were already frustrated--we likely added to that, and then Megan and A.J.'s group came in right after us. Again, our fault. I do hope the manager's attitude isn't meant to reflect a New York/Paris-style "rude" persona implemented by Tim Love. If that's the case, that's his prerogative--perhaps he believes that kind of edge enhances the fine dining experience. Otherwise, I'd suggest a more Texas-style approach: we don't do rude here; we do "bless your heart" without offending anyone. There's no need to offend for the sake of it. As for the food and overall dining experience, it was good. In most places around DFW, if this were simply positioned as solid Italian food at around $40 per person, it would likely receive consistently strong reviews. However, Caterina carries higher expectations given Tim Love's reputation--this feels like an attempt to "level up," and that raises the bar. The meal started strong with the sausage and peppers, wild mushrooms, and caprese. The ravioli, however, tasted more like Chef Boyardee. The roasted bass was okay. The jumbo shrimp was very good, though that's a dish that's hard to get wrong. The veal parm was average. I'd suggest trying the branzino at Truluck's (even as a chain, it sets a higher standard). The potato frico was outstanding. Overall, the main courses seemed to be where expectations were highest--and where the most disappointment occurred. The atmosphere is quite cramped, with tables very close together and frequent brushing past from staff and guests. It feels more like a communal dining experience, even when neighboring tables are trying to enjoy a more intimate moment. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Even with a 6:00 p.m. seating--before the peak 7:00 p.m. crowd--the meal lasted about two hours at a slow pace. I imagine later seatings experienced even longer durations, which may appeal more to a European-style dining pace. We actually liked the no-phone policy, though it might be worth allowing brief access for photos after the main courses are served. I suspect they would accommodate that if asked. Lastly, Ebony (I hope I got her name right) was exceptional--truly one of the best servers I've experienced anywhere in the world. She operates at an A+ level: engaging, personable, humorous, and highly efficient.

First, major credit to Avery and Nancy, who were incredibly kind and patient considering we arrived fairly close to the end of lunch service before the restaurant closed for its afternoon break. We never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. I started lunch by ordering another cocktail (which may or may not have had me buzzing a little by this point) along with the 12 oz. prime rib steak served with buttery herb mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and chimichurri sauce. I'll admit, the steak was thinner than I expected for Texas (I sort of anticipated a Flintstones-sized slab of beef) but honestly? It was fantastic. Juicy, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth tender and cooked perfectly! The mashed potatoes were rich and even the vegetables were great! My dining companions ordered a bit lighter fare, I believe a salad and grilled cheese, but I was far too focused on my steak situation to pay close attention. I left absolutely stuffed and very, very, very happy about it. The atmosphere here is upscale without feeling pretentious. Between the Western inspired decor and the relaxed energy of the Stockyards area, it feels welcoming. Also worth noting: apparently bachelorette parties featuring men in cow-print overalls are welcome here too, so truly something for everyone. Great service, great food, and a really enjoyable dining experience overall. I'd happily come back the next time I find myself in Fort Worth!

It took about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged at the bar, and close to 30 minutes to actually receive a drink. When I finally ordered, I told the bartender to make her favorite drink. She made something that included raw egg whites (which I later learned is common in certain cocktails), but it wasn't mentioned or explained at the time. A few hours later, I became very sick...vomiting and dealing with what felt like severe food poisoning all night and through the next 24 hours. After looking into it, I suspect it may have been related to the raw egg used in the drink. Just something to be aware of if you're ordering drinks like a whiskey sour or anything that may include egg whites. After getting our receipt (which you need for the speakeasy entry code), we checked out the speakeasy portion, but the vibe there wasn't great either..pretty must the same as the other part of the bar.
