The place is interesting. It wasn't busy which was nice. The place is cozy, not modern. There were amazing spider webs way up in the rafters. I was a little put off by that but most people won't care. My drink was okay. Nothing g special. Service was ok. Nothing exceptional.

Absolutely the best little bar on mule alley. Great drinks and service. Great vibe!! It's not busy at all which I love. It's not loud at all either

Stopped in while doing some barhopping on a Saturday in the Stockyards and immediately fell in love with this spot. I love the rustic but elevated ambience of the space - not to mention the assortment of cocktails (give the Beth Dutton a try). My girlfriends and I hung out on one of the couches sipping a few hours away and enjoying some Stockyards people watching. Def check it out if you're looking to get away from some of the wilder Stockyard spots or a dressier night out in the area.

Bar hopped by accident to this gorgeous little bar late'ish on a Friday night. Was blown away by the cosy friendly vibes. I ordered the espresso martini (but made with tequila) and it is now my fave cocktail EVER! This would be the perfect date night ending for anyone. Especially people who love cowboy boots and hats

We dropped in on a weekday and this place was such a vibe. They were about to close and we still weren't rushed. Loved the decor. The drinks were made to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

I've come here twice now and have had GREAT service. Not only is it a cool place to come in and have a drink but the drinks themselves are so good. I have to recommend trying the Beth Dutton, it has hints of spiced cinnamon apple and it is a must try for sure. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to the stockyards

The cocktails here are AMAZING. We had the HH Old Fashioned. No corners cut! We also had the margarita, Sacajawea, and Kendra Santos. Each cocktail was crafted with beautiful ice and shaking skills by Hali. DO NOT get lost by the horses. Turn down the alley. It's worth. Hit HH for the greatest deals.

Nicer place if you get tired of the crazy wild part of the Stockyards. Off down a side street of Mule Alley so you gotta keep an eye out for it. Bar top with about ten seats or so, and a good amount of different sized tables inside. I stumbled in early on a Sunday right after they opened. Sat at the bar, decent selection of bottled and canned bear. Grabbed a beer and looked over the menu. Some interesting apps, and the menu appears to be mostly the shared plates thing. I decided to check out some of the house made beef jerky. It was good, and had a good amount of seasoning. Pretty heavy flavor, so three pieces were more than enough for one person, plenty for two. Fairly quiet, but they do have bands I was told. I liked it because it was more relaxed. Doubtful you'll see much of the Stockyard rowdy crowd in here. Good place to escape to. Course, much of the rowdiness of the Stockyards is gone now anyway.

We were exploring the new hotel and mule alley in the Stockyards which was vey busy being a weekend and this place was tucked away a little and was a bit quieter so we decided to try and grab something to eat and a cocktail. It is the cutest little bar very modern and fancy but still has the cute, stockyards decor to make it fit in the area. Between 3 of us We split the bison tartare which was delicious, the beef sliders which were great and the duck tacos which were a little bland without the sauce (we didn't use the salsa it was to spicy). All of our cocktails were good and we liked the ambience of the place. It's a great new addition to the growing area and we will be back

Stopped by for a cocktail with a friend after window shopping in the Stockyards. The bartender we had was helpful in choosing which drinks we should try (steered us away from one based on our preferences/was honest with us, which I appreciate). We both loved what we ordered! Would have ordered another if we had more time. Definitely recommend this spot for drinks (and I want to try the short rib grilled cheese next time)!

This place is no good. The service is so rude. Cut you off after 2 drinks despite being extremely sober. Nope from me.

This is the most welcoming and coolest bar in the world…read more This massive, high-energy outlaw country space is an amazing, unpretentious venue you must see. The double-story building is a large, open Texas beer hall that blends modern and traditional saloon styles with an intentionally eclectic, whimsical vibe reminiscent of a theme park. For instance, the bathroom doors look like jail cells with hands on the bars, while the pristine stalls feature portraits of Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash. I used the Willie Nelson and was "on the commode again". The centerpiece is a huge, three-sided bar adorned with neon signs, vintage Western memorabilia, industrial brewing equipment, and a massive wall of taps. It serves both classics and ready-to-serve frozen drinks, which you can enjoy in the pet-friendly beer garden backyard party. Order you "two pina coladas and hope they fill 'em to the brim if your world is kind of rocky and you need to learn to swim." (That was Garth Brooks or Maya Angelou). The casual, amphitheater-like patio faces an outdoor stage built into the bed of a vintage truck. The live music (even 12:30pm on a Thursday) is loud enough to be festive but managed so you don't have to scream to be heard. The entire area is covered by a massive glass and steel retractable roof, ensuring comfort in any weather, in case you don't "love a rainy night nor think it's such a beautiful sight, and hate to feel the rain on your face, taste the rain on your lips in the moonlight shadows." (That was Eddie Rabbit or SunTzu). The seating options are excellent and varied. Groups can share high-tops around a gas fire or a lit tree, or even sit in kitschy sawed-off pickup truck beds with bench seating. You can also find lounge chairs near the outdoor fireplace, huge swinging benches, and plenty of folding beach chairs on the astroturf. For dining, you can order affordable bar food from a window and receive a pager, so there is no need to "might as well lay down and nap 'cause you've spent half your life just waiting on a nacho." (That was Brad Paisley or Abraham Lincoln).

First stop of the night and honestly wish we would've just left right away…read more The bartender with locs had a really bad attitude from the jump. No greeting, no eye contact, just came off annoyed that we were even there. When we tried to order, she was already snapping at us and then started cussing at our group. It wasn't just us either, she was talking like that to other people around the bar too. It made the whole vibe uncomfortable. We tried to play pool and didn't realize she was holding the white cue ball. We moved the table a little thinking it was fine and she immediately shut it down and said we couldn't play at all instead of just explaining it. Felt like an overreaction. Then I asked for a bucket of beer and she said aggressively she'd give me six beers but not a bucket... for no real reason. At that point it just felt like she didn't want to serve us at all. Not sure what she has going on, but that kind of service is not it. Definitely not a good look for the bar. I wouldn't come back and I'd rather spend my money somewhere else
