We came here late night as it was the most poppin' place on a weeknight at the Stockyards. There was live music and it seemed like a lot of industry people who work in the area come here after they get off work. It has a divey feel with some pool tables in the back and a vending machine that sells random things. The bathrooms were not that clean, adding to the divey vibe. The line to get a drink was a bit slow as the bartenders were stopping and talking to people. They have lots of beers in cans and mixed drinks as well. I'd stick with the beers however, which were fairly priced. We watched the band for awhile and even danced a bit on their small dance floor. The crowd there was friendly and we met some new people along with others in our group. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would, kicked out for no reason. Tried ordering a drink and bartender told me I couldn't be served and was unable to be present in bar due to not having a drink in my hand. Walked around and was escorted out. Terrible service, don't recommend this bar for your stockyard experience. read more

We love coming to the stockyards, but when we go to the bar, we're the only person at the bar and the bartenders have an attitude, problem or are disrespectful and are more worried about entering their tips from the previous shifts than to wait on us. It's very discouraging as a previous business owner if I own this business, I would like to know that my Bartender is more interested in talking to people than serving drinks, especially when they're overpriced drinks I'd be upset. Disappointed at best. Stockyards used to be fun now I have to throw a fit to overpay for a drink. read more

Filthy McNasty's Saloon - Rude guy. :/ - Music Venues Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Had a blast here! It's one of the only saloons in the Stockyards without a cover and the music was good. Plus pool tables and a little dance floor. We just had a couple of cheap beers - good prices. Service was good despite a huge crowd. Check it out! read more

We were bumming around the stockyard, which we haven't done in years, and unfortunately for us they were having a festival. Because of the festival we were unable to go into the bars that we most frequent. We lucked out when we ran into this place. We got in before they started charging cover charges and the live music was awesome. We are all about listening to new singers and music. Beer was very cold as well. Very glad we stumbled onto this place. read more

dude at the front with a stupid Glock tattoo on his neck that gets him a ton girls took a look at my id that did the math for him telling him when I turned 21 told me I wasn't 21. Offered to have it scanned, have a cop come over, and showed a picture of my passport. all to have my Id bit like it was a piece of gold in san francisco during the gold rush by some random employ thinking they could taste the difference of plastic. all just to have my friends that were younger than me kicked out cause they asked the manager to take a look at the id cause he couldn't be bothered to do his job. if you want to go do everything you can to get in early before the employees get drunk and go on a power trip like a homeschooled kid that is team captain on his dads football team read more

Negative stars if possible. Tried to go in it's currently 2:15pm. No hours posted. A worker opened the door my father asked if they were open. The guy said "is the door unlocked? Then we're not open". Rude asshole didn't need to be snippy. Will not ever try this place. read more

Came here from out of state. Yelp says they open at 12:00, website says 2:00. We got there just after 2:00 and was told they wouldn't open until 3:00. Got there at 3:10, was told another 15 minutes. We just wanted to buy a shirt. They can keep their damn shirts. read more

Bartenders so drunk they couldn't serve a pickle shot. Enough said. Got challenged by the bartender for "a thousand dollars", told him to keep his money and serve me a beer and he walked off. Walk past this one. read more

Worst service of my life, bartender hammered drunk and not serving guests. High volume couldn't be handled here. Not sure bartender name but I think it was James and some guy who was completely unresponsive. This place sucks read more

the bar tenders immediately told me my id was fake and barely glanced at it. I am a grown woman and this bartenders are very rude. I heard about the awful service up and down at other bars talking about how they are rude to everyone. read more

James is the best bartender, very personable & inviting! One of the best bars in Fort Worth

The bartenders and service are amazing!! There is apparently a band that plays every Thursday night, and they are not responsive to feedback. They we're playing so loud that no one at the bar (ummm- how a bad makes money) could hear anyone. We all had to scream into each other's ears. I kinda love this place, but the band wouldn't take feedback and my right ear is totally blown out because they wouldn't turn the volume down a bit. I won't go back on any Thursday until they get rid of that band. I also won't be back any time soon, because I can't hear anything after that audible assault. Get rid of that Thursday night band. You folks lost so much money because the bartenders couldn't hear the customers. read more

So we were trying to go in. They said they open at 2:00. It was after 2:00, we saw people in there but the doors were locked. When we tried to call, voicemail was full. read more

I will never go back to this bar. All staff were messed up either drunk or high. I ordered a bud light and a Malibu and sprite. Two drinks and was charged for them and also an apple crown. When we requested a refund for the drink she got an attitude and wanted to just give us a third drink and we just asked for a refund. She rolled her eyes and argued with us. Then went and told everyone and hand a manager come over we spent 10 min trying to explain to them. Then another guy came over and was staring us down and bowed up to a guy in my group. Just an awful experience. Tried to charge almost $30 for two drinks and copped attitude when was caught. I believe each worker was high as a kite. read more

Discrimination. Denied for no reason other than "the way they looked." I am appalled and disgusted by the way they treated long term customers. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. I wish y'all treated people better!!! It is so sad they behaved the way they did!!!! I hope they do better in the future because it was so sad. read more

My husband and I were looking for a place to have a drink and listen to some live music during Covid and...stumbled upon this little gem. Our waiter was great - a real hoot - and the music was awesome. We got lucky to hear "Jeremy Young and Randy Gray" playing on stage. God, they were good!!! read more

Zero stars for fucking sure. Came in and my husband ordered two drinks and closed out our tab. The bartender never returned our card and it was just sitting behind the bar waiting for us to sign the receipt. The bartender was drunk, high, all the things and never brought it back. After my husband stood there for 10 minutes being ignored and unable to get his card back he went and got it himself. When he got the card, another drunk fuck decided to kick him out for going to get his own card. We will never be back. How can you do your job when you are more fucked up than the people buying your drinks. The bartender should have been kicked out for how fucked off he was. This place sucks and so does their service. Whoever owns this place might need to re evaluate how they are hiring people and also fix their bathroom stalls so there's a damn lock on it for some privacy. Idk how this place is still up and running or even has any alcohol left to sell considering their bartenders are drinking it all. Cheers brothers. read more

If I could give them negative stars, believe me, I would. I grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and this is one of the few times I felt blatant disrespect to my face. My friend wanted to check out a bar near the stockyard while I was in town visiting. She walks in with her boyfriend in hand, I walk in with mine. The Bartender with the beard immediately looked at my boyfriend and I and utters: "You look like you had too many." To my boyfriend. Mind you, I am the only Black person in the group, let alone the bar. Furthermore, we hadn't had a drink yet. So my boyfriend responded in confidence. "I haven't even had one..." The asshole responds with "Well either way, I can't serve you. So we look at each other, obviously stunned. Considering this was a place a friend of mine (a little older) recommended me to. I knew in my gut it was a race thing. And I'm not quick to pull them "race" card. It's just sad that some people choose to be racist while we don't choose our race. Obviously this experience really set the tone for a crappy night full of shit tastic bars. But this was byfar the worst. read more

Accidentally visited this place while searching for another bar and absolutely no regrets. It has live music up to 2a even on weekdays. There was enough space for people who want to dance. The set up was good and the staff were friendly. I am in Texas for a visit and the bar had that local Texas flavor and that's what I liked about it. Don't expect the fancy wines or champagne here. They just have bottled beers which is kind of let down for me. On request bartender does make some cocktails but you don't have a menu for it. read more

We were in the area on a Saturday afternoon. Not alot of people in the bar. Service was the worst do not go here. Not Texas friendly.

Alright spot to listen to some live music and have a few cheap beers. Not the best but also not terrible, you won't miss anything if you miss it. There are many other saloon type bars in the area. read more
