Went in for some chicken tendors. Waited almost a full football quarter before I got my meal. BUT there was a couple that sat next to me who got their meal within minutes. Apparently my chicken tenders take 10 minutes to cook but their onion rings take 2 minutes to cook. Made the comment to the bartender and there was a back log. This location seems to be disappointing every time I've been but today tops any other bad experience I've had. First after a few minutes a cockroach crawled across my lap, so I moved tables myself. Every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings it always takes the servers a bit of time to either get us started or to check out. So that's one reason I'm hesitant to eat here/specifically dine in. However it wasn't that bad this time around or I just got more patient. I'd just make sure you don't have anywhere to be after. Don't be a noob like my boyfriend who couldn't find it. :P I was excited because BWW has a late night happy hour which means $4 bud light tall and other appetizers. And I love saving money. We got the fried pickles and hatch chili queso. My first impression is that the fried pickles looked a little sad in the picture. Maybe because there was some empty spaces on the tray from some of the pieces being stuck together. The batter for the fried pickles here is a little bit more on the smooth side, like less crispy/crunchy. Flavor wasn't bad. The sauce that it came with was pretty good. I'd give it a 3.5/5 For the hatch chili queso, a pro tip is to mix the queso. Don't be noobs like us who took the first couple of bites without mixing. It's much better after mixing. Next we got 15 piece wings with 3 flavors. Originally we wanted mango habanero but they were out of it so I decided to get Asian zing. The other flavors were spicy garlic and parmesan garlic. I think the best flavor of the night was actually the Asian zing. They gave us a generous amount of ranch like 4 cups. Usually places don't give out that much so that was nice. We usually stick to the wet sauces rather than dry rubs at every wing place. I can see how you might wanna use more ranch with the dry rubs definitely. For drinks, I like the strawberry lemonade! I'd get it again. Just note that you don't get free refills with it, it's a separate charge for each one. Overall food was average and service was also average or less so 3 stars it is. The standouts for this meal would be the strawberry lemonade and Asian zing wings. read more

So in general, I find Buffalo Wild Wings to be just fine and usually have no problems with the food, the portion sizes or the staff that is serving. Unfortunately tonight was quite different. I typically will go in and order inside because I am relatively particular about my order and I don't mind paying an up charge for the sides I want. Today when I asked for a boneless combo with fries and a tenderloin combo (or just working with me to get there (even if I paid a dollar more than listing in app) I was met with a hard "that doesn't happen, and I don't have buttons for that". I get it that maybe it was a bad night, maybe it was a bad day, but just be kind. Topped off eventually when I was like "this doesn't seem right or packaged anything how it normally was (to the tune of feeling like missing a lot of food) a assistant manager laughed at me after I mentioned something and as I was walking away. Potentially double charged on an order just over all a bad time. I'll eventually give them one more go, but I have a lot of heartburn about it right now. I would give this a zero if Yelp allowed it. The food and service was subpar at best. The wait times were absurd and there were times I was convinced the waitress had forgotten us altogether. We ordered onion rings and with that we asked for ranch. When they came there wasn't ranch so we asked again. After quite a wait she brought us what we thought was ranch but turned out to be bleu cheese. The waitress had already left and we didn't see her so we made do. One of my favorite places to get wings. I've tried this location exactly six times. Each time hoping for a better outcome. Every single time we walk away wondering why we gave them a shot again. This is standard experience each time we walk in. We waited a few minutes for someone to tell us where to sit. Only about 1/4 of the tables occupied. We sat down finally and then waited almost 10 minutes for our waiter to finally make an appearance. A very basic and emotionless attitude. Waited almost another 10 minutes for our beers and now there was a total of 8 other tables occupied. I think they have close to 40 tables. My wife's wings came out a little over 25 minutes after we ordered minus the ranch and Bleu cheese. Half of my order came out and those wings were warm and not hot. Almost 10 minutes later second half of my order came out and still no onion rings. Had to ask her again for them. They were barely warm. Had to ask again 2nd time for ranch and Bleu cheese. She never asked to refill our drinks our water or if we wanted another beer. After all this we had to wait long time for our check and then for her to pick it up. Our waitress was MIA almost our whole time there. Only reason I gave them 2 is because I genuinely like their wings and even warm they tasted good. They are crawling all around the premises and parking lot and upon walking by the kitchen, there was a dead one laying upside down in plain sight at the entrance to the kitchen where all the food was being brought out. I could only imagine how many there are inside the actual kitchen where food is being stored and prepared. They also take forever to bring food out. We walked into a dining area that wasn't very busy, but as we seated ourselves as the sign stated, we struggled to find a clean table. There were dirty dishes and food remains on 75% of the open tables. We finally sound an open table and after about 10 minutes, finally had a server greet us. It appeared that only had three servers on shift. The server we had appeared to be new with no experience. Not a very welcoming personality, no knowledge of what apps were on special, and not willing to seek out any information to answer our questions. We got our order placed and patiently waited. Our Mozzarella sticks appetizer never arrived. 15 to 20 minutes and an empty drink cup later, our entrees arrived with no mention of the appetizer. I asked and she said she'd check. Five minutes later, our server returned stating the appetizer was taking a bit longer but would be out shortly. The wing sizes were decent but felt there could've been a few more tots on the side. Flavor was good. We ate our main courses and the appetizer arrived as we asked for to go boxes. A few minutes later she brought the boxes and wandered off. After several more minutes, I had to flag the server over to ask for the check as we were just sitting there. She brought it back, but the special wasn't rung up correctly. We went there for lunch and to try the bottomless apps and left hungry and extremely disappointed. Our poor sweet server was the only server working the section, there wasn't that many people at first and then a swarm came in and yet no one helped her. We put in our second order for apps and it never came we waited 20 min and it still didn't come we waited another 10 mins and just ended up asking for the check.
