My complaint is around the numerous flies that were enjoying our meal with us - gross. Also the food portions were crazy. I took a photo of my 6 piece boneless wings. I think chick fil a nuggets are bigger.... Also they always lack sauce covering the full wing- why!? We were disappointed and won't be back. My son said his burger was good. Was hoping for a great evening if movies and wings, but was disappointed in the order we picked up to go. Ordered on the app which was easy. When we got there, they asked us to wait another 12 minutes after the app said it was ready...no big deal really, except the fries were already cold on the way home. They do not reheat well either. The sauces were great, but wings were super sad. Very small and hardly nothing to them. The celery was even bigger than the wings. We ended up having to cook more food ourselves at home. I hesitated to write this review because I chose to return despite a prior bad experience with the service here, but a wing promotion convinced us to give them another try. Unfortunately, it was a massive disappointment. We never received a notification that our order was ready, so by the time we picked it up, the food had been sitting there for I'm not sure how long and it was already cold. Before leaving, I noticed the ranch and celery were missing. When I went back inside, the staff initially gave me attitude and tried to charge me for the ranch until I explained it had been left out of my order, but even then, when I got home I realized that they still gave me blue cheese instead of ranch! The food quality was unacceptable. Even for boneless wings, the portions were absurdly small, they looked like tiny popcorn chicken you can get from the store. To make matters worse, the celery was completely spoiled, slimy, and rotting. We ended up having to throw the entire meal away. Every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings it always takes the servers a bit of time to either get us started or to check out. So that's one reason I'm hesitant to eat here/specifically dine in. However it wasn't that bad this time around or I just got more patient. I'd just make sure you don't have anywhere to be after. We arrived a little before 10pm and read the sign that said to seat ourselves so we did. It took a while for someone to greet us/take our order, but it gave us some time to look over the menu. You scan the QR code with your phone and to view the different flavors for wings etc, select sauces in the bottom right hand corner. Don't be a noob like my boyfriend who couldn't find it. :P I was excited because BWW has a late night happy hour which means $4 bud light tall and other appetizers. And I love saving money. We got the fried pickles and hatch chili queso. My first impression is that the fried pickles looked a little sad in the picture. Maybe because there was some empty spaces on the tray from some of the pieces being stuck together. The batter for the fried pickles here is a little bit more on the smooth side, like less crispy/crunchy. Flavor wasn't bad. The sauce that it came with was pretty good. I'd give it a 3.5/5 For the hatch chili queso, a pro tip is to mix the queso. Don't be noobs like us who took the first couple of bites without mixing. It's much better after mixing. Next we got 15 piece wings with 3 flavors. Originally we wanted mango habanero but they were out of it so I decided to get Asian zing. The other flavors were spicy garlic and parmesan garlic. I think the best flavor of the night was actually the Asian zing. They gave us a generous amount of ranch like 4 cups. Usually places don't give out that much so that was nice. We usually stick to the wet sauces rather than dry rubs at every wing place. I can see how you might wanna use more ranch with the dry rubs definitely. For drinks, I like the strawberry lemonade! I'd get it again. Just note that you don't get free refills with it, it's a separate charge for each one. Overall food was average and service was also average or less so 3 stars it is. The standouts for this meal would be the strawberry lemonade and Asian zing wings. read more

Went in for some chicken tendors. Waited almost a full football quarter before I got my meal. BUT there was a couple that sat next to me who got their meal within minutes. Apparently my chicken tenders take 10 minutes to cook but their onion rings take 2 minutes to cook. Made the comment to the bartender and there was a back log. I was the eighth person to receive their food. But again the couple who just sat down got their order within minutes. Getting tired of BS from employees who really don't know. We ordered onion rings and with that we asked for ranch. When they came there wasn't ranch so we asked again. Almost 10 minutes later second half of my order came out and still no onion rings. Had to ask her again for them. They were barely warm. Had to ask again 2nd time for ranch and Bleu cheese. She never asked to refill our drinks our water or if we wanted another beer. After all this we had to wait long time for our check and then for her to pick it up. It appeared that only had three servers on shift. The server we had appeared to be new with no experience. Our Mozzarella sticks appetizer never arrived. 15 to 20 minutes and an empty drink cup later, our entrees arrived with no mention of the appetizer. I asked and she said she'd check. Five minutes later, our server returned stating the appetizer was taking a bit longer but would be out shortly. The wing sizes were decent but felt there could've been a few more tots on the side. Flavor was good. We ate our main courses and the appetizer arrived as we asked for to go boxes. A few minutes later she brought the boxes and wandered off. After several more minutes, I had to flag the server over to ask for the check as we were just sitting there. She brought it back, but the special wasn't rung up correctly. Our poor sweet server was the only server working the section, there wasn't that many people at first and then a swarm came in and yet no one helped her. We put in our second order for apps and it never came we waited 20 min and it still didn't come we waited another 10 mins and just ended up asking for the check. I could be wrong but it seemed like a manager was having food or something at another table they were wearing a yellow bww polo my point is if you see your worker is struggling customers are unhappy (not just us) get off your butt at least to help your server catch up and then get back to what you were doing.
