Fiesta Omelette in a bowl (interesting).

This is how a Waffle House should operate- efficient, good food at reasonable prices, good customer service, and not in a ghetto fabulous area. In addition, this location was very clean on multiple occasions that I've visited, and has plenty of parking outside. With the exception of the waiter dropping an F bomb around my kids by accident, I'll give this location the benefit of the doubt by visiting again to get my eat on.

Love the food and staff is quick and personable. You can't miss with this greasy spoon restaurant. Food is hot and made to order. Service is friendly. We love hearing them call out the orders.

What can you expect? The food is fast, fresh, and delicious. We went at around 12:30, so the restaurant was a little packed and noisy, but the staff was working hard to maintain a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. This was one of the best waffle houses I have been to. I will definitely be back.

The service was great, the food was SO delicious and the vibes were exactly what you would expect from a Waffle House. I really like the staff at this location. They're friendly and very easy going. I always get the same thing at every Waffle House so not really much to recommend, but definitely give this location a try!

The cutest drawing EVER, our waitress made this for us!

AMAZING!!.... Service, Food, Cleanliness.... Absolutely fantastic experience. I have never in my life seen a cleaner Waffle House. This one is top notch! Only two employees at the location when we stopped by, a waitress and a cook. Our food was cooked to perfection, hot and fresh. Waitress absolutely made our day by creating a doodle for us before we left.... Overall 10/10, will absolutely be back to this location..... I hope the two employees see this because y'all are great! Thank you for making our day, y'all deserve a raise!

Tablecloth, roses, candlelight and special Valentines Day dinner menu! (02/2023)

This visit was on 2/14, their Valentine's Day dinner. I heard in one of my Facebook "foodie" groups that Waffle House goes all out for dinner on Valentine's Day and had to check it out! Sure enough, some (but not all) locations have a special. They even require reservations! There is little to be found about the Valentine's Day dinner in an internet search but I was patient and checked every few days or so. They just have a list of the locations what would be participating and the person to contact for a reservations. That was it. I should mention that we did see people come to eat there but did not have a reservation and were actually turned away so if you are interested definitely make a reservation! My fiancé called the contact for this location, left a message and got a call back telling him where to schedule a reservation. I'm not sure why he couldn't go directly from the announcement page to the reservation page, but that isn't how they have it set up. You select the table number you want and the time you want. Each reservation is only 35 minutes so you are in and out, they reset the table and the next reservation is seated. We arrived and our table wasn't quite ready so the host encouraged photos at their decorated wall where props were also available. He even offered to take our picture. He took several and he did a great job. After a few "regular" photos he encouraged funny faces, which made us laugh - as it was expected to, no doubt! Our table was ready immediately after the pictures so he escorted us to the table. Each table had a white tablecloth on it. Granted, they were thin plastic tablecloths but the effort was there and it was appreciated! Tables had flowers on them and they greeted us with a drink in a plastic champagne flute! It was some sort of Sprite/strawberry concoction but it set the mood so nicely! There is a special dinner menu from which to order if you'd like. The two of you would have to agree, though, because these were set up as dinner for 2. There was a 2 T-bone steaks dinner, a 2 sirloin dinners, 2 chicken dinner and a 2 porkchop dinner. Each came with a side salad, drinks and a dessert to share. We didn't go that route and ordered from their usual menu. Next time we might try ordering from the special menu, because steak? At a WH? That deserves to be tried! We were out of there in 30-35 minutes, they changed the tablecloth, reset the table and greeted their next guests. I have to say, the guy acting as host was the perfect choice! The was personable but not pushy. He treated it as the special day that it was and I appreciate that. We don't usually do anything on Valentine's Day and treat it as any other day so this was really fun. All of the servers were also friendly and you could tell they probably really liked each other - they were playing, laughing, dancing and some were singing together. Will we go back to Waffle House? Eh, maybe, maybe not. But for Valentine's Day? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Really good, new location. They were super-friendly & fast. I took an employee for lunch. The only thing I did not like was that they dressed my burger for me instead of putting the veggies on the side, as I am used to. That meant I had to navigate around disgusting pickles, which I loathe, and deal with their residual, overwhelming flavor. I've never had a Waffle House burger come pre-dressed. Other than that, it was a nice lunch.

Came in with high expectations for The Sicilian Butcher--and this time, they absolutely delivered…read more In one word: impressed. THE FOOD: This is where they shine. You can genuinely taste the freshness and care in every dish--and their specialty is that everything is made in-house, which in this day and age feels like a real treat. The chicken parmesan was a standout--tender, flavorful chicken with a light, crisp breading, topped with a bright, clearly house-made sauce. The lobster ravioli was excellent. The pasta was delicate, and the lobster filling was perfectly cooked, sweet, and fresh--easily one of the highlights of the meal. The Caesar salad was light and refreshing, not overloaded with dressing (which I appreciated). Bonus points for accommodating my request for extra anchovies. I do wish the dressing leaned a bit more into bold anchovy and garlic flavors, but still very enjoyable. The lasagna was another strong dish--rich and comforting with an authentic blend of pork, beef, and veal, layered with house-made pasta, sauce, and creamy cheese. The only miss for me was the clam spaghetti. While the ingredients were clearly fresh, it lacked the depth and richness you'd expect--more butter, wine, and clam-forward flavor would have really brought it together. THE SERVICE: Attentive, accommodating, and welcoming throughout the meal. Requests were handled easily, and the staff struck a great balance between being present and not overbearing. THE AMBIANCE: Lively, warm, and inviting. It has that energetic Italian dining feel without being overwhelming--great for both a casual night out or a more intentional dining experience. Bottom line: Fresh, house-made Italian dishes done right--with that rare, from-scratch approach that really sets them apart. Definitely a spot worth returning to.

Hagen, our server during our dining experience, was cordial when he introduced himself. He inquired if we'd dined at the restaurant before and it we had any questions about the menu. I mentioned to him that I had attended a Yelp event previously at the restaurant. The decor of The Sicilian Butcher is beautifully appointed. The restaurant has a HUGE outdoor patio area with canvas that can be dropped down to close it in. It's great for banquets, etc. After looking over the menu, our table started out with some phenomenal appetizers. Fresh baked bread with garlic butter, a Ferris wheel of several different meatballs and bruschetta. We probably overdid it with the pre-lunch appetizers. I started wondering if we were going to have room for our lunch entrees. There was quite a variety of entrees ordered. I was sure there would be plenty of to-go boxes needed. I decided on the "Build Your Own Pasta" entree. I chose a Truffle mushroom sauce with creste de gallo pasta. My sister opted for the 'Fig & Pig' Ciabatta sandwich, my wife and brother-in-law, Chicken Parm with rigatoni, my nephew, Spaghetti with Vodka sauce, Lobster Bisque, side green salad. Wow Everyone LOVED all their entrees. Hagen took excellent care of us throughout our stay. One of the managers stopped by the table several times to ensure we were being taken care of. We were indeed. Thank you Hagen and "The Sicilian Butcher" for an awesome celebratory luncheon celebrating my wife's 50-year career in the accounting industry.

Shut up and take my money…read more Impeccable service. Staff was super helpful, over the phone answering queries about wait time and in person. The servers are very knowledgable about the food and drinks and were able to break down the mixology (my husband found a new favorite whiskey). As always, hubby asked for the dairy-based condiments to be left off his dishes, and although he has more of an intolerance than an actual allergy, the server (without being asked) consulted the chef and was able to list every dairy ingredient in every dish, down to the milk powder in the brioche. (You'd be surprised how often the staff just shrugs and has no idea what's in their own food.) I believe no matter what you order, it will be one of the finest examples of that menu item you will ever taste. We had the crab cake appetizer, prime rib and gouda stack, french onion burger, chips, fries, whiskey cake, and cocktails. My husband's old fashioned was the best old fashioned he had ever tasted. He ordered a second. The food was sublime, each menu item was either delicious or outstanding. Whiskey cake is the only item on their dessert menu because it is the only dessert you will need. It is their version of a sticky toffee pudding. It's huge. We were there for a birthday, so we were given the whiskey cake for free. I'd say the margarita was just a margarita, and the water in the fancy jug was definitely gross tap water, but every other food and drink item was perfection. The restaurant is appealing and clean inside. I am glad we were seated in one of the side porch areas where there is sunlight and fewer folks. The interior is quite dark and loud, but nothing outrageous. It's just that style of restaurant. Happy hour is weekdays 3-6, with a small selection of popular drinks for $7.

She allowed us an extra long time to unwind & converse over drinks without hurrying us at all. She was very pleasant & interesting to talk to as she gave us the names of other sister restaurants & elaborated on their specialties & their world- famous chefs. While each of us had different entrees we all raved about the appearances & flavors of each one. And the assistant manager, Michael, stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meals & to see if we had any complaints. There were none, but it isn't often that restaurant managers come by & greet their customers. However, the highlight of our meals we agreed was dessert. Several of us had the Key Lime Pie which was excellent & enough for 2 to share. But the winner of the dessert competition was the Butter Cookie-Cake which wasn't even on the menu but was so yummy all of us had rather large bites & said we'd come back just for that dessert alone. Thank you, Marissa, for suggesting we try it--but it's puzzling why it's not on the menu. Before we left the restaurant Manager, Stephanie, came by to introduce herself & hear our feedback. THAT very rarely happens & demonstrates a concerted attention to customer satisfaction. All in all, the Towne Grill provided a delicious meal & excellent service. We can highly recommend it & will most certainly return.

Our food took over an hour to come out, which was honestly surprising considering one of the meals was just a salad. The food itself was good, and our server was fine, but communication was lacking. We repeatedly had to ask for updates on our food and never really received any clear answers. I understand holidays are busy, but the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. Based on this visit, I would definitely avoid coming here on a special holiday. I have definitely had better service here before.
