    Dad's Dad's Breakfast

For it being Veterans Day. I was expecting a more up beat staff member. Instead I was met with the most unenthusiastic staff member. The menu is quite big lots of option to choose from. The Dads breakfast was in my daughters words not manly. Overall the plate was as good. Banana and Nutella crepes most a must order here. The restaurant is super nice and well kept place.

this place is more like a 3.25 out of 5 stars. I'll never turn down brunch, and i want to thank whoever invented it in the first place. We ended up getting an omelette with hash browns (came with pancakes or toast) and chicken and waffles. out of the two dishes, the omelette was the better of the two.... but then again, i don't know how a place could mess up an omelette...lol the chicken and waffles on the other hand, was kinda sad. The chicken had so much breading on it, it looked like deep fried cod (like fish and chips), and there was barely any chicken meat. The "chicken" was super oily as well. When i think chicken and waffles i typically think of real chicken breast with simple waffles. As for the waffles, it was interesting since they made it with bits of bacon blended into it. it also came with a side of gravy. Service was good.

Atmosphere is great! Love the service and the food! I had the cinnamon French toast and my husband had the country breakfast! They have a room to the side for meetings or brunches! Gem of Fort Worth and Keller area! Also they have military discount! Thank you Ernesto great service!

This little place was a recommendation by a company on the same area while my husband and I were in Fort Worth getting some equipment calibrated so we thought we would give it a try. I'd rather eat somewhere local versus a chain restaurant. The parking lot is tight so be ready to squeeze into a space if you have a large vehicle. The restaurant is a quaint little pocket with plenty of seating. I love the open ceiling and the lighting a lot, there are both booth & table seating available as well there looks to be a room off to the side for large groups. We were sat pretty quickly and our waitress was right there to greet us with menus. She gave us time to look at the menu but we knew we needed hot coffee and hot chocolate so that was quickly remedied. The menu had a lot of really great options including healthy ones, my husband was eyeing the Cowboy Omelet but went for something he would usually have it was labeled Dads Breakfast. The pancakes with it were huge he didn't even finish them but said everything was good. Me, I had the Country Skillet, it's a nice take on biscuits and gravy with hash browns tucked underneath I had over hard eggs on top (I don't like runny eggs ‍) and got a additional biscuit because they give you another choice of a bread item to go with it. The biscuit by itself was super tasty. I really liked this dish I figured we wouldn't stop on the way home so wanted something that would keep me filled until we got home. I definitely think this is a great little place I hope this helps others not familiar with it to give it a shot. They do have a lunch menu but I didn't take a picture of that side.

We finally got around to trying this spot near Villages of the Woodland Springs. It's in a really cute spot and the interior has a really trendy farmhouse vibe. We got seated right away, which was a surprise since it was Sunday around peak brunch hours. That said, our food took a while to come out once we placed our orders. I ordered the Tex-Mex skillet with a coffee and my husband had the Dad Breakfast, which is your fairly typical pancake, sausage, and egg plate. The Tex-Mex skillet was great: I loved the hash browns and the jalapeños added the perfect amount of heat. The salsa was also pretty good! It also came with a side of pancakes, a biscuit, or toast and I chose the pancakes. The pancakes were tasty, though I didn't get to finish them. The skillet was super filling! Overall, we had a good experience here and would come back for breakfast or brunch in the future.

We went there for breakfast after a long night of traveling. The restaurant was easy to access and we were greeted immediately upon entry. Service was amazing. The menu is vast and the food was absolutely delicious. It's hard to do breakfast wrong but this was a really good breakfast. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. It's definitely a family friendly spot. The ambience is kind of like a diner and it is kid friendly. I will absolutely eat here again

I went to this restaurant with a large group for Sunday brunch. Because of the group size, we called several weeks in advance to make the reservation. Our room was not set up and we had to request more tables and chairs to be added. The food was good overall but I removed a star because of the service. Everything took a really long time and there were people that left because the service was slow. Also I found ham in my veggie skillet My food was good. I think it would be ok for a small group but the large couldn't be handled properly.

Is there any plans to add fans to the covered waiting area? This is an excellent area to wait but it's stifling with no cross breeze.

I don't know because it be weird you would be facing the parking lot

Does this place serve mimosas or bloody marys?

Made sure our drinks were always filled up, & was very sweet The ambiance is chill, it was a bit loud for a breakfast spot though. I've been to 4 locations, & each one is different as far as its atmosphere. You will spend close to $50-60,'with a tip, just for 2 people, so it's a spot for an occasional visit. Good luck finding a parking spot BTW, especially if it's on the weekend. Downtown Keller is cool, but the parking is abysmal It only gets 4 stars because of the prices here at Seven Mile. It's a great spot for breakfast, brunch & lunch, but it's always been a pricier spot, that hipsters love to congregate

The menu covers just about anything you could want for breakfast or brunch. Our order was Classic American Breakfast and the Very Berry Waffle. (Which on next visit I will request) The sausage patties were a little thicker than most breakfast spots which was a plesant surprise. The Very Berry Waffle was sooo delicious so happy the Granddaughter likes to share, the fruit was packed with flavor and freshness, a little powder sugar sweetened the deal . The table top was wet from cleaning (annoying) and both seats had crumbs on them from the previous guest - not acceptable. Silverware did not look totally clean either. The food was average...the crepes were flavorless. The traditional American breakfast was ok, but the over-medium eggs didn't look that appetizing. The "medium" bacon was slightly over cooked, and the side of fruit was average, small pieces of fruit that could have been fresher. The pancakes were fine, but the syrup was fake-tasting - obvious it is not real maple syrup. I know real maple is expensive, but this was basically a low end tasting fake. The male server (didn't catch his name) was good. There's so many breakfast choices out there - will try somewhere else next time.

Today I finally ate off the lunch menu and was not disappointed! I got the California Wrap ($12) which is massive! Should have split it. Burrito sized tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce tomato & bacon (I asked for no mayo). Portion of fries was huge and they were good. Crunchy on outside, soft in middle. My Mom got the Turkey Bacon Club & Fries which was also massive!! We brought more than half our meal home. Will share next time. My only two wishes for improvements (and reason for removing 1 star) - need a homemade ranch & decaf coffee. If can't do homemade ranch, switch to a better one than what's currently being used. Love this family owned small business! You will not be disappointed if you want good casual food for a good price! I like the booths by the windows, allowed us to see outside during our meal. The breakfast menu has LOTS of options, so it may take you a minute to find what you want. I picked the 4x2 which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage and 2 pancakes. I asked if I could opt for a waffle instead and the waitress said I could but there would be a unchanged for it...she thought $2-3...no problem. As she delivered our food, she advised the charge is actually $5. I'm expecting a good waffle for the price increase....and I was completely disappointed when she brings out what looks like a thin, non-belgium waffle (even though the menu said it was a belgium waffle...) you'd get from another place that serves waffles and has waffle in its name and gets a bad rep for attracting some wild characters. Not knocking that other place, I like their food and you know what you are getting. I digress...but my mention of that "other place" can be tied back to this place in that the food quality is about the same, except here my meal (2 plates) cost $40 and would have been about $20 at the other place. For what its worth, my eggs were cold and the bacon was waaaaay overdone. Not crispy, rather it was burned by grease and old bacon scraps. With the number of breakfast places in the Keller/Alliance area (including that other place..lol), I think I'll pass on this spot. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.
