Our go to for brunch! Great food and staff! Been going there for years with no problems.

They started off great years ago, but it has really gone downhill. The last time (and the last time ever) we went, the staff was not friendly at all. Absolutely zero refills while we waited for almost 40 minutes for food after ordering. The attitudes may also have been because the food took forever to get to the tables and customers' were verbally upset. Then, once the food arrived, the order was incorrect. We didn't send it back because we had things to do and couldn't WASTE another hour waiting. I believe their menu is too large for the kitchen to execute with any quality. IMO My adjectives here are dirty, slow, unhappy and below average. With all the Brunch places popping up within 5 minutes of this place, One would expect A LOT MORE effort on their part. We do not recommend this place and will not be visiting again. read more

For it being Veterans Day. I was expecting a more up beat staff member. Instead I was met with the most unenthusiastic staff member. The menu is quite big lots of option to choose from. this place is more like a 3.25 out of 5 stars. I'll never turn down brunch, and i want to thank whoever invented it in the first place. We ended up getting an omelette with hash browns (came with pancakes or toast) and chicken and waffles. out of the two dishes, the omelette was the better of the two.... but then again, i don't know how a place could mess up an omelette...lol the chicken and waffles on the other hand, was kinda sad. The chicken had so much breading on it, it looked like deep fried cod (like fish and chips), and there was barely any chicken meat. The "chicken" was super oily as well. When i think chicken and waffles i typically think of real chicken breast with simple waffles. As for the waffles, it was interesting since they made it with bits of bacon blended into it. it also came with a side of gravy. Service was good. read more

This little place was a recommendation by a company on the same area while my husband and I were in Fort Worth getting some equipment calibrated so we thought we would give it a try. I'd rather eat somewhere local versus a chain restaurant. The parking lot is tight so be ready to squeeze into a space if you have a large vehicle. The restaurant is a quaint little pocket with plenty of seating. I love the open ceiling and the lighting a lot, there are both booth & table seating available as well there looks to be a room off to the side for large groups. We were sat pretty quickly and our waitress was right there to greet us with menus. She gave us time to look at the menu but we knew we needed hot coffee and hot chocolate so that was quickly remedied. The menu had a lot of really great options including healthy ones, my husband was eyeing the Cowboy Omelet but went for something he would usually have it was labeled Dads Breakfast. The pancakes with it were huge he didn't even finish them but said everything was good. Me, I had the Country Skillet, it's a nice take on biscuits and gravy with hash browns tucked underneath I had over hard eggs on top (I don't like runny eggs ‍) and got a additional biscuit because they give you another choice of a bread item to go with it. The biscuit by itself was super tasty. I really liked this dish I figured we wouldn't stop on the way home so wanted something that would keep me filled until we got home. I definitely think this is a great little place I hope this helps others not familiar with it to give it a shot. They do have a lunch menu but I didn't take a picture of that side. read more

I ordered the steak and eggs, medium rare and over easy, with a biscuit and a side of cream gravy. The eggs and steak both came cooked perfectly! The steak was pretty tough and stringy, but good-tasting. I had to chew each bite a LOT! Like, really tough, but totally edible. The grits were creamy and tasty! The gravy was perfect on the biscuit. We arrive and were seated by the host and given menus. 10 minutes passed and no one took our drinks.Two people arrived after us and were sat behind us and the host took their drink order and served them as well. Still didn't take our order. We waited another 10 minutes and the waitress the went up to their table and took their order. Completely ignored us. We finally got around to trying this spot near Villages of the Woodland Springs. It's in a really cute spot and the interior has a really trendy farmhouse vibe. We got seated right away, which was a surprise since it was Sunday around peak brunch hours. That said, our food took a while to come out once we placed our orders. I ordered the Tex-Mex skillet with a coffee and my husband had the Dad Breakfast, which is your fairly typical pancake, sausage, and egg plate. The Tex-Mex skillet was great: I loved the hash browns and the jalapeños added the perfect amount of heat. The salsa was also pretty good! It also came with a side of pancakes, a biscuit, or toast and I chose the pancakes. The pancakes were tasty, though I didn't get to finish them. The skillet was super filling! We went there for breakfast after a long night of traveling. The restaurant was easy to access and we were greeted immediately upon entry. Service was amazing. The menu is vast and the food was absolutely delicious. It's hard to do breakfast wrong but this was a really good breakfast. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. I have dined at this location twice. My first experience was good. The food was warm, tasty, and the gentleman who served me was kind and personable. My second visit was not the same. I had a female waitrwho was not personable. She brought me a cup that I felt was not clean (see coffee cup pic posted). When I brought it to her attention instead of changing my cup she said, "It's clean. I spilled coffee in my way to your table." I did not push back. Rather I took a few sips from my coffee cup with a straw. I was not feeling it and decided I would not be drinking my regular cup of morning coffeeCupat that spot. Pushing forward, it was now time for my breakfast which took longer than the first visit. This visit may have had six people more than the first time I visited. To top things off, my food was cold and the pancakes arrived much later even colder and under cooked. There was no need to inform my waitress. She would exchange my coffee cup. I went to this restaurant with a large group for Sunday brunch. Because of the group size, we called several weeks in advance to make the reservation. Our room was not set up and we had to request more tables and chairs to be added. The food was good overall but I removed a star because of the service. Everything took a really long time and there were people that left because the service was slow. Also I found ham in my veggie skillet My food was good. So this place used to be decent. Fluffy pancakes, good coffee, decent bacon. I would have said 4 stars 2 years ago. Their pancakes have the consistency of whale blubber now - or a thick damp cardboard box. The fluff is gone, and so is my interest. Hash browns are soggy. We used to go every weekend but we've been back 3-4 times in the past year (we live right by there now) and it's the same thing. Triple A it is! read more

I was confused on why the hostess was bringing our drinks and was the one to take our money at the table- maybe the hostess was out for the day? We got a breakfast burrito that has eggs, cheese, hashbrowns & your choice of meat. I got bacon and it was filling and delicious!! It is served with a flavorful mild salsa, sour cream & hashbrowns. The side of hashbrowns were bland but I didn't eat them anyways since I had plenty of hashbrowns in the burrito. If I was thinking, I would have asked to substitute for a side of fruit, avocado or tomato slices as I personally feel the dish could have benefited from something a little lighter. Did a little random breakfast search to meet up with friends this morning. Picked this restaurant and joined the waitlist. One of the reasons I chose Our Brunch Spot is because it's not cramped. I feel like most breakfast spots are always so busy and crowded. I love how spacious it was and the high ceilings. Great space for large groups! Our wait was 2 seconds. They sat us pretty much immediately and there was no wait ahead of us. Our waitress was phenomenal. She handle all 7 of us with ease. She was very kind and attentive our entire meal. I ordered the Country Skillet with 2 pancakes. Huge portions and the food was delicious! And the coffee was bold and piping hot. Everyone in our party loved the food they ordered. We will definitely be back to try more dishes and celebrate a random Sunday morning. read more

It is a bit pricy compared to other breakfast places, we had two adult entrees, a side of hash browns and coffees for over $40. Suggest adding some specials to give the customer more price point options. The space is nice, looks, clean. I like that they have a variety of coffee creamers available but the coffee service overall was terrible. I had to ask twice for a fresh cup, even after sitting my empty cup at the end of the table for 10 minutes at a time. Recommend the the restaurant have an employee rotate around and refill the tables or set a carafe at tables so patrons can enjoy while they wait. Overall 3.5 stars, good food but room for improvement elsewhere. read more

We went here for breakfast on a Sunday. It was really good. We were seated quickly & the staff was so nice. Javier (bf) & I ordered coffee. His daughters ordered OJ & apple juice. Someone continually came around to make sure our coffee cup was always full. The coffee was very strong but good. I ordered the Nutella & banana crepes. They were delicious. I also ordered an order of bacon I shared w/his youngest daughter who ordered the waffle w/fruit on top. I wanted to go back this weekend to get the crepes again they were so good. Javier ordered the Dad breakfast & his oldest daughter ordered the mom breakfast. Everyone said their food was very good also. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because my crepes came out about 15 minutes later than everyone else's food. Other than that it was perfect. Try this place out. read more

While staying at the Holiday Inn - Forth Worth Alliance we placed an order for breakfast after my hunny wrapped up his workout. We ordered Eggs, Turkey Bacon, Hash Browns, a Steak Skillet, Steak & Eggs, and Toasted Buttered Toast. How do you mess up steak and eggs? Why weren't the hash browns seasoned? My food was horrible. The additional salt and pepper packets couldn't save it. Also I asked for my toast to be toasted and it wasn't. It didn't have any butter on it, but my partner's toast did. The condiments were so scarce for the amount food we ordered. Albeit my hunny would say otherwise, our food was executed poorly. I have to say I was not impressed with this place. read more

I've been here twice and both times left horrible memories. The first time my husband and I came here, they had just finished a brunch rush so tons of dirty tables and stuff. Totally understandable, not knocking them for that. I am complaining that it took 15 minutes for anyone to come over to us when everyone was just standing around. The food was very very bland and tasteless, I don't remember what we got other than it had no flavor. The second visit, cleaner environment and friendlier staff but the food was still very bland. The group I was with love this place and frequent it weekly and I don't understand how. I went to the bathroom and the white/black floors are grey now covered in dirt. The floors were so sticky, I've tried to wash the bottoms of my shoes twice with no improvement, I still stick to the ground when I walk. The trash didn't look like it had been taken out in days, the plunger and toilet bowl cleaner were very obviously used recently and laying in the middle of the floor. The back bathroom area smelled like a dirty, mildewy towel. The bathroom was worse than a sketchy gas station bathroom. This really turned me off, If their bathrooms aren't cleaned, what else isn't getting cleaned properly? read more

Our first impression was a bit of a turn off, we waited to be seated at the front desk for at least five minutes. It was very awkward and unwelcoming. The servers saw us but didn't acknowledge or greet us. Someone could have been kind enough to say that someone will be with us shortly. After we were seated I saw another couple experience the same thing, but they left. We talked ourselves into staying to give it a chance. They appeared to be short staffed. Our waiter ended up being very attentive and worth it after all. If it wasn't for his service we would have left with an unpleasant experience. Overall, the place is nice, but they could use a deep cleaning. The walls were visibly dirty which made me wonder what the kitchen looks like. When I sat down, there was a picture of the Cinnamon Roll Buttermilk Pancake on the table. After browsing the other items on the regular menu, I decided to get that. I was hesitant the pancakes would be enough, so I got a side of sausage patties. The pancakes tasted great. They were already moist and did not need a drop of the syrup. As for the sausage patties, I had to confirm they were pork. They was a hint of sweetness to them which made them highly addictive. I also enjoyed the coffee and my mug was never empty.
