It has been awhile, we had the urge for some good bar food eats and headed to Shotzee's for a late lunch. As always, SUPER GOOD! And, great ambiance. Louder than usual because the Worldcup game was on, England V Croatia . Had two groups of fans from each team, loud at the good stuff, everyone polite and jovial. Really added to the fun atmosphere. A bazillion TVs so everyone has a good view. The waitress was also the barkeep, she did a great job. Tipped appropriately well. Food! The point Yes, awesome yumminess. I got a new try, Brisket Grilled cheese with lightly fried onions and a sweet BBQ sauce, American cheese, on a Hawaiian bread. A great combo that was flavorful. Best burger in Keller??? I think not! I ordered mine fully dressed with extra pickles and mayo. It showed up no pickles. It had a little thin sliced tomato. 2 smashed beef patties, cheese, onions and shredded lettuce. Had to ask for pickles and Another tomato. Honestly the burger was one of the worst I've had in a long, long time. We also ordered the wings with lemon zest. He loved them! We ordered the southwest egg rolls...they never arrived. Frustrating. Sucks to drive to a place at 6pm on a Tuesday to get beers and food just to find yourself blasted with an extremely loud low-rent DJ playing club music. Closed my tab and walked out. Tip: ask your paying customers what they think of the music and volume? I can handle the music but jeez it's not a club. Also, you have 3 spaces, can you not spare 1 space of that bad DJ? I panned the room - no one was there for the music. People were simply tolerating it. With that said, I've been here a couple of times and the food, drinks, and service has been good. Great place for a drink and food!!! We went in on a Sunday for a drink with our daughter. It's a clean and open environment! We were quickly greeted by our waitress! I started with their house spicy margarita and it did not disappoint. It's probably one of the best spicy margarita I've had. Our daughter was hungry and they accommodate little ones with chicken strips and fries. We enjoyed our time with an awesome DJ playing great music while we enjoyed drinks and appetizer! The hot mess was the best nachos! My two favorite signature drink would have to be the Naughty by Nature and the Bandito Margarita! What a great little spot. This used to be up in smoke bbq. Now it's a bar and eatery. Let's get to what you wanna know.... Service: Alyssa was our waitress and she is attentive and so wonderful. She anticipated our every need and was very friendly. Food: Burger is A+, juicy and delicious. Ranch dressing is great. Fries are pretty good too! I gobbled the burger down before I remembered to take a picture. Parking can be a little crazy, but in the back of the restaurant it shares a parking lot with other businesses close by. You might have to walk a little ways. They have drink specials almost daily! Happy hour and daily specials end at 6p and then start up again late night. I did take a picture (although not that good of one) of the chocolate martini drink. It was sweet like a dessert. I only had a few sips and it was tasty. They have karaoke on Wednesday. Yes it's a bar....but the waitstaff is so nice! It's clean and that's a great thing! My friends said the burgers were the best in town. The brisket tacos were amazing. Another AMAZING dinner at Shotzee's. We love this place. I can't count how many times we've come here when we want amazing g bar food and great service. The crowd is always pretty tame and real down home. The food is kick ass! The service is equally amazing. They are always friendly and attentive. Great tv watching of just about any sports game going on. Their beer is spot on nice and cold and great selection. I can't say enough about this Swiss mushroom cheeseburger. Very disappointed in the service. We went at 4 pm to avoid the dinner rush. Restaurant was fairly empty. Our server was very abrupt, didn't take our food order, and after dropping off our drinks - promptly disappeared. Another server showed up (with a much more pleasant personality) and did a great job of getting our food order correct. But then.... she disappeared too. She told us the first server had gone home - but she had not. She was on duty the entire time we were there. We had to ask one of the 5 servers who were standing around the bar (doing nothing) if we could get a box and our tab. The food was standard - but nothing exceptional. We won't be going back. Second time visiting. I am SUCH a creature of habit so of course I ordered the lunch street fries but on TOTS instead of fries. (I do love a good tot.) OMG, these things are over the top. We have been to this location for a couple of different barbecue restaurants. Shotzee's is a sports bar. They have live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Several of the staff from the previous restaurant are still here. There is an exciting buzz about Shotzee's and more patrons than we've seen since precovid roscoes. Our burgers were delicious! The fries were also 100! Service was fantastic per usual. We will be back to try some cocktails and more apps. We enjoyed the fried pickles. The only thing I would change is to add a gluten free bun option. Old people that can't hear very well will not like this place. The music (not talking about the live music) is pretty loud and difficult to speak over. This may not be the case during the day. We came for dinner on a Thursday early evening. We had Cowboy Sushi as an appetizer and man was it tasty. Next time I'm just going to get 2 orders for my meal. Not that the smash burgers aren't good. They are and I recommend the Firecracker Bacon Burger. Get the sauce on the side so you can control the heat. Fries and sweet potato fries are freshly punch and really good. We went on a Saturday about 3/4pm for a late lunch. They have a cute little patio, with a couple couches and several tables. Their patio is dog friendly and is covered. They have several tvs outside as well. The food was great, we both had a burger & fries. Would definitely order again! We were drinking ranch waters, they were also made well! Standard price point for a casual sit down restaurant. I've never actually been inside, but did notice they had live music scheduled for the evening we were there.
