Good food. Beer tasted flat. Very dark room. Attentive service however. I believe they allow cigarettes inside.

New ownership sucks! It's freaking Texas/OU week and he decides to change the audio to a throw away Notre Dame game against NC State.

Horrible service. 30 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Payed to play pool and no service. Not busy. It was a sad place to visit. Don't go.

Where they sat us at was right in the center of the televisions so we had the sports game blasting from three directions and people yelling and cheering all around us. The ladies at the table next to us asked if they could turn the volume down on the TV right about their head as she said "we came for tea, not the game!" With that said, it would have made sense to move the tea parties to the back of the restaurant away from all the noise. As for the tea, apparently they ran with everything is bigger in Texas, because I've never had finger sandwiches like these. The finger sandwiches were generously sized, the scones were superb, and the jam with clotted cream was a perfect accompaniment. The mousse was a decadent treat, and the offer of wine at the end was an added nice touch. Seriously, portions alone ensured that you didn't leave hungry. I loved that there variety of tea pots & cups, the tea variety was basic (earl, breakfast, raspberry, spearmint and I think there was one more) however the two I tried - breakfast and raspberry - were delicious. I love a good cucumber sandwich however my gripe is these cucumbers tasted like they were brined and had more of a pickle taste than what you expect from a traditional sandwich. I don't eat salmon but the other ladies said it was good and unfortunately I was only able to take a small bite of the chicken as there was something in it that didn't agree with me, but once again the other ladies loved it. This isn't the fanciest tea party, however all in all a great time was had.

We had high hopes for our dinner, but unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations…read more We started with a cheeseboard appetizer -- with an add-on of prosciutto -- while my wife and I ordered the fish tacos and fish and chips respectively, along with two waters. The restaurant was less than half full, so there was no obvious reason for what followed. After more than 30 minutes, our appetizer still hadn't arrived. It finally appeared nearly 45 minutes after we ordered, only to be immediately followed -- within two minutes -- by our entrees. To make matters worse, the prosciutto we had specifically added to the cheeseboard was missing entirely, arriving another five minutes later. We were left with an appetizer, a forgotten add-on, and two full entrées all crowding the table at once. We made the best of it, boxing up the cheeseboard since the timing had completely undermined its purpose. Our water glasses ran dry repeatedly throughout the meal. Our server acknowledged this each time but never followed through with a refill, as he seemed far more interested in chatting with other guests than tending to our table. We ended up boxing most of our dinner as well and left earlier than planned. The food itself may well be fine -- we barely got to enjoy it in any meaningful way. What ruined the evening was the inattentive, disorganized service. We hope management takes note, because with a little care this could be a much better experience.

Louder than usual because the Worldcup game was on, England V Croatia . Had two groups of fans from each team, loud at the good stuff, everyone polite and jovial. Really added to the fun atmosphere. I got a new try, Brisket Grilled cheese with lightly fried onions and a sweet BBQ sauce, American cheese, on a Hawaiian bread. A great combo that was flavorful. My wife enjoyed the lunch size fish in chips; good cod fish. Generous fries with both. We had unsweetened tea, perfect.

Tip: ask your paying customers what they think of the music and volume? I can handle the music but jeez it's not a club. Also, you have 3 spaces, can you not spare 1 space of that bad DJ? I panned the room - no one was there for the music. People were simply tolerating it. With that said, I've been here a couple of times and the food, drinks, and service has been good. Usually loud but I've only been on weekend nights and a bit later.

My friend recommended this on his list of Irish Pubs around here, so I decided to give it a try. For a strip mall Irish Pub, it does take you into another world. Cool entrance that opens up to a horseshoe bar with tons of tables and booths. It was Trivia night, so they only had the Stanley Cup playoff on one TV. Sat down at the bar and ordered my Guinness and reviewed the menu. There were a couple of selections I was interested in (always gravitate to Bangers n' Mash), but went with the fish & chips with French Onion soup. Get these together, because the fish is delicious in the beef broth of the French Onion! It was good, though fish could've used a little more batter with the thick walleye filets. I loved it all and enjoyed the conversation with the bartender with the I Love Indie Horror hat. Some good ones out there that aren't being made like they use to!!

After we paid our bill with a credit card, I noticed that we were charged a 3% credit card fee. That was a first, and likely began in April since our last visit was on 3/24/26 and no credit card fee was assessed. Nowhere on the menu was it mentioned there would be a credit card fee, nor was it articulated by a bartender. That sort of fee makes me wonder what's going on in this establishment. Not sure we'll be back.

I sat outside and wasn't feeling fish and chips or a warm sandwich when it was soo warm out. (That was also my choice). The salad ingredients were fresh but my chicken had a couple pretty tough pieces of cartilage which deducted the score. The homemade croutons and unique and goat cheese amounts were super though. My drink was oddly disappointing and I hate saying that because it was beautiful and I wanted to love it. I think some people would! I'm a fan of original pisco sours though and this was just not the same, a little too sweet for me for this particular drink. That said, if you're a lavender or raspberry fan it did compliment the gin well and multiple strangers walking by commented on it looking good. It's near the Courtyard Dallas Flower Mound hotel and is a beautiful 5 minute walk along the river walk. Location gets an A plus. I'd try it again but order pub food.
