He acknowledged the request, but either forgot or ignored it. The food came out straight from the fryer, and within seconds my son burned his mouth exactly as we were trying to prevent. As a parent, that's incredibly frustrating. We communicated a simple safety request, and it wasn't taken seriously. That alone overshadowed the entire meal. For a restaurant that prides itself on providing a high-end dining experience, the level of service we received was far below expectations. Multiple mistakes throughout dinner, combined with a preventable incident involving a child, left us extremely disappointed. We came expecting great food and professional service. Instead, we left frustrated, disappointed, and questioning whether customer care is truly a priority here.
