Absolute 5 experience today at BJ's. Service was right on point. We started out with the sampler appetizer. The dill pickle wing were HUGE! They were cooked perfectly and the dill flavor was just perfect, not over powering at all. The spinach artichoke dip was rich and creamy. The cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks, outstanding. The sliders had very good quality beef. Great value for the price! My main dish was the beef sandwich which was loaded with flavorful juicy beef and provolone. The fries were crispy. The coleslaw was bland and could have used more acid. The fettuccine Alfredo needed more sauce but they brought a side of it right out. It had broccoli and blackened chicken. A savory garlic knot on the side of the plate, yum. To top everything off my friend had a free pozzokie which is a baked cookie with ice cream and this Oreo cream stuff, omg! Sooo goooood! We have always enjoyed BJs Brewhouse. I cannot count the number of times we have been. However, tonight we had a terrible experience. Our waiter, John, acted like he did not want to be there. It took for ever to order and longer still to get our food. My wife asked for limes for her water three times before he brought lemons. I order the tri-tip and chicken. Asked for BBQ on the side not on the meat. Yet, it had BBQ sauce on it anyway. I also asked for a side salad before my meal. I never got it. The salad ended up on our bill and when I asked for it to be removed he acted like it was an inconvenience and didn't apologize or anything. I tip him 20% out of kindness but he deserved zero!!! We ordered the Korean ribs and a large pepperoni pizza to go. Unfortunately, I don't recommend the Korean ribs at all. The ribs were mostly bones with very little meat and definitely not worth the $15.99 price. The slaw underneath was dry and felt more like plain lettuce than coleslaw. If I had been closer, I would've returned it immediately. On the positive side, the large pepperoni pizza was really good. It had plenty of pepperoni and was much better than the ribs. It is a bit overpriced for pizza that isn't fully custom, but quality-wise, it was solid. Bottom line: the pizza was a win, but do not order the ribs. Service was good, ambiance was a bit loud but we brought in our one year old son so he added to the fun. What I really want to highlight is the servers patience with our baby, they made sure to bring him some fruit and crayons to color no matter how many times he tossed them on the floor. June 10, 2026 I went to "try," and eat here.I usually go the the restroom to wash my hands, when in disgust I see either a chef or kitchen staff in his black outfit and souhat leaving a unrinal without washing his hands and exiting toward the kitchen. When I requested a manager he showed up to my table seem very unconcerned and when I asked him what he was going to do about it, he said nothing and walked away like a coward. The whole staff must have a simliar outlook and their quality, the manager stated that perhaps he was completing his shift as if to justify the behavior. My wife and I were out running some last-minute errands before we left for our November cruise. It was late into the evening and dinner time. Since we were already at the mall, BJ's was the perfect place stop in for dinner. My wife took advantage of the $13 Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta Lunch Sized special that also included a Pizookie. She ordered a chocolate chip one. I decided on the 1/2 rack of slow roasted baby back ribs accompanied with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. My entree also included a Pizookie. I decided on the salted caramel one. Oh my, what a wonderful dinner was experienced. My wife loved her Chicken Parmigiana, and my rib entree was definitely "fall off the bone." It was fabulous. We were seated just moments before the rush, which is always a good thing. Everyone gave this place rave reviews, and since we don't have one where I'm from, it was a nice change of pace from the usual Applebee's or Chili's type spots. I had a burger and we tried the Pizookie, only because I was told that's what they're known for. I went with the strawberry shortcake version and honestly, I just enjoyed the ice cream. The cookie was undercooked in the center and I'm not a fan of raw cookie dough. The server was amazing though. She was friendly and attentive, and I'd go back for that if someone else wanted to, but probably not on my own. read more

It's its own brewery with lots of other beer on tap. The menu is quite extensive. Normally I prefer a smaller menu, but here it's nice knowing there's bound to be something for everyone! It's also fun to try out new menu items or special they're offering at the time. BJ's menu is pretty much identical to all locations, so you can happily expect what to get. This BJs location is hands down the best restaurant if you have toddlers and kids. They always provide little ones with a snack along with the standard crayons and menu. Our hostess (don't know her name but she had beautiful nails ) was super kind and so kid friendly before and after the meal. She made sure our 2 year old picked out her favorite sticker on the way out. Our server Lauren was attentive and efficient which made our meal a breeze. The manager was actively involved and on the way out was kind to our family. This will continue to be our first choice when we go out to eat as a family. read more

We walked right in and were immediately sat andl taken care of by our server! The service was great, but the food was terrible. This $33 steak was ordered rare, but it was dry and still cold; there was no juice on the plate and the fat was stiff. Server was very nice but needed to speak up so we could hear him but I had no problem with him. We ordered the prime rib and then rhey came back and told us they were out of it and offered a ribeye. Now I have never met a ribeye I didn't like. And we joke that I like my steaks to moo, but this one was RAW. THE FAT WAS NOT RENDERED and WHEN I CUT A PIECE IT WAS LIKE EATING LARD! I could barely cut through it with all the sinew and raw meat. I ordered medium rare and got seared. I had a piece of cauliflower and a piece of broccoli and maybe 1 mushroom total. While their pizzas are always pretty good...I come for pizookies! Normally the Ghriardelli triple chocolate is my go to, it has been my favorite for years. Their seasonal pizookie right now is a s'mores one and I just had to try it. It was really delicious! It consists of: a warm triple chocolate cookie for the bottom layer, a thick layer of toasted marshmallow fluff, and ice cream on top (I subbed vanilla for chocolate). The s'mores might be my new favorite pizookie! The combo of a soft warm cookie mixed with cold ice cream is always welcome in my palate. I loved the crunchy texture that the toasted marshmallow brought to this dish. YUM. I would absolutely recommend sharing, bc it's super rich and sweet!
