I've lived in Fort Worth my whole life and I had never neen to Billy Bob's until now?? It can look really unassuming from the outside, but once you enter it's like a whole other world! There are multiple areas in the establishment but bar's everywhere you you don't have to go extremely far for drinks. We came for a MMA event and had a great time exploring the venue itself. There are different foods in various locations, you just have to pay attention to the LED signage. We ended up at the pizza station but there were other places with salads, wings and other things. Service overall at the food places was good and staff around the venue was also very nice. We'd definitely come back to hang out with friends.

My review is based on my personal experience while attending a concert!! Ordering my tickets seemed to be easy, a floor plan of the seating arrangement is layout to select how close you want to seat by the stage. Also the floor plan provided on their site shows where the end seats are if you are like me prefer to have easy access to leave your seats if needed. Pricing was reasonable for a night out to hear an artist you listen to on the radio! When we arrived and taken to our seats. What a HUGE disappointment!! The floor plan shown online was nothing like it was that night and discovered that the end seats I ordered for easy access to get up if I needed to was not the case. The tables are so close together that leaves for no room to sit comfortably and worst of all we couldn't have a waiter come to you during the show to order drinks! Our table was but against another table and allowed for no way to get up for a drink or bathroom break at all!!!! We were unable to order a drink during the show because our waiter could not even get us to check on us to place an order. The concert and artist was awesome! We had an overall great time at the concert but I am not sure if we would return again if the seating arrangement online does not match how the tables are placed the day of the event! Some people prefer to order seats at the end for a reason and when the floor plan does match on the day of the event it really can ruin their experience. Overall Billy Bobs is a nice venue, the staff is great, the bartenders are awesome and the restrooms are open and clean. Be prepared to spend top dollar for drinks or shots! We ordered a beer, margarita on the rocks and two shots with a bill of $59 without tip!!

Billy Bob's Texas is a fun and lively spot with a true Texas feel. The live music, dancing, and indoor bull riding are the highlights, great food and there is always something going on. It can get crowded and a bit pricey, but the energy makes it worth a visit.

Place is poppin! Get there early

This was my first time in Fort Worth, Texas! And if you're anywhere near the stockyards, you have to pay a visit to Billy Bob's! This place is a giant western playground for adults! 33 bars and plenty of booze to go around. Live music, bull riding, pocket pool, a variety of eateries galore... you name it, this place has it! There was a $40 cover. I recommend getting there early. Anything past 9PM means you'll be waiting for a long while outside in the cold on a December night. We had just eaten at Cattlemen's down the street, so I can't really say anything about the food. But overall, the ambiance was lively and great! The bull riding was epic and the line dancing was quite the experience! We had a blast and can't wait to come back!

Was here for a work dinner. They had us in a back room and served a buffet. Brisket was fair for the most part but when I went back for seconds, found a few fatty pieces that others had passed on that were excellent. Pulled pork would be fine for most people I suppose but I am a snob On this dish and have yet to be to a bbq joint that makes it better than mine. The potato salad and beans were absolutely ace and the peach cobbler was great too. Beer selection was lacking IMO because I typically only drink crafts beers. My group loved the line dancing and the pool. We would have enjoyed the bull riding too but they weren't doing it the night we were there. Fortunately we got to see the show the next night at the stockyards arena.

Huge honky Tonk with a rodeo arena, gift store, a ton of musical memorabilia and more. Weekly concerts at great prices, several bars inside and a restaurant too! Food is tasty, staff friendly, the restrooms are clean. Get there early on concert nights if you want a table or to play pool....gets pretty crowded.

We came in after watching the cattle drive at Fort Worth Stockyards. It's been an iconic concert and rodeo venue for years. The nickname is "The World's Largest Honky Tonk" . It's huge -- lots of space to eat, drink, dance, watch bull riding, or just hang out without being in a crowd. Many famous Texas and national artists have played here and there is a wall of fame, guitar pick wall, and back stage pass collection! In addition, there are pool tables, a dance floor, concert stage, and bull riding on Friday and Saturday nights. There is a restaurant but can get busy so see if they have reservations. We did not eat food. This week the artists playing are Drake Milligan and Stoney Larue. We loved the laid back feel of Billy Bobs. A great place to see a concert, eat, or dance.

I am a fan of music. Sonically, I'm all over the place. One night I'm at a rave, the other I'm going to a honky tonk. Living in Texas all my life, the country bug sneaks up on you. You listen to a little Tyler Childers and go, well, he's alright, and then four years in Lubbock, Texas and you're a Treaty Oak Revival super fan. Billy Bob's is the mecca of honky tonk in Texas. A chapel of Red Dirt. I can't line dance. I don't own a pair of boots. I can drink a Lone Star, though. After seeing Gavin Adcock smashing tables or Fred again.. dancing with his family after two nights at Dickies with an Aaron Watson song in the background, I wanted my moment at Billy Bob's. I was in Fort Worth for a work conference, and I made sure the task was clear. We must go to Billy Bob's. On a casual Wednesday, my team and I went. It was Ladies Night, so most got in free. There's so much history inside the walls. Signed handprint slabs, walls of photo pass and all-access stickers, and plenty of soul. My co-workers played a crazy high-level game of pool while I watched Texas Tech lose the first game of the WCWS to Texas tragically. We then watched people line dance to the classics as well as the Trolls version of "September," which was more confusing than anything else. This place is an oasis for music. I would love to see a show here, but even on a bar night, it's an excellent time. Long live William Robert's.

Located in Ft Worth, BB's is a great spot for a night out. Recently attended the Rival Sons show and it was great! Venue is large with plenty of seating, a great dance floor, and entertainment.

We went for a private event and stayed to check out the rest of it. It's a really cool place and great to show folks from out of town something special about Texas. Staff was great, drinks were strong. We didn't eat so I can't speak to that. It's a Texas institution, what more can you ask for?

Cool place to visit. It has a lot going on and worth just popping in. I didn't eat there and only grabbed a beer to soak in the ambiance. It feels like a honky Tonk from a movie should. Bartender was friendly.

Coming here for an out of state family visit and stepped inside to look at the legendary Billy box entered after dinner with my children and our family at four because we decided to visit with children. We wanted to do family friendly things so we venture to take a family photo upon approaching the booth unable to hear the young lady if you want to call her that we were greeted with hateful speech, verbal assault, and told to get the hell out of her booth, this was uncalled for unnecessary and then upon trying to reach management we were told the booth is an outside vendor nonetheless, it is representative of the famous Billy Bob's I encourage you not to spend a dime here. Do not bring your families. Do not patronize the Photo Booth customer service is everything management was unavailable. She assaulted us with curse words in front of our 210-year-old. Children

    Is this place air conditioned?

You know, I'd submit yes. It's hot as Hades in DFW in the summer. I was there in the fall.…

If I buy a ticket to a General Admission table, does that cover just one person's entrance? How does that work?

Typically if a concert has a RESERVED GA TABLE; 1 Ticket = 1 SEAT at the GA Table. GA Tables hold 4 SEATS, therefore if you want a WHOLE table you need 4 TICKETS at that table. Hopefully this cleared up your confusion! Also only buy tickets from…

In these post-covid times, is there still dancing? I saw on the website that you could buy tickets for performances but it look like that you enjoy the concert by buying seats. I don't want to sit. I want to dance! Is there dancing? Thanks!

You can dance, but it is limited people on the dance floor and you have to wear a mask 😉

I'm curious what the concerts are like with reserved tables and social distancing?

I went to the Chad Prather show. Masks were required except when seated at a table. While groups were separated on the same side of the table, we were seated directly across the table from others and we were back to back with the table behind us.…

So how is it if your traveling alone as a woman ? Would You recommend going on your own? I don't know anyone here and am a little intimated to go by myself but dotn know where…

I am not a woman, but I did go alone on a Saturday night, and the security is fine. The crowd is mixed...lot of couples..packs of guys and girls, really just like going to any other nightclub, except its bigger. There is bullriding inside the bar,…

How is it on a Thursday night?

Thursday nights is college night so admission is free for college students so of course it's full of young adults, mainly hot and attractive cowboys and cowgirls lol. It's not very crowded and if you like to dance country on the dance floor, then…

What is the cover charge on a Friday night? Does it hang when there is a concert?

For Friday's when there's not. A concert is $10 and when there is a concert you have to pay the standing room ticket wich starts at $25 depending on the artist

What is average age of people that go?

It is a family style place, msiny ages 13-25 & 40-50...Alot of stuff form all ages to do, just don't go to a concert! Seating is really backwards stupid and bad at that!

Two days later we enjoyed the chicken fried steak for dinner, which was the best. The cook was amazing, staff was so very welcoming (Maria) and the atmosphere said Stockyards all over it! These were good, although the cheesy bread was a bit too salty. We shared the following and it was enough for us. The ribeye and chicken fried steak are particularly big. - Ribeye: 16 oz, and it was tougher than I'm used to in NYC but I wonder if that's the TX style? The sauce was good, and not overpowering, and the string beans/cauliflower along with the mashed potatoes were good too. - Country fried steak: the crispy breading and steak itself was good. The gravy was good too but it was missing something - more salt or something to offset. I ate this with their signature pepper sauce which helped. - Calf fries: testicle, but if I didn't know, I don't know that I would have caught on. Similar to the CFS, it needed something to add to the flavor besides the gravy. - Large salad: a basic spring mix with a balsamic vinaigrette
