Beautiful venue tucked away in downtown Fort Worth. Perfect for modern weddings. It has an elegant industrial vibe. Beautiful ambient lighting. Plenty of parking.

This was the 3rd venue I visited, and right when I walked in, I knew this is where we would get married! From start to finish Emily and the staff were so helpful and made everything so easy! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding! This venue is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for all of your hard work, and for making this day so easy for us!

Cheeky Monkeys - Fort Worth - 6/2/23 - Fun At Cheeky Monkeys

Cheeky Monkey is a great spot for kids of all ages and is perfectly located for an easy outing…read more When you arrive, you choose either a 1- or 2-hour play session and get a wristband that's announced over the speaker when your time is up. They're actually pretty generous with the timing--honestly, before the hour is up I'm usually ready for my color to be called! Right now I'm mostly in the toddler area, which has plenty to keep little ones busy and entertained. That said, the facility could definitely use some updates. A number of the wall activities were out of order, and the toys and play areas could benefit from a deeper, more frequent cleaning. They do have a small kitchen offering pizza, fries, burgers, and more. The food is decent--nothing amazing--but it gets the job done. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait. Overall, the staff is friendly, the concept is great, and it's an excellent place to let your kids burn off some serious energy. With a little upkeep, this place could easily be top-tier. Definitely recommend.

With the Texas heat, it's almost intolerable to be outdoors running around a covered playground…read more Cheeky Monkeys is a great alternative in that it is indoors. Think big slides, trampoline, soft play climbing obstacles, and ball pits. They have a designated area for toddlers 4 years and younger. It's a good idea for parents to still supervise since older kids tend to sneak into the area. For those who need a break from running around, there's a spot with books, puzzles/games, building blocks, grocery shopping, train set, etc. No outside food or beverages allowed. They have a cafe to purchase food with plenty of seats available to rest and/or eat. I like that they have multiple family friendly restrooms that are kept relatively clean. Make sure you bring grippy socks for the kiddos. Adults also need socks to run around the play area. I would say Cheeky Monkeys is pretty pricey compared to other indoor play places. They charge on an hourly basis unlike other locations that include unlimited play for the day without time restriction. Look out for their holiday specials, which typically includes a discount for 2 hours of play along with special activities (e.g. arts/craft and games). You can also book birthday parties here. On party days, it can get pretty loud and busy.

I'm not sure why this location was marked as closed- it is open!…read more I have a 2 year old and it is in the 100's outside while I'm in Texas visiting family- so I was looking for indoor play options. This one kept coming up, but I wasn't sure because of some of the reviews. It was perfect for him! He loved it. It was clean, the toys were well stocked, and it was just enough to keep him occupied without being overwhelmed. The car race area was my favorite part (what a CUTE idea!). He loved each of the play areas. The restroom was clean, there were plenty of seating areas, and the woman working the door was very kind! I even found a Groupon and it was only around $5 for him to have fun and play. Thanks so much for providing a safe and cool place for my son!

I took my two boys to Celebrations Indoor Adventure today, as it has been over 100 degrees in the…read moreheat of the day lately, and we needed to get out of the house. I thought an indoor playground would be just the ticket. First of all, it's not easy to spot the place from the road. It's located in a small collection of office buildings and there's only a small sign above the door. The inside, however, is colorful and spacious, with lots of activities to amuse everyone from toddlers all the way up to tweens. They've got a big collection of Little Tikes cars to zoom around in, and a "track" to ride them on. There's also pretend stations where kids can play kitchen, construction activities, dress-up and the like. They also have a pretty good-sized bounce house, air hockey, foosball and a "stage" to perform on. There was also a small collection of baby toys for the younger ones, though my kids didn't pay too much attention to those. As for refreshments, they have a few sodas and juice for sale up front, and you are welcome to bring your own food and drink to eat at their tables. Next time we come I will likely bring a "picnic" for the kids. They also have a birthday party space you can rent. One word of caution - I was struck by how run down some of the toys and items seemed to be. The electronic keyboard in the musical instrument section was broken, and lots of the dress-up clothes were torn or worn out. Some of the sections kind of reminded me of a church nursery. I understand that the toys probably stand up to a lot of abuse, but I would recommend that the facility begin replacing some of them. However, we stayed for two and a half hours and I had a hard time getting my kids to leave, so obviously they enjoyed themselves. Throughout the summer (2011), they have "Open Play" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday. That costs $7.50 per kid ($6.50 each if you bring 2 or more kids; parents play free). At all other times, you must pay the fee to reserve a private party. In summation, we'd probably go back, but I wasn't wowed.

The day we visited there were food trucks and other events. They also had live music on the patio They offer tours of the distillery, which I would very much recommend. You can purchase tickets online. While you wait in their cozy lounge area, go up to the bar and try one of their signature (or classic) cocktails. The cocktails at the bar are tasty and fun. The gin is their best seller, and it was honestly my favorite. I would also recommend their old fashion The tour was very interesting. You start in a large drinking hall where everyone has covered tasting samples. Each sample has information provided, and there is plenty of water to keep you hydrated and to cleanse the palate. The tour guide walks you through the tastings, and provides some history and other information. When we went we tasted their vodka, 1800s Bourbon, honey whiskey, their gin, and another whiskey. After the tasting you walk through the distillery and get a tour of where the magic happens (stills, filtration, labs, storage, etc). The operation is truly incredible, and the tour offers a variety of great picture-taking moments with beautiful pieces of equipment, walls lined with wooden barrels, and neon novelty signs Some tips: They frequently do events, and you can see their schedule online. They had a Father's Day promo code when we went that got Dad's in for free. They also had a cigar vendor and lounge that gave away cigars to dads. It was pouring rain when we arrived, the walk from the parking lot to the front door isn't covered, so, plan accordingly. If you do a tour and have a designated driver they don't have to pay, but they will have to sit at a separate table during the tasting portion Cheers!!
