    Bread Pudding

One of the best happy hours I have been to!! $6 gimlet, you can't beat it! The ranch dip with homemade potato chips was a great portion size for the price, highly recommend. The chicken sandwich was crisp and fresh and the slaw complements the sandwich with a hint of spice. We subbed the chips for fries and they were great steak fries. The bread pudding was fabulous as well, another great portion size. The chocolate chips on top are a great addition. The restaurant is cute and swanky and the service was on par.

Second visit in the last 6 months and had an even worse experience than my first trip. First of all, this place smells like sewage is leaking. It smells so bad no matter where you sit, something is very wrong. Second the $17 cheeseburger was just plain bad, it looked like a frozen patty about 1/4lb and was only served with chips. Third, we arrived at 5:35 and the waitress told us happy hour just ended so I thought oh it must have ended at 5:30. No big deal, open the menu and it said Happy Hour till 6pm! Asked the waitress she said, I did not know what time it was. Just skip this place completely. Side note, another group of 4 came in and sat in the booth in front of us, they couldn't handle the smell and left after getting water.

The ambiance is nice and cozy. I ordered a blood red margarita. Although it wasn't blood red, it was ah-mazing! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and I was in heaven. My husband ordered the fish and chips and I was jealous because that was really good too. Our waitress was always checking in without being overly annoying. The place is on the pricey side but so worth it! Definitely perfect for much needed date nights. (Also, soda is by the bottle. No free refills, but my husband and I enjoyed our cocktails

Will return for good service and foood. High ceiling, brick walls, booths and tables. The only down side is - two tv monitors are bid small but again, this isn't a sports bar and my aging eyes are on the decline. Wait time was minimal. Server did an excellent job answering questions and guiding our dining choices. Service was prompt with food pleasantly presented and still warm. Might try something else on another trip.

Will return for good service and foood. High ceiling, brick walls, booths and tables. They were willing to change one tv to French Open tennis - thank you very much. The only down side is - two tv monitors are bid small but again, this isn't a sports bar and my aging eyes are on the decline. We've Kale salad and Ruben - both are good. Getting there at the tight time, it was only half full. By the time we almost done, it became full: the convention attendees are pouring in for their lunch. We would sit a little longer to watch Joao Fonesca's defeat of Pierre-Hugues Herbert, but when the girl came by, asking if we need anything, we asked for the bill. She said ok and then proceeded to take the cream and sugar away. The manager (?) told her not to do it quietly and she put them back - I appreciated this kind gesture - thank you.

Super cute place within walking distance from just about anywhere downtown. I had a tight meeting scheduled so I ordered their lunch Cobb to go from the bar. The bartender that took my order was very nice and the meal was prepared and packaged in about five minutes. When I got it back to my room, it was quite delicious. I look forward to dining in during a future visit to Fort Worth.

Great place, came back after many years. Service, food and ambiance are great. Wings with chimichurri and garlic aioli were unique and tasty! All meals were tasty, Mac & cheese super flavorful without being too thick!

    Chicken Fried Chicken Dinner

Honestly don't understand how this restaurant has 4 stars. Our group made reservations at LRW since it is close to the convention center where we were attending an event. The fish and chips were dry and fried unevenly. At least the fries were decent. Definitely not worth the $31 price tag. Have you ever seen an anemic chicken fried chicken? That's what we were served. The fry on the chicken was so pale, and the mashed potatoes with gravy taste was bland. The Brussels sprouts tasted like they were microwaved, not freshly roasted. They weren't crispy at all and were soaking in liquid in the bowl. The spaghetti meatballs taste like cheap freezer meatballs that you get from a grocery store. I think this restaurant survives alone on hotel guests and convention center attendees. Overpriced and underwhelming. At least the service was fine.

Nonetheless, I truly do feel that Rodeo Goat does it differently. Came here after work with some friends. There's quite an assortment of creative options. I opted for the Hot Bastard. To make it even more interesting, I got it with the Impossible Patty (per recommendation). Now, upon first bite, there's not an immediate heat. However, it slowly creeps up. It creeps up to the point where you do find yourself looking for a glass of water or just anything to help settle the heat. That's what I loved the most about this burger. Maybe it was the fresno peppers. Maybe it was the habanero cheddar. Whatever it was, I loved it. Now, in terms of the patty, I thought it was great quality. I haven't tried their beef patties to use as a comparison but I still enjoyed the burger very much with the impossible patty. Only qualm about it was that the patty did give way about halfway through. Though, I find that's on par with a good messy burger. Overall, would come again, especially with the immense variety. The next time, I will definitely look to try the Radio Goat - every purchase supports KERA, the local NPR station!

It's a seat-yourself restaurant, and the service was friendly throughout our visit. There are lots of burger options to choose from, so there's something for just about everyone. One suggestion would be to add a dedicated toppings section to the menu. When building your own burger, it's difficult to know all of the available topping choices. The only downside to our visit was that there was a very large dog dining inside the restaurant. The staff allowed the dog's water bowl to be placed on the table, and while the dog remained on a leash, several employees stopped to pet it before returning to refill drinks, deliver food, or check on guests. That wasn't something I was comfortable with and took away from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Apparently they are a former food truck that now runs the kitchen inside of Crystal Springs Hideaway. I ended up sitting at the bar with the Lindas (there were three of them). It was early in the day so I did not join them for a drink, I was just getting out to try something new and support the North Texas Food Bank. The special for burger week was the Zaddy which came with pickled red onion, lettuce, goat cheese, fresh jalapenos and raspberry jam on a potato bun. Their burgers are 1/4 and unfortunately the meat got completely lost under so much going on. Goat cheese and raspberry are powerful flavors and the jalapeno slices were thicker than the patty. I didn't even taste the pickled red onions. The very last bite was more meat than topping and I could actually taste the beef. It is a shame because it was really good. The quality of the meat and the sear on the burger were well done. Their regular priced burgers range from $10.50 to $14, and sides are extra. It is pretty steep for a 1/4 lb burger, and I would suggest something with a bit less flair.
