This restaurant is packed on the weekends, but the hubby and I took a chance on getting in on a Saturday morning. We were told the wait list was 15 minutes and that is exactly the amount of time we had to wait. An honest wait list is always appreciated. We had the Combo with pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict with grits, a single Biscoff crepe, Endless hot coffee, and a cold brew. The food is fresh, plentiful and well cooked. I have no complaints on the delicious food. The only not so tasty thing was the coffee. We like strong, bold brews. The regular hot coffee was decent, but the cold brew tastes like iced coffee and not cold brew. This won't stop us from heading back because the food was great. Our server was delightful. Actually, all employees we interacted with were awesome considering how very busy the restaurant was. There was not one empty table the entire time we dined. Employees were friendly and helpful. There is currently some type of construction going on in the front of the restaurant, but since they are located in strip shopping center, this does not affect parking. They also have lunch items on the menu, so I'll try one of those next time. read more

The interior is spacious, and they also have 3 tables outside with four chairs to each table. It gets extremely busy on the weekends so plan accordingly. The times I've dined here, I ordered Migas, and it was pretty delicious, especially with Cholula sauce. I only wish it had more hash browns since it felt fairly scarce. Other than that, their Migas dish has been consistent in its taste. The first time I dined here, my friend's meal came with a side, and she opted for fruit and, sadly, her fruit wasn't fresh, they were going bad. My husband had their fried chicken and he loved it. The chicken was flavorful and cooked well. He also really liked the garlic bread, it was fluffy and tasted so good. He said he was a fan of their fried chicken dish. On this end of town and wanted to find a brunch spot follow a 5K race and this spot jumped out. A nice, family owned spot near a strip mall plaza. The staff were all happy to greet us when we arrived. The dining area is spacious and plenty of seating, to include some outdoors. The menu is sufficient and with a nice variety. We both ordered omelets with hash browns and toast. The omelets were huge and packed full of toppings, the hash browns cooked to order and hearty wheat toast. The meals we perfect. This place used to be very good, I would've given 5 stars, and I must say that all the servers I've interacted with here have been very nice. The last time I visited my crab cakes were very soggy by the time they got out to me, very unappealing with a cat food like taste and texture, the cold brew I received was also extremely sour, probably poured from the bottom of the pot. Oh well, one bad experience, I decided to give them another shot. Sometimes reviews are right on and I'm happy to report the reviews for this place were accurate. I was here today at about 9:30am and seated right away. The server was at my table within a minute asking what I wanted to drink and quickly after that, I had my coffee. Chilaquiles is my FAVORITE breakfast and specifically chilaquiles with verde sauce which is what they have. Yum. I got them with chorizo and when they got to the table, they were loaded with chorizo. The chips were crispy and looked house made. The verde sauce was really good and had a good kick. I could have had spicier but the verde here was spicier than a lot of places I've been. Here's my one regret, I didn't get a biscuit. The table next to me had biscuits and gravy and I've never seen a fluffier biscuit in my life. I'll need to try that next time. If I hadn't been going somewhere immediately after my meal, I would have gotten one to go. It was busy at 9:30 so I imagine brunch time is hectic. I didn't have to wait for a table for breakfast but I would think coming in later would come with a wait. read more

We have visited Eggsquisite Cafe twice now and both times the experience has been fantastic! Great service, delicious food, an attentive staff in a clean, friendly environment. I've had their chicken fried steak breakfast and also their biscuits and gravy omelette. Both were excellent! And their fruit cup, which for most places is an afterthought side, is hands-down, the best I have ever had. Fresh strawberries, blackberries and even sliced pear! When have you ever seen that? And their beignets are a nice little add to the breakfast starter line-up. I could go on, but suffice it to say that Eggsquisite Cafe is at the top of our breakfast options list. Great little cafe. Very basic and busy on the inside. Cozy small. Metal chairs with metal legged tables. Soft seat booth space is limited but does exist. Wait staff was a plenty, lots of them running around this morning. I got the southern sampler today. The biscuits were really good. The sausage gravy was decent and had chunks of sausage in it. Eggs were done well. The sausage was good, not overly flavored nor spicy. The bacon was thick and had a very smokey flavor to it. It was very filling and very good. I imagine the residents of White Settlement are excited about this. Mainly because there is nothing in that area except a taco shop and fast food. Came in here for breakfast today and it was solid. Our service was VERY good and attentive. The format of the restaurant was definitely setup for turning as many tables as possible for high volume and not comfort (nothing wrong with that). The coffee was very good. To eat we had the Crab Cakes Benedict, southern breakfast combo and the avocado toast. Crab cakes were slightly under seasoned. But the poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was very flavorful. The scrambled eggs on the Southern Combo were slightly dry and under seasoned. The hash browns were fantastic. The biscuits were absolutely frozen biscuits and not fresh made with a pre-mix gravy. The avocado toast was good and the sunny-side up egg was cooked perfectly. The avocado mix was fresh and good. In short this has a vibe of IHOP with a trimmed down and dressed up menu. You will get the same thing every time here. So if consistency is key for you then it's good. However it will be under seasoned every time. Place has good points and bad points. However the bad points are to make the kitchen more efficient. read more

10/10 amazing service and food. My partner and I wanted a new breakfast place to try out and I'm so glad we did. This restaurant is a bit small in space but the decorations are pleasant and the ambiance was nice. We both got the traditional classic with pancakes, eggs and crispy hash browns. They even ask if you want it crispy for not. I personally tried the turkey bacon and it was gone in two seconds. Not too salty or fatty. My partner tried the chicken apple sausage and he said it was too sweet, not really a fan. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, kinda reminded me of a mc Donald hot cake but better. The staff was attentive but not annoying, I think the manager was the one who checked in on a lot of tables too. By far the greatest breakfast restaurant in DFW area. Everyone working there is very friendly and great at their job. The quality of every meal we tried was excellent. The steak and egg is just better than most steak house around. The kids meal are fantastic too, full of flavor and the fresh fruit bowl is fantastic with very high quality fruit live blueberries, grapes and strawberries. My wife's chicken and waffles were superb. This is the first restaurant in years in which I know I am paying less than what I really cost compared to other breakfast places. My fourth time at Eggsquisite Cafe Fort Worth, and just like the first three times the food was absolutely amazing; excellent and attentive service; and a welcoming atmosphere. This morning I had their crab cake benedict with grits and coffee, and all three were outstanding! The eggs on the benedict were poached perfectly and the hollandaise sauce was perfect. The grits were also perfectly cooked and seasoned, and definitely not instant. I don't know where they get their coffee but I'm definitely going to ask because their coffee is absolutely wonderful. When we stopped by it wasn't busy, but I did notice you can add yourself to the waitlist on Yelp! The food was good. Coffee was tasty and there was always someone available to fill up your cup.
