Protein Trio Omelet* sourdough bread and Hash Browns
Susan J.

This was THE BEST Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes I have EVER HAD!! It was cake like and absolutely amazing the Protein Trio Omelet* was also just as good with fresh sourdough bread. Hash Browns you think would be an after thought were able to stand on their own being excellent, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. My grandson and I went on Mother's Day around lunchtime after church and had an amazing time. We sat at the bar and were in and out within an hour and did not wait long at all for our food. Everyone from the hostess to the waitress were attentive and very nice! Hats off to the cooks in the back of the house for making such amazing breakfast! Thank you for making my Mother's Day memorable!!

Spiced Pear

First our waiter kicked ass, he kept on with the drinks and anything else. He also mentioned that if you get the eggs combo, you can sub the toast for ANY pancake you want. BIG SCORE. We got 2 of them on with the spiced pear pancake and the other with the cinn. roll pancake. THESE WERE THE BEST. They were a juxtoposition of flavor, one was sticky sweet and the other was more earthy. BOTH were so flavorful.

Shrimp and grits is unbeatable at Snooze AM. A must try. Benny duo is good if you can't decide which egg Benedict to go for. Vegan pancakes are good but nothing overwhelming. Service is good. Everyone is friendly and attentive

Snooze is hands down one of my favorite brunch spots. We had the flight pancakes and customized them with strawberry and a cinnamon roll flavor so good. I had eggs and bacon with shell eggs, and everything was cooked perfectly. The space is super chill and great for friends or family, and the staff was amazing. Best mimosas, Bloody Marys, and coffee drinks around. My daughter and I came in for a quick bite because we love their pancakes and French toast (highly recommend, even though we skipped it this time). They do close earlier than an all-day spot, but it's always a 10/10 for me. I'll definitely be back.

Erin was the absolute best! We had a pretty tough morning at a doctors appointment and honestly this breakfast was such a delight. She allowed us to take our time and let us indulge in the vibe of the restaurant. We left with huge smiles on our face and we can't wait to come visit her again!

Butterfly Lemonade

I was sat by the bar as I imagined the holidays would be busy can have people stressful. Although the host by the door was a bit stressed out, the server over behind the counter was polite and attentive. The restaurant seemed to have two floors and plenty of space for big parties, I was a party of one so I sat by the counter. Automatically pulled towards the vegan banana pancakes because I saw a previous review of someone raving about them and I had to find out of it was true.. lol and WAS. The butterfly lemonade was delicious as well and can't go wrong when it's good for you! The way the cream cheese was enough to smear on the hash browns was my own doing plus the hint of yellow bird hot sauce.

Perfectly scrambled eggs with sliced avocado

Did a follow up today at Snooze and noticed they had some new menu items! The service is fantastic also. Tried the new Biscuits and with a Rosemary Sausage Gravy. It had solid flavor with the perfect amount of heat on the backend. Also new was the Basil and Bee Buratta Toast. Sweet and savory of the burrata and the honey was very good but also had a small amount heat on the backend with red chili flakes. These items were a great addition.

Sweet Potato Bacon Smash Up

Back in this place again. And so is everyone else. Lol. Be sure to get on the waitlist prior to your arrival because it will shorten your wait time tremendously! One of the reasons I love it here is the farm to table type service they provide. Fresh fresh fresh! I went with the sweet potato bacon smash up. No longer on the menu but they were able to accommodate me. It did not disappoint. Everyone in my party was happy with their entrees. From the snooze classic to Juan's breakfast tacos, it all looked delicious! It gets pretty noisy inside so if that bothers you maybe you can request to be seated on the patio which is nice. All the tables are topped with large umbrellas and they provide great coverage from the sun. I can't wait to return.

Benny Duo*
Danielle M.

Food was good! I really enjoyed my benny duo, my sister said the biscuits and gravy were just alright, my other sister really enjoyed her protein BLT bowl, and my brother wasn't obsessed with the pumpkin pie pancakes. Food took a little to come out but our server was great! Definitely recommend putting yourself on the waitlist in advance online since it was super busy on a Saturday afternoon (as expected). FYI everyone has to be there to be seated!

The Snooze Classic*

I love breakfast places and had never been to this one. Initially, I had some trouble finding what to eat but I think that was because I came for the Benedict's but then they were all spicy. I did end up liking what I chose however. The service was fine and the prices were fair. I would come back.

Habanero Pork Belly Benny*

Yummy yummy!! Pork belly & tatoes hit the spot! Bit of a wait, get on the waitlist 15-20 min before arriving.

Lavender Honey Lemonade

Oh, Snooze! I tell ya, this place is BUSY, I drove up and was ready to drive out. Because I was meeting a friend for brunch, the driving out part, wasn't possible. Thankfully, I was lucky and found parking that was close to the eatery. Seeing the people outside waiting, I was afraid the wait was going to be a thousand years, but the outside seating was immediate. I get it. This is one of those places I will need to visit twice. Some places, need more than one visit to get the "feel" before you can get the true gist of the food. I went with, what was familiar in a hurry and chose their French toast, I didn't like it. Next time, I will take my time and explore the menu and get what I know I will like. The lavender honey lemonade was, excellent! Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and present the whole time. Also, you can bring your pups to join you on the patio! The babe in the photo is enjoying her little pup cup.

Ask the Community - Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

I haven't been there, but it looks great. is this restaurant set up to be able to accommodate a group of 20+ around 11 am midweek??? I am trying to find a place for a small breakfast /brunch celebration

They might be able to accommodate 20 people. Might. It would just depend on how many people are there that day. I would definitely call and ask when the beat day would be to try and get that many people there at once.

What's the parking situation like?

They have a small parking area in front of the restaurant. Directly across the street is a shopping area with lots of parking. It's an easy walk, not far at all.

Dogs allowed outside? She's in a stroller?

I've seen people take there dogs outside so I'm guessing it's not a problem

Can we specify outdoor seating?

Yes, just ask for an outdoor table when you arrive

Do you take reservations?

Hi Alex! We do not take reservations, but we do have a remote waitlist that we recommend you join… Read more

Do they have bottomless mimosas?

Hi Rachel! We do not have bottomless mimosas, but we do have a great mimosa list that you can view at snoozeeatery.com/food-menu

Are the tortillas homemade?

No, factory bought

Yelp lists that y'all have Gluten Free offerings, but reviewed menu and could not find any notations or section of the menu showing that an item can be Gluten Free. What items are Gluten Free? Can pineapple upside down pancakes be GF?

You probably have to ask. It's not a GF restaurant. But they seem to accommodate GF. How about show up and ask them. I seriously think they would help you out.

Do they have takeout/Togo for us single people that want to try it out? And if so, can you do it online like most places or do you have to do it old school and call the place? Thanks.

Old school for now, but we do have online ordering coming in the near future. Give us a call, we serve great food Togo!

The noise level was extremely high...we literally had to yell just to have a conversation with each other. Service was also very slow. It took about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged at the bar, and close to 30 minutes to actually receive a drink. When I finally ordered, I told the bartender to make her favorite drink. She made something that included raw egg whites (which I later learned is common in certain cocktails), but it wasn't mentioned or explained at the time. A few hours later, I became very sick...vomiting and dealing with what felt like severe food poisoning all night and through the next 24 hours. After looking into it, I suspect it may have been related to the raw egg used in the drink. Just something to be aware of if you're ordering drinks like a whiskey sour or anything that may include egg whites. After getting our receipt (which you need for the speakeasy entry code), we checked out the speakeasy portion, but the vibe there wasn't great either..pretty must the same as the other part of the bar. We ended up leaving within about five minutes. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype for us....between the noise, long wait times, and how we were treated, it just wasn't enjoyable. For comparison, the bar next door, Archibald, felt much more welcoming. Maybe regulars have a different experience, but as first-time guests, we were not impressed.

We had a reservation, which I'd definitely recommend because it gets busy especially on a Friday and parking is limited. Once we were seated, the server gave us a nice rundown of the menu. We started with the hand rolls, the Masu Tartare and Toro Tartare and both were delicious. I personally loved the Masu more, but you really can't go wrong with either. We also ordered calamari, which arrived a bit later. It was okay, nothing spectacular, not as crispy as I hoped but the rest of the meal more than made up for it. For sushi, I had the Spicy Atlantic Salmon and the Kani Koi. I absolutely loved the Spicy Atlantic Salmon...it was definitely a favorite but my fiancé preferred the Kanikoi, so everyone wins. We also tried the Kamasu - Barracuda, which was just as delicious. Overall, everything was perfect, and I can't wait to come back to try more hand rolls and a few other dishes.

I am a Sushi novice to say the least, but my grandson and daughter wanted to introduce me to his new favorite restaurant, he's 15 so I had to see what he was raving about! The only reason I gave 4 stars is, cuz I am not educated on all things sushi and the extensive menu didn't really break down what each category really meant, the place was packed so clearly it's a newbie issue. I mentioned to our server Cameron, who was so polite and professional by the way, that it might be fun to host a monthly Sushi 101, where people could make reservations and for a flat rate the attendees could learn the difference between sashimi, sushi and all the other preparations for the cuisine. People could taste and sample each type and learn a little bit, giving them confidence to put Hush in their local food rotation. I really enjoyed my experience, and will do some research on the different options so I can try some new foods, I have no doubt I can ask my server, but that would have made me uncomfortable making the rest of my party wait while I learn, this was a spur of the moment invite so I didn't have time to do research, totally my problem. I will be going back once I learn more! I enjoyed my food, the Tempura Shrimp roll, we also really liked the smoked salmon roll, the crab rangoon, and shrimp fried rice, all was delicious! Very nice place for a date night, if you like sushi you won't be disappointed!

The suspended ceiling sort of broke the vibe, but they'd worked to make it translucent and backlit. Overall, a cool pirate vibe. The service was great. We were there on Saturday at 2pm, shortly after they opened, and it was a single bartender...so his service was great. Drinks were interesting. They do a number of riffs on tiki drinks: their Morse code is a take on the classic three dots and a dash, they have two zombie riffs, they have a riff on the Painkiller. If you're looking for slavish adherence to the old recipes, this ain't your place. But they're not reinventions, and that's a very tiki thing. Some are misses - the black walnut bitters in the Pain Kill ARR made no sense, but the light rum and lack of honey in the Morse Code were bright and refreshing. Over the span of 150 minutes the two of us had seven drinks and three mixed shots. All well made, all generally good, no absolute home runs. Totally worth a return trip. It'll be fun to visit during a busier time.
