Went to Brewed for lunch and made a reservation since we'd heard the place gets busy pretty quickly. When we arrived, we were seated immediately, which was great! I opted for a s'mores latte. It wasn't quite as strong as I normally like my coffee, but it was still a fun treat to kick off the meal. I ordered the bacon banana waffle, and I have to say, this was the star of the show. By far one of the best waffles I've had in a minute. The caramelized banana and bacon paired with the waffle and drizzle of Nutella was = perfect. I will absolutely be dreaming about this waffle until the next time I visit. Our food also came out SO quickly, which was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly, and I loved that the overall vibe felt like everyone actually wanted to be there and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. Only downside was the parking lot is very small, so you may have to find street parking or garage parking if it's busy. I stopped by this spot with the hubby on a Friday morning. The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated quickly and staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the hot chicken cornbread waffle. It had just the right amount of jalepeno in it and the wild berry syrup complimented it well. I asked for my hot honey sauce on the side and it turned out to be good as well. It was a well balanced sauce that complimented my real chicken strips and the waffle. The hubbs ate his chicken fried steak with eggs and smoked mac and cheese so fast that I didn't have time to take a picture. He also enjoyed his double espresso. The star was definelty my "limited time" iced blueberry cobbler latte" which was expertly balanced - not too sweet and just the proper hint of blueberries with strong espresso. The coldfoam and shortbread crumbles on top were the "icing on the cake." There is an open space, "mom & pop" diner vibe here. I like it because it keeps things laid back. There were two very large groups of diners when we were here, so it was pretty loud in here, but most diners are noisy. I've also done take out from here and that has also gone well. Mac n' cheese was cheesy and perfectly seasoned. The banana bacon waffle was my favorite item ordered. Bananas were perfectly caramelized and the bacon was mixed into the waffle batter which made it the perfect combo of sweet and slightly savory. Brewed is the best brunch spot in Fort Worth. Always the best service and food. The creative menu never disappoints. During my last visit I had a Bloody Mary which had THE perfect level of spice. I also had the fried green tomatoes which can sound pretty basic if you think of the regular ones that normally come served with ranch. Wow - great breakfast. We needed a new place to try in the medical area on Magnolia in Fort Worth. We decided to try Brewed and were so glad we did. She knew the menu and the food preparations well and helped guide us on our selections. We shared the following: - Drip Coffee (locally roasted) - Basket of Biscuits to start - Green Chile Pulled Pork Hash with Over Medium Eggs - Bread Pudding French Toast The Coffee was good. The Biscuits were OMG good! Huge, tender and flavorful - served with butter and strawberry preserves. The Green Chile Pulled Pork Hash was really tasty. The eggs were perfect. February 4, 2026 I've been dying to go back since the Yelp brunch event. It was an amazing experience and I wanted to have more of their winter venue. However, due to the winter storm and schedules not aligning, I missed their winter menu. My baby boy and I stopped by for brunch. As we walked inside, we were greeted with a smile and an enthusiastic welcome along with how many were in our party. We were seated promptly, and their high chairs are located behind their check-in desk just in case they forgot to take one or for you. The interior is aesthetically pleasing with all of their interior decor. It's also very roomy, and they also have outdoor seating which is also spacious. For drinks, I ordered their Thai-Licious, S'MORES Latte, and a vanilla latte to go for my husband. Thai-Licious was surprisingly good and was a recommendation from our server, Ashley B. 5/5. S'MORES Latte was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The flavors went well together, and it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It was perfect. 5/5. My husband thought their vanilla Latte was okay and rated it a 3/5. The barista did a great job with the drinks I had and she was friendly. Our server was Ashley B, and she was attentive and friendly. She did a great job, especially since it was busy. Their Veggie Benny was refreshing and everything tasted freshly made. I ordered it since our server recommended it, and I'm happy I did. All the ingredients and sauce went well and tasted earthy and refreshing. They have a lunch combo that's available Monday through Friday, where you pick 2 for 10. You can choose from one of their sandwiches and a salad or soup. I opted for their Grilled cheese with their soup of the day for my baby boy. I also ordered the Turkey Avocado with soup. It was delicious and went well with the jam they used, which was sweet. I want to start by saying that the location is on a busy street and there is parking in the back but limited. I was greeted immediately and selected to sit in the corner. I need to see what's going on and the scenery. I will say the vibe gives retro chic and everyone dressed trendy. The menu is inexpensive and the mimosas are strong. I've tried Brewed a couple of times now, and I can say both experiences were positive. The first time I was there for a Yelp event, and the food was great, the staff were friendly, and the location was decorated nicely for Christmas. I returned a week or two later and placed a to-go order. The food was ready by the pickup time, the food was still just as good, and the process was very easy. I tried their French toast, which is delicious and the their shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits were good as well, but the portion was nowhere as large and the french toast. I was blessed to come here during a Yelpmas event last year and I enjoyed the food and ambiance so much that I decided to bring my husband for after church brunch. We were fortunate enough to be there for the last day of the Christmas menu so I got to try the tamale pot pie that my Yelp friends tried during that elite event. Though it looks small, it was full of meat so I was stuffed by the end of that meal. We also ordered the elotes as an appetizer and my husband ordered the pork hash. This was my first visit, and I just stopped for a cup of coffee to check out the place. I loved the vibe! The décor is so cute, especially the Christmas touches, and they have a full bar on one side and coffee on the other. There's plenty of seating, including a bigger area for groups, and quite a bit of outdoor seating too, which is perfect for a sunny day. Front parking is limited, but there's plenty around the back. When I visited, which was just around brunch time, the place was quite busy. My brunch at Brewed was pretty good! I've recently moved to Texas from living up north and I'm thrilled to find a place that makes grits correctly. Service here was hit or miss. Our server was good, but the hostess was not very friendly. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated when there were a ton of open tables. The food was pretty good, although I thought it was a little expensive. The grits were amazing and I loved the thick cut bacon. The biscuit reheated well the next day as leftovers. Had a good lunch at Brewed the other day. This has become one of our office lunch staples. When we showed up, our waiter informed us he was training a new hire so we got double service and even a fun behind the scenes look into how they train new servers. I can't recall his name but he did a great job with our relatively large group. Now, on to the food- my favorite is the turkey avocado sandwich. I always enjoy their overnight oats and the loose leaf earl grey is delicious. The Christmas decorations were whimsical and fun; even outside of major holidays, the restaurant is very charming. The eggs were undercooked, and the grits were surprisingly sweet--not quite what I was expecting from a savory plate. I also caught a glimpse of someone's brûléed banana waffle, which sounded exciting on the menu, but looked like a standard waffle with a few bananas tossed on top--nothing special or memorable.
