Bananas were perfectly caramelized and the bacon was mixed into the waffle batter which made it the perfect combo of sweet and slightly savory. I would skip the s'mores matte if you like a stronger coffee taste. It tasted more like chocolate milk to me. Everyone was super friendly from the moment we walked in and food came out QUICK! I've been here once before, and I forgot that the reason why I didn't come back here for a couple years was because I wasn't fond of their menu options. Their menu isn't the biggest or the greatest I've seen. They have waffles, sandwiches and drinks but I ended up going for their smoked Mac and cheese bowl with bacon, aka the safe option. It's delicious but nothing beyond the ordinary flavor or noticeable for me to actively come back. It was busy hours so I left feeling overstimulated by how loud it gets inside. I want to start by saying that the location is on a busy street and there is parking in the back but limited. I was greeted immediately and selected to sit in the corner. I need to see what's going on and the scenery. I will say the vibe gives retro chic and everyone dressed trendy. The menu is inexpensive and the mimosas are strong. Wow - great breakfast. We needed a new place to try in the medical area on Magnolia in Fort Worth. We decided to try Brewed and were so glad we did. Mind you, this place and really, the entire area here isn't cheap-eats, but it was amazing eats and service. April S was our server. She knew the menu and the food preparations well and helped guide us on our selections. We shared the following: - Drip Coffee (locally roasted) - Basket of Biscuits to start - Green Chile Pulled Pork Hash with Over Medium Eggs - Bread Pudding French Toast The Coffee was good. The Biscuits were OMG good! Huge, tender and flavorful - served with butter and strawberry preserves. The Green Chile Pulled Pork Hash was really tasty. The eggs were perfect. February 4, 2026 I've been dying to go back since the Yelp brunch event. It was an amazing experience and I wanted to have more of their winter venue. However, due to the winter storm and schedules not aligning, I missed their winter menu. My baby boy and I stopped by for brunch. As we walked inside, we were greeted with a smile and an enthusiastic welcome along with how many were in our party. We were seated promptly, and their high chairs are located behind their check-in desk just in case they forgot to take one or for you. The interior is aesthetically pleasing with all of their interior decor. It's also very roomy, and they also have outdoor seating which is also spacious. For drinks, I ordered their Thai-Licious, S'MORES Latte, and a vanilla latte to go for my husband. Thai-Licious was surprisingly good and was a recommendation from our server, Ashley B. 5/5. S'MORES Latte was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The flavors went well together, and it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It was perfect. 5/5. My husband thought their vanilla Latte was okay and rated it a 3/5. The barista did a great job with the drinks I had and she was friendly. Our server was Ashley B, and she was attentive and friendly. She did a great job, especially since it was busy. Their Veggie Benny was refreshing and everything tasted freshly made. I ordered it since our server recommended it, and I'm happy I did. All the ingredients and sauce went well and tasted earthy and refreshing. They have a lunch combo that's available Monday through Friday, where you pick 2 for 10. You can choose from one of their sandwiches and a salad or soup. I opted for their Grilled cheese with their soup of the day for my baby boy. I also ordered the Turkey Avocado with soup. It was delicious and went well with the jam they used, which was sweet. It went perfectly, but the turkey had a bit of fat. It was a thick piece of Turkey which is great because you don't get a sliver. Other than that, it was great, and the avocado spread was fresh. Their soup of the day was chicken soup with some rice, red chili flakes, with other condiments and spices and a hint of lime. I've tried Brewed a couple of times now, and I can say both experiences were positive. The first time I was there for a Yelp event, and the food was great, the staff were friendly, and the location was decorated nicely for Christmas. I returned a week or two later and placed a to-go order. The food was ready by the pickup time, the food was still just as good, and the process was very easy. I tried their French toast, which is delicious and the their shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits were good as well, but the portion was nowhere as large and the french toast. I was blessed to come here during a Yelpmas event last year and I enjoyed the food and ambiance so much that I decided to bring my husband for after church brunch. We were fortunate enough to be there for the last day of the Christmas menu so I got to try the tamale pot pie that my Yelp friends tried during that elite event. Though it looks small, it was full of meat so I was stuffed by the end of that meal. We also ordered the elotes as an appetizer and my husband ordered the pork hash. He was raving about the grits, but also he was amazed at how much meat there was in this dish too. Our server was very sweet and checked up on us at the right times. This was my first visit, and I just stopped for a cup of coffee to check out the place. I loved the vibe! The décor is so cute, especially the Christmas touches, and they have a full bar on one side and coffee on the other. There's plenty of seating, including a bigger area for groups, and quite a bit of outdoor seating too, which is perfect for a sunny day. Front parking is limited, but there's plenty around the back. When I visited, which was just around brunch time, the place was quite busy. I was in a hurry since my pups were waiting in the car after their playdate so I just grabbed a gingerbread latte and it was creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet, plus it came with an adorable little gingerbread cookie. p.s. saving that for the food! read more

They also gave me an end slice which I found a little sad, because no one ever likes the end slices. My partner got the turkey avocado sandwich, he omitted the raspberry relish and asked for mac and cheese as the side. This wasnt even macaroni, it was the shell pasta. My brunch at Brewed was pretty good! I've recently moved to Texas from living up north and I'm thrilled to find a place that makes grits correctly. Service here was hit or miss. Our server was good, but the hostess was not very friendly. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated when there were a ton of open tables. The food was pretty good, although I thought it was a little expensive. The grits were amazing and I loved the thick cut bacon. The biscuit reheated well the next day as leftovers. Brewed, unlike other restaurants in the area, does not validate parking for the garage close by. That was disappointing as parking is otherwise pretty limited. read more

Had a good lunch at Brewed the other day. This has become one of our office lunch staples. When we showed up, our waiter informed us he was training a new hire so we got double service and even a fun behind the scenes look into how they train new servers. I can't recall his name but he did a great job with our relatively large group. Now, on to the food- my favorite is the turkey avocado sandwich. I wish this one had a little bit more avocado like in previous times but regardless, it still tasted amazing! I visited Brewed twice during my visit to Fort Worth. The first time the food was good, but our waiter seemed easily distracted. It also took an extremely long time to get the check. Don't get me wrong, the waiter was friendly and willing to explain things...while you had his attention. Otherwise, we were pretty much ignored. My second visit was much better with a different waitress who was not only super friendly, but made sure I had everything I needed. The food and drinks were very good. I always enjoy their overnight oats and the loose leaf earl grey is delicious. The Christmas decorations were whimsical and fun; even outside of major holidays, the restaurant is very charming. My husband and I came for brunch on a Sunday. It was full but the wait was less than 20 minutes so it wasnt that bad. The decor of the resturant was really cute and the staff seemed friendly. We ordered drinks Espressotini and Bees Kness both were pretty good. However, if you are looking for a place with cheap drinks this isnt it. I believe they were 12 bucks each. On the way to the table we passed a waitress bringing biscuits to the table and I knew I had to try them and they were great. Best biscuits we've had and we are the type to Google "best biscuit" resturants. They came with butter and homemade strawberry preserves which really set them off. I ordered the chicken and waffles, my husband got the chicken fried steak with eggs and potatoes. Now again chicken fries steak is his go too and he said this was one of the best he has tasted. I was so excited to try a brunch spot on Magnolia but sadly, Brewed disappointed me. I think we were unlucky with the table offered and ended up on the corner of a booth with barely any wiggle room right by the restroom. The table itself wasn't stable and we could hear the table's conversation next to us over our own. One starter we got was the tomatoes with goat cheese, and that was probably what I enjoyed the most. Although the tomato slices were a little too thick for my liking, I'd go back just for those. Unfortunately, nothing else really lived up to the hype. Overpriced mimosas and the texture of my biscuit sandwich was awful so I couldn't finish it. I honestly wouldn't be writing this review, though, if it weren't for the fully subpar service we received. Our waitress probably said 2 full sentences to us the entire experience and never seemed happy to approach our table. As a server myself, I feel as though I'm more attuned to service tactics and am always one who appreciates good service because I know what it's like to be on the other end. I have mixed feelings on Brewed, super cute space, however, the last 2 times I went I've had two different experiences, which reminded me why I stopped being a regular here. Met my friend for lunch here on a weekday, and while we were done eating but still drinking our coffees/catching up our waitress came by multiple times to ask if we needed anything else, we said we were good paid our check. As we were finishing up, she came back by with another staff member and said "I'm just waiting on them to leave so my regular can have her table" loud enough for us to clearly hear. We hadn't been there long, so I didn't feel the need to rush, especially given we sat there after being seated with no water or anyone to come take our order for at least a good 10 minutes. This was not a busy day nor busy time of day in the restaurant, so it seemed extremely rude to handle the situation this way! Had she asked politely we could have move to the bar with our coffees, that was poorly handled on her part. My most recent visit, I took my kids for a festive Christmas brunch, and while our waiter was excellent, the however food was subpar in presentation, portion, and not really hot when served, which we ate anyway to avoid a longer wait for our meal. Overall I really want to like and support a neighborhood business, but this place is not winning me back. Side note - Years ago we quit dining here when we were served undercooked, almost raw, donut bites and the waitress was very unpleasant when we showed her what the concern was.
