Calamari

Came by Hush after having it on our list for a while. We stopped in early Saturday afternoon and were seated right away--no wait at all. The hostess was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and we were shown to a booth quickly. The menu is very overwhelming, so it took us a bit to decide. We ended up ordering a few rolls and fried rice to share. Ordered: S & P Calamari Crunch Belly Roll Shrimpin' Turfin HUSH Rainbow Roll Spicy Tuna Roll Classic Fried Rice The calamari and Crunch Belly roll were definitely the highlights and our favorites of the meal. Everything else was decent, and service was good throughout. Overall, solid experience with some standout items. Not a place we're rushing back to, but glad we finally got the chance to try it.

On my search for sweet potato sushi, I came across Hush in Keller. We came in on a weekend afternoon, it was empty at first, but a few people came in after. The place is nice and spacious. I started off with miso soup, which was good, and ordered the Sweet Roots roll. The sushi was tasty, though there was more cream cheese than I would've liked and I asked for very little. The seaweed salad was also good. I was pleased to see a veggie maki section and a children's menu to accommodate kids who don't want sushi. Our waiter was helpful, which made the experience even better.

Trendy spot with great service, but underwhelming food! Ambiance & Service: Beautiful, upscale interior with a modern vibe. Service was friendly and attentive! Food: - Shishito Peppers: Tasty, but lacking the promised garlic aioli flavor. - Stir Fry Udon: I enjoyed the savory flavor and chewy noodles, but a bit too oily/greasy for my taste. TL;DR: Gorgeous space and solid service, but the food didn't quite deliver.

Date night at Hush! Honestly this place is HUGE and beautiful. The second I walked in I knew we were in for a treat. My husband and I started out at the bar for happy hour (Monday thru Friday, 3-6pm). It was $5 off cocktails. The bartender was friendly and I liked the manhattan I ordered. We sat at the cutest booth for our reservation and ordered 4 different kinds of sushi. The BFF was my favorite. For two of us, 4 rolls were way too many. We could have gotten away with 2 or 3. But we will have leftovers, score! The only downside is that everything adds up really quick and it makes for a more expensive date night.

We wanted to go somewhere different from our usual sushi restaurant. Welp with that being said I we have now changed our usual sushi restaurant. The ambience was very warm and entertaining with great music for a Friday night. The staff from when we walked in , to the server were so friendly . Our service was Christian whom was very friendly and helpful making sure we ordered what we liked. The food was so good, we didn't even need to put soy sauce on it. All in all very very good place , great little hidden gem for the area and we will Be back

A circular projection on a concrete sidewalk displays the logo for 'HUSH,' a restaurant featuring sushi, a kitchen, and a bar. The projection includes icons of sushi and chopsticks, and the text 'SUSHI · KITCHEN · BAR' beneath the name. The surrounding area has decorative rocks, plants, and outdoor stairs, suggesting an entrance or outdoor seating area for the restaurant.

I'm glad Keller has a good sushi restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious - well prepared. The drinks are nice and strong with quality spirits - i highly recommend the Anniversary Peach. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable, plus have great suggestions (thanks Andrew!). The restaurant is comfortable and inviting. It is located on South Main in downtown Keller.

We stopped in for lunch today and ordered way too much food. The service was great and it was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed it!

The food and service was good, the place is a little upscale but family friendly. But it was a bit pricey for what we got. Would go back again for the happy hour and drinks!

SAKI!!! So good, I can't even tell you! You must try some! - The image shows a sake box with a stylized illustration of a geisha wearing traditional makeup, including white face paint, red and black accents, and a kimono. The design includes Japanese characters and branding, with a pink and red checkered background and floral motifs. The box promotes Hakutsuru sake and features the words 'Junmai Daiginjo' and 'Sake.' The illustration emphasizes traditional Japanese cultural elements and modern graphic design.

Hush is an AMAZING place hidden gem in the heart of old town Keller. The food is so fresh and is absolutely delicious. From the taste, to the presentation, to everything, is just wonderful. The service was 5 star, our waiter Tong was knowledgeable and was a very engaged waiter. Very responsive and friendly. The Ambiance is more casual during the day, and is a place where you can also go for more formal dinning in the evening. Very romantic in the evening for a date night, but they also have a full bar and places to sit along the bar with a full service bartender and TVs to watch sporting events and just hang out with friends. Of course, up front they have a full service sushi bar with master sushi chefs and places to sit there as well. If that wasn't enough, they have an outside garden where you can sit and relax if you just have to be outside. Everything is top scale, high end and awesome. One note: This is NOT fast food, so don't expect to pay fast food prices. Checkout the menu on their website, see what interests you and budget accordingly.

This place was hard to find in the daytime. There is a bush hiding the name of it. So take a look at the outside pic before you try and get there. Very cool place on the inside. Met some friends here for a Christmas get together. Food was delish. They were accommodating and this is definitely a date night place! We will come back for sure and I'll bring my hubby.

We had a fabulous time!

You can genuinely taste the freshness and care in every dish--and their specialty is that everything is made in-house, which in this day and age feels like a real treat. The chicken parmesan was a standout--tender, flavorful chicken with a light, crisp breading, topped with a bright, clearly house-made sauce. The lobster ravioli was excellent. The pasta was delicate, and the lobster filling was perfectly cooked, sweet, and fresh--easily one of the highlights of the meal. The Caesar salad was light and refreshing, not overloaded with dressing (which I appreciated). Bonus points for accommodating my request for extra anchovies. I do wish the dressing leaned a bit more into bold anchovy and garlic flavors, but still very enjoyable. The lasagna was another strong dish--rich and comforting with an authentic blend of pork, beef, and veal, layered with house-made pasta, sauce, and creamy cheese. The only miss for me was the clam spaghetti. While the ingredients were clearly fresh, it lacked the depth and richness you'd expect--more butter, wine, and clam-forward flavor would have really brought it together. THE SERVICE: Attentive, accommodating, and welcoming throughout the meal. Requests were handled easily, and the staff struck a great balance between being present and not overbearing. THE AMBIANCE: Lively, warm, and inviting. It has that energetic Italian dining feel without being overwhelming--great for both a casual night out or a more intentional dining experience. Bottom line: Fresh, house-made Italian dishes done right--with that rare, from-scratch approach that really sets them apart. Definitely a spot worth returning to.

Hagen, our server during our dining experience, was cordial when he introduced himself. He inquired if we'd dined at the restaurant before and it we had any questions about the menu. I mentioned to him that I had attended a Yelp event previously at the restaurant. The decor of The Sicilian Butcher is beautifully appointed. The restaurant has a HUGE outdoor patio area with canvas that can be dropped down to close it in. It's great for banquets, etc. After looking over the menu, our table started out with some phenomenal appetizers. Fresh baked bread with garlic butter, a Ferris wheel of several different meatballs and bruschetta. We probably overdid it with the pre-lunch appetizers. I started wondering if we were going to have room for our lunch entrees. There was quite a variety of entrees ordered. I was sure there would be plenty of to-go boxes needed. I decided on the "Build Your Own Pasta" entree. I chose a Truffle mushroom sauce with creste de gallo pasta. My sister opted for the 'Fig & Pig' Ciabatta sandwich, my wife and brother-in-law, Chicken Parm with rigatoni, my nephew, Spaghetti with Vodka sauce, Lobster Bisque, side green salad. Wow Everyone LOVED all their entrees. Hagen took excellent care of us throughout our stay. One of the managers stopped by the table several times to ensure we were being taken care of. We were indeed. Thank you Hagen and "The Sicilian Butcher" for an awesome celebratory luncheon celebrating my wife's 50-year career in the accounting industry.

The explanation given that the system "couldn't handle the wind" is deeply concerning. If awnings advertised and installed for cold weather cannot be safely used in windy conditions, that is a serious operational and safety issue that should be addressed before guests are seated underneath them. Instead, customers were left exposed, freezing, and ignored. What made this worse was not the weather, but the complete lack of accountability or alternative solutions. No effort to relocate guests, no escalation to management, just repeated refusal. This reflects poor planning and even worse customer care. Management should take this seriously. I would expect someone to reach out, because this experience alone is enough to keep us and others from returning.

We arrived right on time and was seated within 5 minutes. The restaurant was packed....always a great sign. We started off with the charcuterie board and it was absolutely Devine! We really enjoyed it. I ordered the haddock fish and chips with fries. It came highly recommended from another foodie fish lover. It's beer battered and was flaky. Haddock is my absolute favorite white fish and this did not disappoint. My sister took my recommendation (I had never tried it but it sounded super tasty) and ordered the Prime Rib Gouda Sandwich. She loved it and I tried half and our friend tried half of that and I'm telling you our eyes rolled back in our head. It was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to order it all for myself the next time we visit. Seriously it's an eclectic sandwich and mouth watering good. Our friend had the Tavern Burger and of course I tried a bite. We both agreed. It too was delicious. Perfectly prepaired and seasoned. Our waiter, S. Carter was the best. He was courteous and super responsive. Well done Whiskey Cake! Ps...how did I walk out of here without getting dessert? Next time!

I ran across Little Lily Sushi Too and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Tuna Tower, spicy tuna roll, the chicken kaarage appetizer and a miso soup (to go). I was greeted warmly upon entering, and my food was prepared quickly and packaged securely. It's the only time I've ordered a Tuna Tower (from any sushi restaurant in the last 4 years) that remained intact and beautifully presented when I unpacked my order. Everything was delicious and prepared with skill and care. I love the flavor of the lump crab in the tuna tower (most places use imitation crab, which is tasty, but is less refined tasting than what I ordered today). The spicy tuna roll definitely had a bit of a "kick", in a good way. And not a mayo-based spicy tuna. The chicken kaarage was very tasty, though it lost a little bit of the crunchy batter texture from the drive back to my home. But very flavorful, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The miso soup had a richness to the flavor...very comforting for a cold evening. I'm glad I found this gem in the Keller area! I'm looking forward to trying some of their other menu items in the future.
