I told her that staff there have made mistakes with our order several times in the past and I wanted her to "make the situation right." She indicated she would issue a credit (but could not give me any sort of receipt). I cannot speak for my dad because he lives in Keller, is a picky eater, and there are very limited dining options in town (I live in San Antonio and lived in Austin before that, and Keller has nothing in comparison). I will NEVER eat or order anything from Chapps again. The staff are either poorly trained, apathetic, or a combination of both. Perhaps a responsible adult manager or supervisor onsite would help? PATHETIC.
