This FL chain has come to Keller with Halal burgers, Wagyu, chicken and milkshakes. I had the crispy chicken sandwich, which is three chicken tenders in sandwich form. I like the crispiness of the chicken and the buns they use. The classic burger was OK. A bit too much sauce for my liking but cooked and assembled well. The meals will cost you about $18. There are no soda fountains so the meal drink includes a can of Coke or bottle of water. This establishment is order at the cash register and they bring the plates to your table so it's a fast food/restaurant hybrid that is very casual. Beyond plate delivery there is no service but like most places they add on the option for tip automatically. Since it's the opening weekend, we did tip, but I don't get what you're tipping for. They did not have hotdogs when we went, but overall, the food was prepared well and it's nice have options for our Halal friends nearby. I wish this new Keller business luck 3.5 stars. read more

My wife came home and said she saw a post about a new burger place around the corner. So we found it in an old Asian place we used to go to. It definitely looked nice when we walked in. Even a digital menu above the counter. Right away I noticed no soda machine though. Instead, they have a standup cooler with cans of soda. A good burger place really needs a soda machine so you don't keep getting charged for a refill. Plus, the carbonation is just that much better in the machine. An interesting note, their digital menu doesn't list any sides. So you have to ask them and remember. I ordered the adult burger than comes with bacon, carmelized onions, veggies, vault sauce and smoked cheese. My wife ordered the volcano burger that's spicy. Single patty too. She got the fries and I got the onion rings. Oh, no ketchup at tables they have to go ketchup in a container only. A little surprising since the inside is set up nice and encourages eating in. They came out and looked good. I was a little disappointed in the patty size. A good burger should never have the bun bigger than the patty. The taste was just ok. The patty itself doesn't have any seasoning inside or on top of it. The onion rings and fries were good. Overall just meh. read more

We came with a big group of 10 and ordered a pretty complicated large order. The service was great, the order came out perfectly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend to anyone that must have a good burger or a good grilled chicken burger. We will be back. The volcano burger is amazing. read more

My husband and I decided to try this out for the first time. He went with a burger and I went with a fried chicken spicy sandwich. For the price I thought that the hamburger was a bit small but I do understand that meat prices have gone up. And I was disappointed that the fried chicken sandwich that I got wasn't really the crispy chicken that you see a lot of times. It did have great flavor and it was spicy. We had a great first experience at Burger Vault. My husband had the classic burger and I had the Mozza Melt. There is a reason why they have poly gloves for use on the tables. My burger was really rich and delicious and I used the gloves. The Cajun fries are also really good and have a kick. The service was pretty fast and everything is cooked to order. Aside from burgers, they do offer chicken sandwiches and have a kids menu with nuggets or burger. They have a nice indoor seating areas with mostly booths. We didn't try dessert this time but will leave room for next time to try their shakes. Overall, a great burger place to add into the rotation. read more

Y'all if you want to try a new burger place, this is it! The burgers are so juice, filling, and flavorful that Guy Fieri would say IT IS OFF THE HOOK! Now these are not your run of the mill burgers, yes there is a classic burger, but there is a mushroom smash that has mushrooms and a mushroom sauce. Well I saw this advertised and the first thing I noticed were the prices. Using hole in the wall atmosphere, not much for service just take your order and bring to table. But price was $15.00 for burger alone so I'm thinking man this has got to be one big great burger. I finished the entire burger in 8 bites. Okay flavor. Nothing I couldn't get at chilis or tgi fridays. But, bang for the buck, what a disappointment. I did get the combo so it was $19.00 and came with fries in a cup and a can of soda. Man I miss Fuddruckers being around. This was sorely overpriced but I tried it. So $21.## and I'm still hungry. I went to Texas Roadhouse last weekend and an entire steak was only a little bit more and I was full. Won't be going back. Going to go get a whataburger at least I'll be full. $$$$ read more

I just had a burger from this place a few hours ago and I have to say this is definitely one of the best burgers I've had in my life. I got the mushroom and cheeseburger and it was absolutely amazing. It was so flavorful and by that I don't just mean salty. Everything from the meat to the sauce to the bun was almost perfect. I can't wait to go back and try something else off of their menu. I really hope Word of Mouth makes them more popular. The place was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. Burger vault was great! We were in the area, looking for dinner and this came up. We decided to try it. My partner got the burger with egg on it and ate every bite. I got a hot dog with their Sydney sauce. Both were large portions and cooked phenomenally. We had Cajun fries which were crispy and well seasoned. The restaurant was quiet and had lots of space even with the other family in there at the time. The gloves on the table were a great touch. The service we received was amazing too, they were so kind to us and food came out quickly. I have seen some reviews upset about the canned soda- while I am content with a can (and they offered us cups of ice) I know some aren't. But they did inform us of plans to soon have a soda fountain instead as they are new and establishing the business. But we will most certainly be returning. read more
