The food is the reason to go! The burgers are huge, and the boba drinks are fantastic. The service is great. The staff is very friendly. Ambiance? It's okay. K-Pop is still our favorite burger spot, but I wanted to share about this Chicken sandwich, it's the first time I have gotten something besides a hamburger lol, but if you like Chicken sandwiches with bacon, two kinds of cheese, tomato and lettuce then please do not sleep on this sandwich, it is so good! The chicken is moist, and flavorful. I like that it's not a wimpy, pre-formed patty, it is chicken breast, the batter is similar to that of chicken fried chicken. The bun is also brioche, like the ones used for the hamburgers, fluffy, and FRESH. I love supporting privately owned restaurants, I believe K-Pop is under new management or ownership, but they have maintained the quality and presentation I have come to love. Also did ya'll know they have beer? So yeah, you can grab a great burger and enjoy it with an ice cold beer, I noticed they have Modelo, along with some other imported beer and of course domestic. I'm disappointed that the K-pop group names were removed. That theme was what made this place unique and gave it so much charm. Now it just feels like any other burger spot, which is a shame because it used to really stand out. The food seems different as well. You changed a lot of the menu or maybe now it's so foreign, I don't recognize what is what. You should've stayed true to yourself and the name on the building. I went here looking for some boba and this happened to be nearby my neighborhood. The boba drinks were delicious. While waiting for our drinks, we walked and sat around the inside and it was a bit dirty. I would be worried to eat here because if the floors and tables were sticky, I can only imagine how the back of house is maintained. I really wanted to love this place. I think that the concept is super cool and fun. However I went here to eat and customer service was nice. The girl who checked us out, seemed a tad shy and hard to hear, super nice. We went to two different tables to sit and it was not clean. Finally, we found a third table, there was just a towel under one of the table legs to hold it straight. Next to my friend, she had a cleaning spray resting on the chair . Now let's talk about the food. The burger was delicious so so good and huge. I think the price was good too. My friend got the macaroni bites. They were OK that kind of tasted frozen like that freezer burn flavor however, the hamburgers were delicious & the french fries. I want to support small businesses and I know there's potential here. I just don't know if I would be back anytime soon because if I could see this on the outside, I can't imagine what it may look like behind the scenes so it's a little worrisome again lots of potential you have a great idea and the food was great, just have some work to do. read more

The restaurant is filthy. One guy hung out in the back on the phone walking around touching all the things with his gloves on just before finally going to help in the kitchen without changing gloves. No ice available for drinks. Food wasn't good and we barely ate it because the place is gross, bacon was burned. Nothing good about this place at all. Oh my goodness. We have been wanting to go here for a while but they were closed for repairs or something. When we passed by one day we saw that they were open and had to try it out. I love kimchi. Kimchi is love, kimchi is life. So when I saw the Kimchi burger I was immediately drawn to it. I'm not a burger fan, so at first I was skeptical to try a burger with kimchi and take the risk of the kimchi not being great. With my husband cheering me on to try it, I ordered it. We sat down, and our orders were brought to us. My goodness guys. These burgers were the size of my head. The pictures I took do not do them justice. We are staring at these two behemoths and don't even know how to start. One thing I do want to suggest is maybe giving us like a knife or asking if we wanted it cut in half. Maybe there were knives somewhere but I just didn't see, but I will definitely be asking for it to be cut next time! This burger was perfection. The kimchi was amazing, the burger was tender and juicy. The only bad thing is, I couldn't even finish 1/4 of it. Well is that a bad thing? I asked for to go boxes and ate the rest throughout the day. Literally a meal that fed me all day. The staff=amazing. The burgers and fries=fantastic. I am not picky about burgers, but this time, I could pinpoint exactly what was disappointing about my burger. I was excited to try the 2:00 AM burger, and here is my very honest assessment (which my dining companion agreed with) There's so much stuff on the burger, and it adds some texture, but NO extra flavor. The whole thing tastes the same no matter what is in the bite, which is just heavy and monotonous. It needs salt (!!!) and a stronger barbeque sauce. The burger itself was overdone and dry. But the very worst part? The bun is horrible. Usually if I can't finish a burger, I'll eat the last of the bun because it has absorbed flavor and is often one of the better parts of the burger (at least at a place that has specialty burgers), but this bun is, despite its appearance, crazy thin, has bad texture, and has absolutely no flavor. I didn't get the fries and drink, and when I went to get water, it was carbonated... gross, I hope that was a temporary issue. Also, the tea machine was broken, which is worth noting although I myself am not a tea drinker. There are restaurants in the area, even ones with specialty toppings, that charge the same or less for a better burger, and there are certainly places that are honest about what they are and stick with the most traditional burger fixings. Personally, I prefer LA Burger and Fatburger, but, as harsh as it may sound, I'd take a fast food chain burger over kpop burger. read more

We went here yesterday early evening. It wasn't crowded at all only 1 other person waiting for their food so I was a little skeptical. Javier ordered the #5 (the beast), bbq & bacon made it a combo w/wedges. His daughter had a # 8 (after school) double patty. Both of theirs were so messy. Falling off the bun going everywhere. I ordered the # 11 (AOA) it had jalapeños & Mayo delicious. As soon as I saw mine I asked them to cut it in 1/2. So mine was just fine staying together. Also 1/2 was all I could eat. Took the other 1/2 home for Javiers lunch the next day. LOL his daughter took what was left of hers home to remake a new hamburger with bread from home. LOL This place is a must try. If you are a normal appetite like me just get the hamburger & ask to cut it in 1/2 so it's less messy. The combo is way to much. Wow, just wow. Rustic interior, great service. The napkins at the table are very soft so that's a bonus! The burger was amazing, very wide and a Hearty portion! Bacon was cooked to a PERFECT crisp! Compliments to the chef! The wedge fries had a delicious crust on the outside and a Dense fluffy interior! Another great thing was the cleanliness of the mens bathroom! (I'd imagine the womens was on the same level) A few in my party had a small complaint that the Intercom was playing separate music than the Tv when you enter, and the Tvs around the rest of the building are playing other channels that have their volume up a bit. (Personally I'd lean more into the Kpop and turn the audio off on all the Other Tvs and give them closed captions, and leave the one with the music videos on the main intercom) Overall, Amazing joint! I'm not sure what happened to this place. Been coming here for the last five years and have been a loyal fan, always talking this place up to anyone i come across... but today upon arriving i noticed they changed a few things. The inside is completely different which is fine as i wasn't coming here for that, but the menu had also been changed drastically. You should no longer be called k-pop burger as you only have 4 burgers on the menu and they are all very basic burgers. The cn burger ( your blue cheese burger) was my absolute favorite, no longer exists. And now you seem to be more focused on hot dogs and wings... for a place known for their amazing burgers and having close to 16 burgers on menu, dropping down to just 4 is highly disappointing. Was craving your burger but seeing this change and only basic burgers available, we left feeling cheated and betrayed. Wasted a drive for the day and went home with out even getting food anywhere.
