I wanted a smash burger, fries and a milkshake for my birthday dinner. Because I'm old and I can have anything I want. I could have gone to Del Frisco's or Perry's or anywhere. But I chose Burger Broz. Research led me here and I have to say I don't leave many reviews. Service was super friendly, although you order at a kiosk. The atmosphere is whatever, but the food is another matter. The classic is exactly what a smash burger should be. Basically burnt ends, seasoned perfectly, double patty, double american cheese melted all up in it plus some bacon, mayo and lettuce. We got the onion rings and the fries because it was a celebration and first trip there, but one or the other would have been plenty. Both were fantastic. Really top notch and not an afterthought. A gem directly across from Hawaiian Falls. We had three types of burgers and all were 5/5. The beef is juicy and flavorful, and you can customize every detail to your liking on the ordering kiosk or with an employee. The fresh ingredients and soft bread that had the perfect bun-to-burger, which many places miss. The fries and onion rings are cooked in beef tallow which gives them a savory depth and a crispy golden exterior that regular vegetable oil just can't replicate. They have a satisfying crunch and complimented the burger. We also tried the chili dog and it was good. The chili is mild and they put mustard on it which was weird for us but not too distracting either. The vibe is casual and comfortable, exactly what a burger joint should be. I went to Burger Broz for the first time today. It is counter order and receive a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready to picked up at the counter. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. My husband had a classic burger. I had the specialty. We shared an order of onion rings. The food was very good. It was a little on the greasy side, but not too greasy. Sometimes a greasy burger is what I want. The restaurant was clean and the tables were not squeezed together, so it has a relaxed feel. The ketchup was out and the employee who was getting ready to fill it was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience, which was not a problem. They use beef tallow for their fries, serve real beef burger patties, carry gluten-free buns, and offer shakes made with real ice cream. For those reasons, we will be back. Was in the area for work today and it was lunch time.So I looked around for a place to eat and this place popped up.So i went in and looked at the menu and decided to get the classic burger with onion rings and a medium drink.Which came up to a little over 21 dollars.Which i thought was a little pricey.As i waited I looked around and the place has a couple of TVs and several seats and tables for the guests.Well my order was ready and it's time to eat.I started with the burger.As i took a bite I was just disappointed.Fist off the burger was pretty small and the burger was just bland.Lack of seasoning.And I was expecting it to be more juicy.Next on to the onion rings.They were big enough and they gave you plenty but once again very bland.I mean do these people know what seasoning is?Overall considering how much it was I was hoping for something better.They are pretty close to 5 guys price but 5 guys are much better imo.Hell I would take a whataburger over this any day and it's about 7 bucks cheaper.I really doubt that I'll make it back to this place.Im not is this area that much anyway.But hey if you're in the area give it a shot and see what you think?Maybe you'll like it better than I did. read more

Give these guys your money. Come hungry because you need to try everything. I've been in the food industry for 15 years, I've had a lot of fries, this place makes the best fries ever! The cheese sauce is solid the burgers were great. The dogs were beefy. They load up dogs and burgers with pastrami. They've really nailed their flavor profiles. The atmosphere when we walked in very clean and well kept. There were no dirty tables. The food was very well put together and definitely a top pick in the area for smash burgers. I LOVE a place that makes super fresh food with beef tallow and real meat!! Burgers here come as a quarter pound certified angus patty with a double as an option. I would love to see this place get more traffic and attention. Their food is amazing and the staff is wonderful. My Brother-in-law recommended Burger Broz and we definitely enjoyed it. Ok, is this just another burger joint or what? I say , or what! I had to try this place once i saw that they were open with this soft opening thing that businesses do b4 their grand openings. So i had the Big Bro burger and was very impressed. The pastrami on a burger was a new one on me but oh my lord the taste was incredible. Who knew the two together would be so good. Food was good, burger was good, i think it was too much sauce and it kinda over takes the patty but very good. The loaded fries were very good, I think too much cheese sauce also took over most of the flavor but everything in it was very high quality. The shakes also were good but the oreo milk shake should have been vanilla ice cream vs chocolate because it over takes the flavor. Service was great very nice lady thanked us when we walked out.
