Service. THIS BY FAR is the worst location I've been too and I've been coming to Chick-fil-a since 1990s. Fries are cold (majority of the time). They always mess up the order. Curbside is normally a 10 minute way. They never receive orders from the app. They'll leave you waiting at the counter why they are talking amongst themselves. This is been an issue for the past three years. Thought they would get better. But same old same old. I endure b/c unfortunately this is the closet one If you live this franchise there are way better ones than this one. I expected better. read more

I hope this CFA changes management soon. This is by far the worst in terms of speed, quality, and customer service. Items are always missing, customizations not fulfilled (they'll put lettuce instead of tomato when I specifically requested the opposite), the chicken is always overdone, and the service is super slow at the drive-through. Just today one line was stopped when the other (I kid you not) had ten cars pass through. Management should be ashamed that they're running such an F level CFA shop. read more

Can never pass up an opportunity to try a new Chick-Fil-A. I was in the area for a job interview and quickly turned into the parking lot when I saw it. As usual, I placed a mobile order for in-lobby pick-up. Almost as soon as I placed the order, it was ready. The food was freshly made-to-order and very delicious. (Had the Spicy Chicken sandwich with a slice of pepperjack cheese and the eight-piece nuggets.) The restaurant and parking lot seemed exceptionally clean. Hey its Chick-fil-a. This store has operated fairly well during COVID. Prompt people bringing out food, had a grumpy one this time but it could have been the Karen parked across 4 to-go parking spaces during the start of lunch rush. I can only assume people are just absentminded when they do that. When the employee came she, I commented on this Karen being there and the employee just kinda shrugged her shoulder and walked back in. This service at this location could easily be summed up with the shrug and dismiss I received that day. I came in tonight on 9/12/24 and spent $800 on gift cards for my employees and you would think that I would have been offered a drink or a meal for the amount of money spent at this location but nothing, not even a thank you for the business or anything. This is the second time this has happened at this location, I can see why they have a 2.6 stars. it's just the courteous thing to do when you spend a more than usual amount of money at a location. It seems that they are finally staffed well enough to re-open the dining room. Just know that going through the drive through still takes 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day you're here. The service is good, but just slower than other CFA locations. read more

Stopped by this location on our way home from the car repair shop. Once we walked in we immediately saw all the kiddos sitting around for storytime! And anyone that knows my gal and I-we are always down for a good storytime!! Being at Chick-fil-A was an added bonus since it's one of our other favorite things. We received our food pretty quickly, we ordered breakfast (got our usual order) I noticed right off my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit didn't look as yummy as our usual cfa at Alliance. The cheese wasn't melted and the sausage patty looked dry. But I added my sauces and ate it anyway. The hash browns didn't taste the same either, my husband agreed. I am giving 3 stars for the customer service and storytime and craft activities. The ladies were all super friendly, as expected at any Chick-fil-A. We will be back to try again. read more

I am so disappointed at the quality of the salads they are serving. They have changed the lettuce from the fresh greens to hard yellow cores and large chunks of romane hearts. Not good at all. The manager said they recently changed there lettuce. I use to love the salads. I won't be spending $9 on that Salad. read more

There was no one in line but me and 7 people "working" the front and I am the only customer. I order a deluxe sandwich, I never said I wanted spicy but that is what I got. I took it home and could not eat it, threw in trash. The ones working were actually playing and so my money was wasted. I just had the worst experience Ever at a place I go to very regularly. They missed my kids 12 count nuggets and until I got home I realized. I called and of course they said I could go back. So I do and when I return home there aren't even 12 nuggets and I'm just embarrassed to call and say anything again. Terrible service. Back in 2012, Scott P. Mentioned an ongoing gnat issue. I'm sorry to say, it still is a problem in October of 2014. The fact that it was mentioned two years ago makes it seem much more gross. I finally moved to the other side of the restaurant lobby in an attempt to outrun or even outwit them. This brilliant strategy seemed to work alright, but I think I'll stick to the drive thru from now on, or better yet, my regular spot in Grapevine ... On the upside however, the restrooms were clean, the food and the service was on par with what I've come to expect from chick fa lay, and they were very fast, as usual. Worst experience ever. Do not go to this location if you prefer curbside. You think curbside would be a convenient and stressful free experience, Especially if you have children. This location neglected the curbside customers by assigning one employee to all the curbside orders. Not to mention when you arrive there are not enough spaces for curbside customers. I sat watching all the drive thru customers order and zoom through with their orders. I order my breakfast at 9:50am and didn't receive until 10:35am. I do not blame the employee who was assigned. She was doing the best she could with the amount of customers there were.. I blame the supervisor who should have had more help for curbside. We only come to this area when we have a couple things planed to do ... buy and sell at kid to kid, half price and use up a jump pass mark at the jump place. Even then we will usually hit up food at a place we rarely get to visit because its just far enough to not want to go just for food. We dont have a Pei Wei, Fridays, Jamba, BK within reasonable driving ... but have 3 CFAs in a 5 mile ratuis in any direction. So we only come if she's set on CFA. This location is nice, usually when we go its calm. Yet today we saw the rush crowd, so the play area was packed. I appreciate the indoor play area and that its sectioned off but put 3-5 4th graders in there and little ones get trampled with the smaller space. read more

Chick-fil-A has been a favorite of mine for a while... practically since I was old enough to have opinions about what I was putting in my mouth! This particular location is close to home, which is great, and the food is always amazing. The Team Members are as helpful as ever! The only downside is it can get busy during dinnertime, but even so you shoot through the drive-through! Add in the Playplace and it's a great place for moms (or nannies like me)! read more
