If there is a button for a zero star review that's what this would get. The older lady Manager was very rude over the intercom while I was trying to understand if they had anything extra on the menu. Being a large count of the chicken minis. She then proceeded to not not help me but instead try to Jimmy buy something more expensive. And then at the window the lady just did not sound like an actual Chick-fil-A employee let alone should ever be the manager there. This location is kinda "meh". Never great, never terrible. Today I got a sense of being rushed through ordering at the counter; she lept to giving my total when I never said I was done and she did not ask me if it was all. I just shrugged and decided in a snap I didn't want it and they lost a bigger sale. It also got me to check Yelp and it makes more sense now. I was at this location just a week ago, and I was so surprised from the amazing customer service I experienced, despite the long line. It was during peak hour, so I am very impressed that the food was as good as always but most impressed by the service from Tomy, he went above and beyond for my order, keeping it cool and friendly. I'm not a fan of Chick Fil-A in general. I mean, it's chicken - a super cheap cut of meat. Why does Chick Fil-A charge so much for it? I also think their food is bland. I add so many packets of hot sauce my bun is literally dripping and it's still just, meh. I go here because of their indoor playground. On cold or rainy days my child will play forever. Also, the play area is seperated from the dining area by glass - which means I don't have to listen to screaming children. Heritage Trace (Alliance Town Center) location is so much better. I'd even drive to Roanoke to avoid this location. I was considering having a bday party for my 5 year old here, but I'd be embarrassed to being guests, so I decided against it after my in person-visit today. My husband, myself and our 3 children stopped in about 6pm tonight (Halloween). I had heard about a promotion for kids in costume. This location was not participating in any promotion. I had not called to verify and I wasn't sure what to except, so this wasn't a problem. The problem was the cashier. She was rude! I gave my order, noticing that her black shirt was very dirty, which is unusual at the other chick-fil-a's. It looked like she had blown her nose on her shirt multiple times. After paying I realized the receipt said my order was for here. I informed her it was a to-go order and she said "it comes in it's own bag", referring to the kids meals I had ordered. Then she started to make my drinks. I walked away to stand near my family. She never said anything to me when my drinks were easy. I had to rudely squeeze in between people ordering to get back to get my to-go drinks. All 4 of them were sitting on the counter. I had to ask another employee for a drink carrier. I went to get condiments and there was no ketchup, just a sign saying "ask about ketchup". I had to go back to get some ketchup at the counter. The visit was frustrating. The restaurant wasn't noticeably clean and it was dimly lit, with sparse decor and nothing festive for Halloween. When you compare this to the clean, friendly, bright Heritage trace location at Alliance this Watauga location looks like a bad knock-off. I won't return. read more

The people in the drive-thru are friendly, the only downside is chick fil a is usually pretty packed. The prices are on the higher side but the spicy chic fil a sandwich with waffle fries are my favorite combo. They are pretty tasty as well. read more

I come to Chic Fil a often since I have kiddos that love it. I have never had issues with chic Fil a EVER, but this location is awful. Especially the morning/afternoon staff in the drive thru. The women are SO RUDE and make you feel like you are putting them out no matter What the circumstance. I have always encountered very friendly staff at chic Fil a's that will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have had issues redeeming coupons for a free sandwich because apparently their "new policy" is to provide the entire receipt not just the middle where there are clearly dotted lines to cut. No other chic Fil a enforces this "new policy." Anyways the drive thru women are awful and I'll be going to the presidio location from now on. read more

I had no problems with the service here and my order is always correct. They had no problem handing over the many chick fil a sauces my siblings need. What sucks is the honey roasted BBQ sauce isn't at the condiment station and you have to ask for it. The one in alliance has it out. The parking situation isn't too great here either. read more

I rarely come to this location, but I did today since I was close by. I ordered in the drive thru and got chicken noodle soup. The order was repeated to me. It took a while to get to the window because the girl working the drive thru thought it'd be a good idea to have a long drawn out conversation with the car in front of me. Mind you, this was at noon on a Friday. You can imagine how busy it was. I finally got my order and I was given tortilla soup instead. I looked at my receipt and it said chicken noodle. This isn't the first time this location has gotten my order wrong. I'll be sticking to my normal location in Keller. The drive was completely full and there were 6 people in front of me in line. 6 people who were waiting for their order to be taken. While one lady was wiping down trays. One was was waiting on lemonade to be filled. One was filling the lemonade. Lastly, one was refilling a beverage. The lady wiping down trays asked one co worker if she could take more orders, and she said no, she had to fil up this one cup of lemonade. I get that the beverages need to be stocked but there is no excuse for your lobby to take longer to order than your drive thru. I ended up leaving. Without lunch. Chick-fil-A is Chick-fil-A but this particular one plain out has terrible service. I come out here a lot despite these reasons and when they forget an item in your order, they act like they don't really care. I got home with an order and of course it's missing something, I didn't want to go back up there so then I call up there and they can't refund it since I'm using their mobile app which they consistently push but it can't put a refund on. It's they second time I come here and order the mac & cheese for my daughter it's always dry and the chicken is overcooked. Also every time I go to Chick-fil-A on any other location except for this one they always exchange the apples in the fruit cup for something else because my baby does not like them. So instead of throwing them away I decide to exchange them for something else. Well this Chick-fil-A refuses to exchange the apples and prefers for me to throw them away instead of changing them for another different fruit. This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Not only is it much slower and less efficient than any other chick fil a, but they forget part of the order sometimes, and often ring up the food wrong. For example I ordered 3 entrees this morning and was told my total would be $27. I had to ask the girl to recheck my order and then they forgot some of the food at the drive through. I guess it's my fault for having too much faith in the chick fil a system. I live about 2 minutes from this location and am considering moving because it is THAT bad. Went to this chick fil a at 9pm on a Friday night. The line was long so I decided to come inside to place my order since usually customers who comes in are priority. Place order and waited. An employee came up and asked if I was doing fine and I told her I was waiting for my food and she walked out without even checking. Second time she comes over again and I still told her I was waiting on the damn food. 30 minutes have past and I noticed everyone else who came after me got their food.I had to get one of the employee's attention over the counter and asked them what happened to my order and he flipped through 4 pages on the screen. Wow. They bagged my order and gave it to me like I only waited for 5 minutes. Not even an apology or some kind of discount offering at all. I ain't expecting much but free fries would have made me feel better. And did I tell ya'll there was about 8 employees working??? NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This chick fil a is the worst one I have ever been to. I have given this location many chances because of it's convenient location for me. Three times I've driven home with a wrong order within the last year. Two times I've had to have them correct my order before I left, because they got it wrong. Management is not apologetic. They give you a large fry if they screw up your order. I don't care if a business hires teens , but this place is filled with teens with bad work ethic.
