Went to this chick fil a at 9pm on a Friday night. The line was long so I decided to come inside to place my order since usually customers who comes in are priority. Place order and waited. An employee came up and asked if I was doing fine and I told her I was waiting for my food and she walked out without even checking. Second time she comes over again and I still told her I was waiting on the damn food. 30 minutes have past and I noticed everyone else who came after me got their food.I had to get one of the employee's attention over the counter and asked them what happened to my order and he flipped through 4 pages on the screen. Wow. They bagged my order and gave it to me like I only waited for 5 minutes. Not even an apology or some kind of discount offering at all. I ain't expecting much but free fries would have made me feel better. And did I tell ya'll there was about 8 employees working??? NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU SINCE THEY CARE ABOUT THAT MORE THAN THE CUSTOMERS WHO WASTED THEIR TIME COMING INSIDE. read more

This chick fil a is the worst one I have ever been to. I have given this location many chances because of it's convenient location for me. Three times I've driven home with a wrong order within the last year. Two times I've had to have them correct my order before I left, because they got it wrong. Management is not apologetic. They give you a large fry if they screw up your order. I don't care if a business hires teens , but this place is filled with teens with bad work ethic. Managers are teens and are not apologetic for their screw ups. read more

Maurice I believe was the managers name. I asked for a custom grilled chicken sandwich for my dog that is going through Chemo. He was awesome he took all the fixins off and changed the bun so that it only cost 3.45. I have been paying over 5 at the chick fill a in Dallas. Thank you so much read more

This is probably the worst chick fil a chain I've ever gone to. The ice cream was yellow, the chicken was burnt and hard, there was literally no ice in my sweet tea, and the fries were old and soggy. The cashiers are nice - but the food is honestly terrible. I won't be coming back. read more

This location is awful!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was still frozen. Then to top it off they forgot to put pickles on it. It's always busy which means the service is slow and the food is worse. Try to avoid this location if you can. read more

Normally places such as this one I wouldn't rate so high but quality and service has been consistent and fast thus far. The siblings are addicted to the chicken tenders and can do without any sauces. The food has never tasted old or cold - two pluses in my book in terms of anything I order. The line always moves quick - I've never sat in the drive thru wanting to blastoise anyone out of there. So I guess ++++ for this location!! The ladies (there's always a lady) at the drive thru window are really kind as well so kudos! Why this place has such a low rating... I don't know. Stop yelping to complain!!! read more

Slowest service I have ever seen at chick-filet. Waited for 30 mins in drive through life AFTER i ordered. I Would not recommend anyone visit this location in Watuga,TX. Their management doesn't seem up to par with normal chick filet service. read more

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Not only is it much slower and less efficient than any other chick fil a, but they forget part of the order sometimes, and often ring up the food wrong. For example I ordered 3 entrees this morning and was told my total would be $27. I had to ask the girl to recheck my order and then they forgot some of the food at the drive through. I guess it's my fault for having too much faith in the chick fil a system. I live about 2 minutes from this location and am considering moving because it is THAT bad. Also if you try and call no one answers. Do not recommend. read more

Great service and if a mistake is made which rarely happens they are all to happy fix it. Love this Chick-Fil-A!!!

Tasted off especially the Chicken I could even finish my sandwich because it was that bad. The cookie also tasted off! And there is a gnat problem which is gross. read more

This has to be the worst chick Fil a in the area. I just spent 28 minutes from ordering my sandwich to getting it at the window. Did the guy say sorry for the wait? Nope just told me my total and threw the bag at me. Not impressed. Chick Fil a needs to rein this one in! read more

Wow! Wow! I should've looked up this chickfila. I found plastic in my fries and a hair in my nuggets. I should've taken a pic of it before giving it back to the restaurant to get my money back. Bleh. They kindly gave me a refund but this place has got a serious problem if they see me walking up with an unsatisfied face and meet me at the door upon entering. read more

Just can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The food is delicious, and as busy as they always are, they get people served quickly. I recently discovered the strips...they're so good and a lot more filling than the nuggets or sandwiches. read more

Slowest chick fil a EVER!!!!!! Never again. The alliance and heritage locations are way faster and more organized. Take the extra 5 minutes to get there, it will be well worth it. read more

The drive-through always takes forever. All Chick-Fil-A restaurants are busy, but they usely have quick drive-through service, so it's not an issue. This location does not have quick service at all. No matter what time I come, it's always a ridiculously long wait. read more

Messes up orders often... I call and the manager woman speaks broken english and seems to have ZERO clue what to say... I come back and they just hand me my food (no free items as a courtesy whatsoever) and say nothing. No 'sorry' or anything... The chick fil a in alliance messes orders up too - but THEY SAY SORRY. Come on people, I expect this from my 7 year old. Get with it! read more

Friendly service and good food. I give 4 instead of 5 stars because this location just doesn't seem to stay as clean as others (Presidio and North Tarrant locations - they are newer after all). It would be nice to have a sign in play area indicating its last cleaning. That's my only 'complaint'. :) read more

We didn't have these places back west from where I was from so this was quite a treat when hearing about family on the east coast bragging about it nonstop. Their menu has fried or grilled meals which allows a lot of options for family. The drive through is pretty quick with two lanes leading into it surprisingly. The only issue I've had is sometimes they're out of Dr.Pepper or they mess up my drink the last couple times. The meals have been awesome otherwise. read more

Chase went above and beyond for my family. The best customer service I've received in a long time! Keep up the great work chase!

On Monday 3/12/18 my son was in the play area and he happened to break his leg. My wife took him to urgent care and after X-Rays were taken it was confirmed he had a fracture. I happened to be out of town and when I got back on the following Friday I talked with a manager Brenda who absolutely unhelpful, unsympathetic and an absolute difficult person to talk to. Today, 3/20/18 I get a phone call from there insurance company Sedgewick. I was expecting a phone call from Brenda or Chic-fil-A. I'm not asking for money, nor am I asking for free food. My son broke his leg and I want to no how. She never even bothered to ask how my son was doing. I guess they aren't allowed to be friendly unless I'm spending money. All I'm asking is for video footage on exactly what happened to my sons leg. Is that too much to ask for? To try and find out what happened? And possibly prevent any other kid from getting hurt? read more

I would give zero if I could. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to!! Management is horrible, drive-through service even worse, customer service experience overall 0%. I can't count how many times they've got my order wrong. I now drive a little further distance just so that I can get better service I'm never coming back to this Chick-fil-A ever again!! read more

The first I came to this location, the employees were quick & efficient. Greeted me with a smile & had positive attitudes all around! The food here is also hot & fresh! read more

It was great, service was good there were tons of people but the food was great and they got us through pretty quick

I love Chick-fil-A and the new char grilled chicken, there was some bad reviews but I have nothing to complain about at this location, I know I can always get healthy choices. read more

This is the WORST location I've ever been too. I order chicken biscuit several times a week and every time I receive my food the chicken is way overcooked and hardly any meat Also the biscuit crumbles into pieces when you bite into it. Every-time I go to this location i always hope for the best but i always get disappointed. I will not go to this location again read more

Very good food and the fact that they give military and LEO discounts when you are in uniform is just awesome. The majority of times I have eaten her the food was good but like most fast food places you will get your occasional off day. read more

If I could give less I would! WORST chick fil a EVER! Worst customer service and slowest fast food place I've ever been to! I will definitely be calling corporate to complain. Oh and they messed up my order. read more

Always great food and customer service! Very fast service for as many people that come here. I love there grilled items, it's a better alternative to fast food. read more

As a Chick Fil A connoisseur from frequenting CFA restaurants throughout the US (traveled all the time for work), this is by far my favorite one. They consistently have great food, bring your food to your table with a smile, run to hold the door open, and have the friendliest team members and owners - are super family oriented. This is my go-to fast food restaurant in Ft Worth and they have a large repeat fan base - I see familiar faces whenever I return, so you know their food is good if they have such a loyal following. The new egg white grill is the bomb - 27 g of protein and is moist and delicious. Best breakfast!! Can't wait for the peppermint shakes to return for the holidays!! Keep it up! read more

Love this location. I often get gallon jugs of tea and very often they already have hem made up and ready to go. Have gone to the Keller location several times and they were always disorganized and moving at a snail's pace. Also found hair in food twice at that location. Love the woman manager here when she's on duty. Always a smile and a wave! read more

22 minutes in the drive thru... Ridiculous! Once in line I was trapped. No sincere apology offered. Poor management?

This has to be the least friendliest chick fila I have ever been to. This review is not based on a one time visit but several. They are rude, have a hard time getting the order correct, & are unapologetic for their mistakes. My 2 year old daughter always gets a fruit cup but she cannot eat apples so I always order it without. The fruit cup is an item that they make ahead of time so other stores will tell me that my order will take a little longer which I'm fine with. This store will rudely tell you that they refuse to make "custom orders" and that it's not cost effective for them to accommodate me. I've also driven away from here several times without a toy in the kid meal....not fun explaining this to a 2 year old. I love chick fil a, but I will go out of my way to avoid this one. read more

I'm a big chick fa la fan, but Deffinantly won't come back. The watauga location is closest to my house, but I always drive to the Keller location. The food is inconsistent for fast food. Most of the time over cooked. The Keller location stays consistent, VERY FAST. And always good! Customer service difference for sure! read more

Okay, I have been coming to this location for as long as I can remember. ( I guess you could say I'm a 'regular') Service was always excellent, and food was always good. No complaints. But for the last 5 months or so, the quality of food has just spiraled downhill. I normally get the chicken sandwich meal, but every time I have gone the last 5 months the chicken breast tastes old and disgusting. I used to always get the chicken minis for breakfast, but the last time I got them the chicken was old and the bread was not even edible. I figured the quality of food had gone bad since it was summer time and there were a lot of new employees (teenagers) working there for a summer job, but the quality is still not good. Only reason why I'm not giving this location a 2 star is because I used to come here all the time and it was excellent. I don't know if you have new lazy staff or if the chicken supply has just been rotten for almost half a year. read more

I honestly never made a mess up like other people have mentioned. I was served nicely and there was no problem with my food.
