He was waiting until they received their food, but I politely asked if I could go ahead and get my drink cups since my kiddos had been looking forward to a sweet drink. I noticed quite a few upset customers who were standing around trying to get their drink cups while the cashier was at the drive thru window. Disappointing because I used to love zaxbys, but this location doesn't have the same staff as previous visits. Customer service kept me coming back and paying $10 for a Big Zak Snak, but I'm not so sure about it anymore.
