Get weights and measures there ASAP they have wrong prices across the store and take no accountability!! I had originally 13 items after they finally found a manager to come to the front to help me at the self check out, I only bought 3 items which were correctly priced. The manager who was "acting" and not from thus store she said that they were not responsible for all the wrong prices and that I could take it up with corporate. When i asked for a district manager number she said I could google it. Never never never go near this place. The CVS that I use to go to was 24hrs. This particular location I use because the Kodak picture machine prints come out the way I like it. The cables are always working and it is relatively not busy of a location. The downside to this location are the hours. I came a couple of times where they were closed in the morning. That forces me to go to Walgreens across the street. It is well stocked and clean which is really nice and there are always plenty of things to look at. The employees at night are courteous and the manager is pretty cool. I saw them organizing tags which they change once a week according to the girl who works there. For the 5th star it would take more convenient hours. And if you are heading east on Tarrant Parkway it's kind of tough because the light at the intersection is red for a long time. That causes cars to be backed up and by the time you come out of the parking lot the light is red again. If you need to head North on Beach it's tough because you have to try and cut across 3 lanes on a short distance to get to the turn lane and people generally don't let you pull out. Heading out of the Beach entrance is tough as you can only make a right turn taking you south and and your forced to uturn to go north or to get to Tarrant. As you can imagine getting to this location is all that much easier. read more

CVS on Tarrant Pkwy in Texas (N. Beach and Tarrant Pkwy) falsified medical documents. We setup an appointment online for the family to receive boosters for the COVID. They sent an email two hours prior, cancelling our confirmed appointment for the COVID booster this morning with no reason given. An hour and a half after our scheduled appointment (which we did not go because of cancellation by CVS), we received an email that my oldest received their shot. They sent us an electronic receipt with the time, person giving shot, and verifying pharmacist (She was home at the time). They also put our old address down instead of where we actually live. If a pharmacy can falsify medical information for any reason whatsoever, they should not be in business at all. I would advise anyone to not partake in a company (or office) that conducts such felonious crimes. I highly question their ethics and HIPAA guidelines. read more

It is funny to see ratings so completely opposite from your own experience. Drive thru window was friendly and helpful. They did need to ring up a second prescription for my wife because i was picking up scripts for us both. A minimal inconvenience, and totally understandable. If you look at all area big store pharmacies, the ratings are fairly consistent across the board. Would have no issue returning here for other items in the future. read more

The Indian lady is absolutely rude!! Came in in the morning for my second dose of the vaccine was told an hr and to come back ( walk in) Went to my dentist appointment and came back then was told I needed an appointment so I went to my car and set one up when back in to see if it worked and she yelled from the back that "that girl does not have an appointment". The only reason I even bother coming here is because I have to in order to get 3 months supply with my insurance. Doctor called in 2 prescriptions 3 days ago. Day 1 they only had 1 of the 2 preacriptions. Day 2 they said both would be ready at 9:55 pm, morning of day 3 I receive a text that they don't have 1 of the prescriptions. Mid day on day 3 I receive a phone call that my order is ready. Tried to pick them up at 5pm and they only have 1 in stock. The 1 they had ready was incorrectly filled as a 1 month supply, but I was being told it was 3 month. I had to argue with them to get it corrected. Now I'm out of a medication I desperately need and cannot get it for 2 more days. Terrible pharmacy. I wish this was an isolated experience, but it is not read more

This pharmacy is great! When I came in I saw that it was clearly ver busy, there were 5 people in line and many at the drive thru. They seemed understaffed but were able to keep the lines down. Within 10 minutes I had my prescription and I received excellent customer service. As I read through the other poor reviews left here, I can see that the staff has changed and are really amazing. This is literally the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with in my life. They don't pick up the phone. They make you wait on hold for 20-30 minutes and hang up. They're CONSTANTLY out of routine maintenance medications. They refuse to request appeals for medication denials. They have made at least 2 medication errors, and one was under-filling an ADHD stimulant medication by SIXTY PILLS. My daughter has anaphylactic food allergies. She has to have an adult EpiPen. Two of them. It is a life or death situation. They won't fill it. They don't have it. They don't even let you know. They "think" it may be on back order, not sure, and ALSO don't know who has it. It's epinephrine! You're kidding! They told me I had to pay $1,500 for an extremely important mental health medicine. They refused to help in any way. I went and sat in a chair, googled it, and found a discount card. The medication came up to $50 vs. $1,500. They literally just don't care. read more

This review is based on one visit only. Big place, I went in for a pharmacy pickup. The time frame from drop off of prescription to pick up was less than 10 minutes. The staff were pleasant and smiled a lot, something I don't see in many pharmacies. They were busy, but didn't seem stressed out busy like some of the other CVS stores nearby. I liked that. Nice waiting area for those that wait for the medication to be refilled. Overall, recommended. read more

Yesterday I purchased an Aveeno lotion ($17.49), cleasing tissues ($5.29), and 2 rolls of Bounty paper towel. I told the casher that I have a 20% promotional coupon on order over $30. Although she told me that the promotion was successfully applied to my order, when I checked my receipt it was not true. In my understanding, the paper towels were excluded for the promotion because it was on sale, however, Aveeno and cleansing tissues were regularly priced, thus the promomotion code should've worked. I went back to the store earlier today to return my purchase. The casher Rosemery told me to give back the extra bucks that I received yesterday. I told her that the extra bucks were included in paper towel deal. She processed my return, and gave me $3.78 back. On the return receipt, total price returned is $23.22, and $19.44 on money card. However, she did not give me any money card. I told her that it was not fair for me to take only $3.78 back. I finally asked her to cancel the whole return transaction. She said it was too late with an attitude. I spoke to the manager as well. What I was told from both of them was "Listen to me. It's our store policy. There's nothing we can do!" Rosemary didn't even say hi to me when I first entered the store. She was hostile towards me when I arrived, and the situation did not improve when she continue on talking to me with an attitude and expressing anger in her face. DO NOT GO HERE! Whoever was the Pharmacy tech giving people medication and the Manager on 4/22/2020 at 4pm was terrible. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The pharmacy tech had an attitude when I told her that I did not remember paying the price she told me. She was very disrespectful when telling me that the price she told me was correct and l had to pay that. I understand if I have to pay more, but to get such an attitude about it made me very uncomfortable and like I shouldn't be there. When I spoke to the manager she would not give me the name of the pharmacy tech or her name. I asked the manager if the name on my receipt was the pharmacy tech and she blatantly told me "I don't know". When I asked for the managers name she would NOT tell me and simply said "Im sorry". She made me feel like the workers were a gang and I had to leave or else something bad was going to happen. I even left the $2 I would have gotten off my receipt because of how uncomfortable they made me feel. So, DO NOT go there unless you feel like you want to disrespected while you're there. I called on 9/9/19 gave the pharmacist my prescription number, medication name, dosage, and Costco's phone number to transfer the prescription into CVS. I went in the pharmacy on 9/12 to pick up the medicine because CVS did not contact me to tell me it was ready. The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist both stated that there was no request to transfer any prescriptions on my behalf. I called Caremark-CVS on 9/14 at 8:46 p.m. and was told this location filled the prescription on 9/10, but that the prescription was "reversed". I have no medicine now until I call the doctor next week and get a new prescription. I stopped using CVS in 2007 because of poor customer service. I'm forced to use it now because they are the only provider on my plan. read more

When you pickup a prescription, you better hope you don't have any questions later on or find out that the prescription you just picked up has been recalled by the FDA. You definitely can't call the store after you pickup. Holds times of over an hour to talk to a pharmacist is unacceptable. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Their pharmacists are rude, they must always be understaffed because I've waiting over 15 mins just to talk to someone in the drive thru AT THE WINDOW. Even inside they'll have you sit and wait forever just to drop off a prescription. They always seem confused. Two stars because they had the prescription I needed when walgreens was back ordered. Not five stars because when I called it in they said one and half to two hours and when I showed up two and half hours later they said it would be thirty more minutes. I left and come back another two hours later and it still wasn't ready. It took another 30 minutes. If it's going to take 5 hours then just let me know and I will come later but to come twice and still have to wait is unreasonable. read more

We got what we wanted, but as I looked around, I notice many empty shelves and just a general idea that the place was shutting down. Drive-thru Rx experience was awful. We had one car in front of us (about halfway finished) and it took us nearly 30 minutes to drive away with our prescriptions. They use a phone handset to communicate with you (using the term 'communicate' loosely here) and had nothing but trouble using it. Time to come into the 21st century and upgrade the technology CVS. While semi-friendly, both employees were not very useful. They could not find one of our prescriptions and had to turn the place over to find it. They never came back to the window or I would have offered to come inside while they looked and allow the people behind us to be helped. It was almost comical (in a sad way) to watch these 2 yahoos walk around the back looking for a rather large paper sack with our child's medicine. After 20 minutes they returned with our order. They didn't mention that one of our scripts was out and they casually replaced it with an alternative. Seriously? We didn't realize until we had driven away and didn't feel like going back to wait another eternity to fix the issue (or clarify the reason for giving us what they did). Unfortunately my work benefits use the CVS service for presription medication so we're "stuck" with CVS- but we will be willing to drive out of our ways to find another location and hope it's a step up. read more

I just had really great service here! My daughter needed an antibiotic to treat a sinus infection. We saw a PA at urgent care @ about 5:15. They called in the prescription and by 6 is was ready. The place appears very busy but well organized, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. read more

For the second time I used this CVS and upon showing them my Blink Health receipt they told me to pull around while they verify. There were 4 cars behind me the first time and I didn't want to wait in line behind all the cars so I went inside, what I wanted to avoid hence going through the drive thru. As soon as I get to the counter they tell me it's ready. Really? In less than a minute and they were going to have me wait 10-15 at the drive thru behind numerous cars. Tonight I go through the same thing. They needed to "verify" and told me to drive around. I decided to try the drop off lane because I knew it would be verified by the time I went inside. The pharmacy manager told me that it was illegal to send it through that way, but I could come inside because it had been verified. Less than a minute later, the time it took me to drive around the store it was ready. So I asked why I had to drive around, why can't they verify while I wait, she said it was "illegal" for me to wait at the window while other cars are in line. Really? Illegal for them to wait 20-30 seconds so that I can get my prescription? No, I don't think so. I think the problem is is that I use Blink Health to pay for my prescriptions, it's a lot less expensive than paying with insurance for some prescriptions. They don't like that I used this service and am taking money from CVS by not paying CVS directly and getting it for more than half off. She validated that when I came back, I asked to see it in writing that it was illegal, she stated that when you use a "coupon" they can't let you wait. Sooooo if they're verifying regular insurance they can wait at the window, I can't? I'm sure they don't care that I'll choose another pharmacy. But this is completely ridiculous. I will be making phone calls to get this in writing. I have never been told to drive around to get at the end of the line EVER at any pharmacy. read more
