I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

Furthermore, I did not live close by and tried to get there fast. The woman said nothing and walked away. The other man apologized and walked away. Now I admit, I'm more of a CVS girl - I just love coupons! But, Walgreens has been faithful to your girl. I do have a rewards card which helps, but overall I pay a little more. The convenience is worth it sometimes when you're just not feeling well. The cashiers at this location have always been so friendly and quick.
