Furthermore, I did not live close by and tried to get there fast. The woman said nothing and walked away. The other man apologized and walked away. I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

He was talking while I was explaining so he may not have heard me. Unfortunately the bill did go over and I needed to take something off. While looking I noticed the dogs treats were rung up. I repeated what I said earlier. He corrected me by telling me I didn't say that. I'm irritated at this point so I correct him. We both left it alone. I found him to be a courteous and professional. It just wasn't okay to tell me I didn't say something. You're basically calling me a liar. He could be a little more aware of how his voice carries when dealing with sensitive situations.
