Oh my gosh, please bring a Market Street to the Las Colinas area!! I have never shopped at this brand of groceries and discovered it because I wanted to buy a vegetarian product called Quorn and only a few places sell it. It was a little out of the way, but we love having the Quorn Roast for the holidays. The store was clean and easy to navigate. I loved seeing how the employees greeted customers by name and even hugged them! It was such a family-type atmosphere and was very welcoming. I will definitely return! read more

Alex (pharm tech) greeted me warmly in the drive through. His kindness, unexpected positive & upbeat attitude brightened my day. He was also quick, attentive & patient during the lunch rush hour. The lead Pharmacist, Kent, has been there for over a decade & runs his department like a well-oiled machine. Tenure & longevity is rare in this day & age, turnover is almost as common as being "short staffed." But with Kent & his team, I happily drive well out of my way to use his pharmacy. His dedication, loyalty & passion for his team/pharmacy at Market Street are obvious. This is the FIRST pharmacy in over a DECADE (compared to Walgreens, CVS, Costco) that fills medications promptly, without me calling & initiating between doctor & pharmacist. All I have to do (as the consumer) is simply receive a text that it is ready for pick up. Everyone in the reviews complaining either need to communicate with their doctors/providers, or discuss pricing with their insurer. I have been a customer here for over a year, worked with multiple different pharm techs, had multiple different medications filled - never ONCE had an error/delay. read more

Been looking at the hatch chili signs all week that said they where roasting chilis this weekend so waited all week and go shopping this morning and no chili roasting, they are done, even though they are still advertising it. The self checkout helper lady named "Sandy" has made snarky or rude comments towards me pretty much every time I go here. She'll mock me for not scanning an item a certain way, and consistently give me some sort of attitude when "helping" me. i.e. one time i manually typed in the wrong kind of potato (was buying the cheapest russett potatoes mind you) and she demeaned me. I've never been to a grocery store and been actually annoyed or felt uncomfortable due to an employee haha. Sandy needs to relax a little and should work a different job if she hates helping customers so much. read more

This has to be one of my favorite grocery stores. It's very close to by job and therefore I come multiple times per week. Their employees are always very helpful and accommodating. I always get fresh pre cooked chicken breast for my lunches. It's marinated with really good seasoning and goes well with salads or as a main course. I also really like their chicken chili soup. It's got a slight kick to it, but it is loaded with flavor and tastes so delicious with a mini loaf of French bread. I love dipping my bread into the soup. You can't go wrong with market street! This review is in regards to Market Street Express (the convenience store) I have had many complaints about this location due to rude staff that are...older if you will. But two things that keep me coming back are Teddy and Colin. Teddy is always smiling and just genuinely seems to want to help, and Colin is helpful and funny. Woo!! Update time! I am in absolute love with this store - so much that I am glad I do not live SUPER close because my entire paycheck would be dedicated to Market Street. I tend to venture on over here after a workout to nosh (yes I said 'nosh') on their incredible salads, sushi and hot bar items. Their soups get an honorable mention as well. Get you a tortilla soup on a chilly day and LOAD it up with fresh green onions and shredded cheese. Heaven. They also have a great selection of wines with competitive prices and often do markdowns. I also think I spotted a wine person where you can go ask questions at their little info center and they can point you to where you need to go. When I grocery shop here I make sure to stock up on fresh produce and my FAVORITE tea. Stash tea is a tea I've been drinking for years and most Market Streets have it in stock. The folks that work here are always friendly and helpful as well! Stop in if you're hosting a (safe, socially distanced) dinner or if you need some yummy eats! Sushi NOT GOOD! We have been buying sushi here for years for the convenience over ordering to-go from a restaurant. We live closer to Kroger that also has a sushi station, but Market Street's had always been better so we'd drive the extra few minutes. We had 3 rolls tonight and they were HORRIBLE. Worst sushi of my life!! I don't know if they've changed sushi providers but we will no longer be buying sushi here. Save your $ and go somewhere else. read more

Came here to pick up a birthday cake but after seeing other options, picked up this wonderful fruit tart and floral shaped pull away cupcakes. The fruit tart was not too sweet which was great! It was devoured quickly and everyone enjoyed it. The crust seemed to be made of cookie with a layer of vanilla pudding or custard and wonderfully arranged and tasting fruit! The cupcakes were chocolate and they were moist. Not too sweet either and just perfect! Will come and pick up more delicious desserts from Market Street from now on. Market Street is an excellent place to shop. It's very well organized, clean and compact. This store isn't as large as Whole Foods Market or WinCo but it's not as small as Sprouts. It's a really nice place for shopping and I think you will find whatever you're looking for here. And it's a plus that their staff is so courteous. There are 3 entrances into the store. There's one on the side that leads directly into the spacious cafe seating area. There are plenty of tables. The second entrance leads to the Smoothie shop to the right and the deli/ cafe area to the left and then of course there's the main entrance. Price wise I think Market Street is comparable to Tom Thumb. I think it's great that they sell bottled Texas Tea in the drink coolers by the deli area. And they sell Enjoy Life Chocolate bars! read more

Reid and Owen helped bag my items, and I've never been thrower about a nagging experience, but they did it up. As they were bagging my items, Owen offered to bag my proteins in plastic, and double checked my eggs to make sure I didn't have any cracked eggs in the carton. I forgot to check my eggs this time and when he noticed I had grabbed a box with cracked eggs let me go and swap the eggs out before paying and leaving. I just feel so spoiled. I used to be able to call in, speak with a concierge, and order food to pick up on a scheduled day and time quite easily. Not anymore. Seems like there is not a Concierge on Saturday's and then the managers are less than helpful and actually sound put off that I'm asking them for assistance. I have had the pleasure to build a relationship with United Markets when I resided in Lubbock. So moving back to the Metroplex I was very happy to hear they have my other half Market Street. I have to say Lubbock Locations are much different from what we have here folks. I had to take a few steps back and look at the situation. It now all makes sense to me, (more sense when one of the Managers from Lubbock explained it to me) Market Street has to change with the culture. And this aint no Lubbock. I can't get mad, I'm swimming with "Suburban Mom Sharks" So once The store get's to know me, I get that "Old Lubbock Culture" of doing business. What I dig about this place is simple, Good quality ingrediants, most folks are engaged with the customer, and a reward card that gives cash back, or free items. My favorite areas are the produce, Seafood and Meat Dept. I have made some of the biggest business deals over my dining room table, and partly due to the wonderful meal I had prepared and Market Street had my back. I love the high maintenance women in Coppell, they pass up the big yellow discounted tag items, seafood and meat dept markdown close to date 40% off. If you don't mind cooking on a whim, you can find some really fantastic deals. Eat like a King on a hamburger budget. The floral Dept is Fabulous. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Be sure to check out the gift corner. Very fun and unqique items. If the size of the store intimidates you, they have a cooler upfront with the basics, milk, eggs, and orange juice. Or conviently stop by the gas station drive-thru and pick up meals to go or basic items. recently changed some of the products in the prepared food area, IE the chicken tenders are now hand-breaded in house and look and taste amazing. I get excited when new grocery stores open up nearby. Market street is your go to grocery store. I come here to get my groceries for a week, but also have come to pick me up some food when I am hungry. Their breakfast bowls are my favorite. You can add eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, potato casserole, cheese, pico, salsa, and veggies. You pay per pound so you let them know how much or how less you want in your bowl. All their food items are good. They even have pizza by the slice, so cheesy and good. My only complaint is, a few times when i go to pick up my favorite salad from them, it's the goat cheese salad. This is also per pound, so if I am asking you for additional veggies or additional dressing, please don't ask like I am making you do some hard work. I am the one who is going to pay for this salad, so make it the way I want it. If I want more food, that means more money in your company's pocket. Just put a smile on your face and make my salad. Lets star off by saying that this upscale grocery store is higher priced than other chain stores; Kroger, Tom Tumb, Wal Mart, etc. but their selection and quality is great. They have a really nice food court area with a wide selection of freshly cooked to order food. They have a great salad bar, bakery and even a sushi bar. Always have sandwhiches and salads available to pick up on the go or they have quite a few tables available to eat in. A smoothie and coffee bar. A gas station is adjacent to the main store as well and their prices are usually about 2 - 5 cents cheaper than the chain gas stations. A great place for lunch, to shop for upscale foods but you pay a premium for the upscale store. read more

This store has gone downhill for quite some time now. It's super convenient so it pains me to say that I'd rather travel just a little bit farther than to deal with all the nonsense. The customer service is horrible! Oddly, the college students that come and go are more respectful than the grown adults. Today, I approached a line that had her light on just to be told she was closed. Okay... not a huge deal but within a min...another customer approached the same line since her light was on. Mary, the cashier grabbed the woman's cart to begin checking her out. Yes, you read correctly. I stood there in disbelief. I waited for a second thinking perhaps Mary would speak up and let the woman know what had happened. Mary looked at me but said nothing. After experiencing similar stories above, over and over again. Do not order from them. Whoever they had deliver my flowers a friend sent me they left them in the outside mailbox.... not at my door. During the texas blizzard (which maybe they shouldn't be delivering them in the cold to begin with) but it died. She paid $80 for this money tree. They offered her a small amount of money to BUY ANOTHER ONE. Instead of refunding her for their mistake. The dirt was frozen solid. What's funny is not only was it done for because of the cold but some of the money tree itself was already rotten and dead to begin with. No way it was from the cold so quickly. 0/10. To be fair I am not a fan of the Market Street concept in the first place. It has the veneer of a premium grocery brand, but many things are absent. I feel as if this is simply a psuedo-Albertsons that desperately wants to be Central Market. The produce is very much the same fare you'd find at their sister stores Tom Thumb and Albertson's, and are likely purchased from the same suppliers. The cheese, wine, and beer selection is small, but due to its shortcomings can't be considered bijou. Their collection of wine is mostly domestic, with a few imported bottles here and there. Something similar could also be said for the beer selection, while it's ever so slightly more fleshed out. They seem to host a wine bottle engraving service from time to time, which is a novel idea, but I hardly find that they have the vintages to warrant such exuberance. When the most exclusive wine you carry is Stag's Leap Artemis, I find this to be ludicrous. Cheeses are exactly what you'd expect to find at Krogers, but perhaps slightly better than Sprouts. Again mostly domestic, and lacking some cheese that I would consider elementary for an upper tier grocery store. Petite Basque, Provolone Picante, and Buffalo Mozeralla just to name a few. They do however serve Boar's Head in the deli, which while a top label is not quite prestigious enough. I would love to see them augment Boar's Head with more Niman Ranch, Diestel, or perhaps imported products. The meat/seafood department is middling, and does at least offer USDA prime beef. I do however normally buy two things from here, filet (specifically the chateaubriand), and their ground sirloin. They very rarely if ever have whole fish besides farmed trout. I also find their prices, in general, to be high, outside of weekly advertised specials. I reckon you could make out pretty good if you paid close attention to their flyers. The bakery is above average, but still only caters to the most basic palettes. The asiago cheese and pepper bread might be the only exception. My biggest complaint would be the service, and not all of it is for the usual reasons. They have a policy of taking your groceries to your car, whether you like it or not. I've had to argue my way out of this practice more times than I can remember. While the staff is being forced to do this, and it's not directly their fault, I find their persistence annoying. Also, I regularly find the check out lines to be understaffed at many points of the day. Their rewards program and perpetual games of Monopoly aren't really worthwhile, and I would much rather just get discounts or coupons for immediate or future redemption. read more
