It's in a very nice location

11/14/16 Today I was very disappointed in the new cashier Anthony. I felt like he was not listening to what I was saying. Any who he rings up my boneless, skinless chicken breast they two prices for the managers special. One is $3.62 and the other is $4.96 he can't get the on for $3.62 times scan so he charges me $4.96 for both and says I'll discount it at the end. I'm like ok you can just fix that right now in my mind because you done messed up twice .. we get to the end he tells me my total so I'm waiting for him to discount my chicken like he said for the right prices. He says are you gonna pay your total is... I say as soon as you fix the price for my chicken I will. He looks at me funny like are you serious. Hell yeah I'm serious. Now trust and believe I didn't have a problem paying the $4.96 for both but, it was the principle of the matter. He tried to whisper with a attitude and act like I put it in wrong. Boy if you don't fix this so I can go he seemed a little frustrated about fixing the problem he created lol.. can you say I was so unbothered and unapologetic.. next time I will be asking if they new or not so I can avoid all the newbies don't Nobody have time for this!!!!!l

This was a big D in this store today. Very unhappy with the help
Sally N.

This Kroger is usually the best Kroger around but I have to say They need someone in the Deli area to help out with the kiosk for meet... I put my Oder in for two items and came back 50 mins later and it still wasn't done. I asked about it and they then made me wait 20 mins longer behind new people who just got in line. The aisles and shelves were half empty and all moved around. This was a big D in this store today. Very unhappy with the help in that area except one young lady Annabelle came from the sandwich area to help me.

Grocery pick up orders always delayed. Staff is rude. I was informed today that my order was 6 hours behind scheduling.

It's okay, a lot of times they don't have what I am looking for so I end up going to Target or H-E-B.

We were very warmly greeted by a gentleman who I think must be an owner or major stakeholder. He gave us a quick history of the place and was fast to recommend the prime rib po boy sandwich. We ordered one to split, and it came with seasoned fries. The sandwich came out quickly, and the meat was tender with just the right amount of slightly spicy horseradish sauce. Yum. I definitely want to come back for the signature prime rib on a Friday or Saturday. That meatloaf sounds tempting too, and the brisket mac and cheese caught my eye. Looks like I will need to come back a few times.

We were starving so stayed and had catfish plate and smoked turkey sandwich. This is the first time we were not super satisfied with our meals. Maybe it was because we were looking forward to brisket tacos & chicken & waffles. We had great service from Nathan! We grabbed some meat to bring home. Love making griddle burgers with the flurry grind.

It happens the produce person was present stocking and I approached him to ask him where could I find Parsley besides the ORGANIC section, when he said we only carry organic for parsley I then asked if they had the Italian parsley when he very unhappily walked over and pointed at it. He was very impatient and was not very helpful. I'm a senior citizen and feel that lately we've become a pain to these so called employees if we even have a question. Don't get me started on their 'Digital' coupons that don't register when using the self serve checkout. I'm not saying everyone at this particular store is a grump, but someone needs to talk to this specific 6 footer, bearded produce person on what his job is about. TomThumb get your act together and have other options besides organic as most of us can't afford the difference in price.

How to shop at Central Market? Make a list otherwise it's so easy to pick up so many extras. This…read morereview is about my favorites at Central Market. I am here for the produce, mostly! Everything is fresh and in abundance. They have these cherry tomatoes called "Flavor Bombs" and are so good and sweet. Plus all the fresh herbs are amazing. Sometimes I shop here just for the produce. You can take a shortcut through the doorway into self-service coffee, nuts, candy and spices or continue to Seafood and Meats. My favorite in seafood is the Lobster in the tank and only when it's a special occasion And in the meat area, I like their pork chops, ground pork, and large hamburger patties. In the middle store I like their olive oils, with so many choices but my favorite is the Central Market Sicilian flavor. Now for the cheese and dairy my go to butter is the La Gall French Butter, so good. We like their fresh baked breads especially the Sour Dough and Naan. Near Checkout you will beautiful flowers that are fresh with so many choices. Until next visit!!! Shop Central Market!

The freshness and selection always exceed expectations. Coming from New England, I'm extremely picky about seafood, and this is the only place in the area where I'll buy it. That says a lot about their quality and standards. Crowds can be intense on Saturdays and Sundays, especially around the produce and meat sections. It feels like being packed in with sardines (lol pun), but that's just a sign of how popular the store is. If you prefer a calmer shopping experience, I recommend going on weekdays or in the evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful. Once, while I was debating how a seasonal product might taste, an employee overheard me and offered to open a box so I could sample it. I was honestly surprised to learn that they'll open almost anything for you to try. I declined and bought it anyway, but that level of service really impressed me. I also love how Central Market leans into the seasons. Their themed décor changes throughout the year, adding charm and warmth from the entrance to the back of the store. One Christmas, a violinist was performing near the seafood counter. Shopping for dinner while listening to live holiday music was such a special touch and exactly the kind of experience that makes this place stand out. The only reason I'm deducting a star is for the restrooms near the wine and beer section. On the very rare occasion I've had to use them, they've been filthy and unpleasantly odorous. For a store that takes such pride in presentation and quality, the bathrooms fall short of their otherwise excellent standards. Despite that, Central Market remains one of my favorite grocery destinations; a place that truly elevates the everyday shopping experience.

They carry a well-edited array of mostly their own private label brands with a global perspective. You will always find something special here that's exciting! To keep things interesting, they have seasonal offerings that keep in step with the time of year. For example, be sure to grab one of their Gobbler Rolls with turkey, stuffing cranberry sauce and gravy... you will not be disappointed! That being said, sometime the products miss the mark, but there's way more hits than misses. Definitely try their Green Goddess Salad, Mini Oatmeal Cookies, Mac n' Cheese and their flavored yogurts. Some of the misses are snacks that are just too sweet like their cereal bars. But for the most part, the products are adventurous and quite good- especially at the very reasonable prices they charge. Something that really makes the TJ stand out is the amazing service. When I checked out, the cashier was so friendly and chatty, all the while paying special attention to detail when bagging my groceries. She was like a 3-D Tetris Master bagging groceries, and taking care to double bag. She had so much skill, and I really got the impression she loved her work. It made me realize the only place I ever have someone else bag my groceries is at Trader Joe's. Makes total sense because every time I've been to a TJ's regardless of location, the checkout experience is always exceptional. In today's grocery world, it's mostly self-checkout and Trader Joe's stands out to me as a company that knows their business and has a lot of integrity. Well done Trader Joe's. I appreciate the great value, bountiful array of quality food and the overall pleasantness of the shopping experience.

TJ's is the place to get finished foods and snacks, it's not the place to shop if you have a family. It's great for if you live alone or only feed 2 people. They have all the latest food trends and high quality products. Prices are good. Service is excellent. Layout is good. Prices are good compared to California (home for me). It's quite small compared to other locations in California and Chicago where I spend most of my time in. It's a great compliment to Cox, Zion, Las Colinas for the specialized markets. HEB, Market Street and Tom Thumb for major grocers and Whole foods for the bougie health focused. I"m too much of a foodie to come here on a regular basis, but for those that don't want the fuss of cooking for themselves or others it's a great place with it's own place in the area despite Coppel being a family suburb.
