To call CENTRAL MARKET a "market" is an understatement. This "market" has a food court, a wine bar, a coffee shop, and a deli. Their meat and seafood section are legit! Caviar, anyone? You could VERY easily populate your charcuterie board (or table) with their wall of cheese (great selection!!!), another wall just for the olives (different kinds and flavors), and a whole aisle of crackers. They have a very good variety, from bargain products to "treat-yourself" products. Their produce section is amazing. They have a whole table just for mushrooms -- yey!! Note: you have to weigh your own produce, punch in the produce code, and get the sticker printout to get the price for your produce. They have a large indoor and outdoor eating area. The parking lot is giant and free. The staff are so patient and helpful and friendly -- from the guy at the butcher shop, to the bakery to the cashier to the bagger.

Delicious! I could not get out of the deli- so much good stuff I died. I got a goat cheese quesadilla- it was SO Delicious. Love dip - I love it and it pink. It's cream cheese base I think, so good. And the pimento cheese- to die for. Pam's Pimento cheese dip. Get it! And I love the chipotle queso sauce. It's beyond delicious- such a good deli. I got some watermelon and made a feta salad. I LOVE central market. I'll prob drive to south lake for it.

Central Market has been my favorite grocery store and still is. The prices are a bit higher than other more inexpensive store but the upside is that you can find things here that you can't find in most other grocery stores. Their fruit and vegetable sections are outstanding, I can't think of anything I miss that they don't have. I have never seen any expired or spoiled items. Both the fish and meat sections are excellent. I'm the only one in our family that likes fish so we typically use the meat section. They have great quality meat cuts. They also have lots of variety of pre-seasoned meats and chicken. Their coffee section is also great. They sell Addison Coffee Roasters coffee, white rock coffee and other brands and they have quite the selection if you like good coffee. Their bread/pastry section is also very good, they bake most of their bread so it's fresh. They also have many interesting flavors that you don't typically run across in other grocery stores.

My daughter said that wanted to go to Central Market so off we went. Since it was such a beautiful day we decided why not have lunch at the Central Market Cafe. Let me start by saying that I have always thought this place is really nice, neat, well organized and very clean. As we approached the register the young man working there was Mr. Jordan, very polite a quick and friendly smile and very welcoming. My daughter order the Roasted Turkey Club sandwich with fries and a drink for $11.00 and drink for $2.50. I had the Cereal Market Cheese burger with fries, fir $12.50 and drink for $2.50. Let me start with my fries, the seasoned to perfection crispy and nice and fresh and hot. The cheese burger was well cooked, but lacked salt, it came with dill pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and onions on the side. Overall the burger was awesome. The roasted turkey club sandwich came with lettuce, tomatoes, roasted turkey, and bacon and she she it was very delicious. We also got a tiramisu cake and sushi from the actual store of central market. Since I don't eat fish or anything seafood, she said it was good. Although we did split the tiramisu cake and is one of the best tiramisu cakes I have ever eaten. After lunch we walked through the market part of this establishment. It's very big the displays of foods be it the cool/hot bars, are well organized, displays neatly laid out. The store it's self is very clean, well organized, staff working there really enjoy working there appeared to really enjoy working there, friendly, and ready to assist you. There is di much to write about, but I lack any good words to do it justice. The smells of the breads, the coffee aisles smell so inviting, the produce area is awesomely laid out and everything looks so delicious. We purchased two apples and a small container of mini plain scones. Mere words alone doesn't describe this store. You have to come and experience it for your self.

It is always a fun experience to come to this massive market. Whole Foods on steroids as I like to think about it. If they don't have it, you don't really need it.

Found great ready meal options and a variety of items during my visit. Establishment was well organized. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. I dropped by the coffee station located next to the cafe. Customer service was amazing. I ordered the caffe latte. It was rich, creamy, and just what I needed to get me through the day.

This place is busy and a little intimidating. The produce looks good and fresh, and is plentiful. Lots of fruits and veggies I'd never heard of before. The fresh meat area is a bit fishy smelling, but everything looks tasty. The line at the butchers is a long one. I didn't wait - it was a very long line. Just past the meat is the section with shelved and packaged foods - a lot of organic boxed meals. Fancy soaps. Various organic coffees. Reminded me a bit of Whole Foods products. Know where you're going once inside or you will get run over. Quick tip: the grapes are so fresh and delicious!

What's not to Love! I mean fresh handmade sausage, great beef, fish and meat counters to serve you. Good variety of snacks, coffee, teas and the bakery kicking out sweets like no other it's almost to much to bear. Plus some of your favorite HEB products availability. It a grocery amusement park. Grab and go lunches, fresh sushi and good friendly service. I'm definitely a fan if you watch their ads and use their app you can really catch some great products at good prices. With prices like they are in grocery stores now why not shop quality. I've never been disappointed with my purchases here. You get it all under 1 roof here.

As mentioned in the other reviews, the cost is $16.95 pp. When they seat you, you get a choice of three different entree's (i chose the seafood cake with Orzo, my mom chose the grilled pork chop with polenta) along with fresh made bread, homemade fabulous strawberry lemon marmalade, and flavored butters. In addition to that, you have access to the various food stations. They have a salad and soup station, an omelet station, a pasta station, and a dessert station. They provide you with basic beverages such as coffee, iced tea, orange juice - but you can also BYOB so making your own mimosas are definitely an option. I could go on an on about how wonderful my meal and experience was - i really cant say enough but here's a short version: My seafood cake was heavenly. it consisted of crab, shrimp, and cod. it was mostly seafood and didn't require along of binders. I was seriously disappointed that it was gone so quickly. Keep in mind, your entree is more of a small plate, however with all the other goodies at the stations you'll definitely leave stuffed. The soup i got was a corn chowder that was excellent. Of course, you cant go wrong with an omelet! it was fluffy and perfectly cooked. I passed on the pasta station because i was getting too full and I didn't want to miss out on dessert. I loved how all of the staff was eager to talk about the food, process, etc. Their service was impeccable and made our experience very memorable. They even had a guy there playing the acoustic guitar. If you love food and love being around people who enjoy discussing ingredients and techniques this place is for you. Heck, even if you just want to eat and chill this place is for you! Make sure you call ahead for a reservation. Also: i would consider this place more kid-tolerant than kid-friendly.

It's something I throughly enjoy. This experience was 5 STARS! Everyone was so warm, friendly, inclusive and kind. We really had the absolute best time. I've been trying to feel a sense of community after relocating and the other students, as one told me are "my people". My week days have been spent in an altogether different environment that regardless of if it's cultural has brought me down in a real way. I was looking for an afternoon of joie. The class was so inviting, hands on and fun! We made a bunch of items, shared snacks and our creations together. On break another student in class gave me a tour of Central Market since I'd never been to one. Grabbing coffee, exchanging business cards with others, bookmarking a ton of new spots to try and learning about other fun activities was truly worth every dollar spent to join this 4hr class. It felt exactly like what I had imagined moving to Texas with Texans would feel like. It attracted the finest residents. I can't wait to return. The florals are also totally worth mentioning, the store and class is adorned in the most incredible arrangements. It really was such a lovely class. Now if I can find someone to teach me Mahjong! The store is also gorgeous! I'm definitely at the age where I couldn't care less about local bars, show me a stunning grocery store! Coming from Los Angeles, dare I say it...
