The service at this location today 7/30/26 was awful. I arranged for a make ahead order to be ready at 11:20am. When I arrived at 11:19, the young lady behind the counter barely looked up at me. No greeting. I explained that I had a to go order and she said " It's not ready yet". I sat quietly to wait. While waiting, a UPS delivery arrived. As he was already beginning to unload, she said "Can you put that over there?" There was zero courtesy, no please or thank you. At 11:30, I asked if it would be much longer as I was supposed to be returning to my destination at 11:30. She rudely said... "We make orders to be picked up based on the time that is picked while ordering". I explained that that time was 11:20. She scoffed and went to the kitchen to check on my order. When she returned, she brought only the four drinks that I ordered and said., "We are out of drink carriers." She then laughed. She suggested I take all four drinks to my car. In the time it would take me to do so, my order would be ready. When I returned, she was just returning from the kitchen. No apology, no explanation. She was rude, entitled and unapologetic. Just wanted to add a note here as I visited earlier this week. Buffalo meat hamburger, very great seasoning. The bread is a (I believe) Greek yogurt bread which I was curious how that would come out. Looks like a normal bun (maybe more like Ciabatta shape) and is ok....maybe a bit dry. However the blue berry tea (I also tried Mango) was tasty enough to wash it down. I had sweet potato fries as a side and selected the Mediterranean style. The burger is $8.79 including the drink and side. You have to pay up $2 for the buffalo meat, but I thought it was worth it as it's just barely more than a fast food value meal at that point. I believe one of the owners/manager stopped to say hi. I was trying to catch up on some important updates (fantasy football) so honestly I am a little hazy on her name but she was very nice and she mentioned that they had looked at several locations before deciding on Flower Mound. In any case because she saw me on the computer she pointed out a couple of spots where I could plug in if I needed more battery juice and I felt like that was a thoughtful gesture. I also saw her as she noticed the lawn folks were coming by with blowers and she was concerned for her patrons out on the patio. First time to this location. Several meal options in the grab and go area. They are frozen which allows for a longer shelf life which is nice. Food is flavorful and loved the options. You can also order warm food in store if you want. Employees were super helpful. read more

We had clean eatz on occasion in the past but decided it's actually cheaper and healthier to join the meal program! We've been doing it for a couple weeks now and everything is excellent and satisfying! Unfortunately I thought I had to sign up online to get points and didn't know about the app, but I brought my receipts in and the owner Tammy was so sweet to add them to my account so I could still get the points! I was curios about this place so had to try it! They have pre made meals which' were kinda hard to figure out. They had labels on the door but nothing seemed to be in that order. As well as everything was frosted over so you just have to trust the label I suppose! They also have a grill with fresh food so I figured I would try that, though some cook guy was freaking out about something and distracting! I've come to this location about 5 times now. Food is subpar generally and waits are longer than you'd think but it's healthy. This one star review is because of the manager Colton; I had to wait about 45 minutes for a bowl meal I ordered because they ran out of salmon. Okay no problem, I called it in early no big deal. Well it eventually gets there and I take it home, they messed up my proteins on my two orders (that they had 45 minutes to read). So I call in and go dude what the heck it's messed up. Colton proceeded to tell me it's on me because I ordered salmon and he can't serve me undercooked salmon and the reason they had so many employees was for meal prep which I should consider. This place is not worth your time for lunch dinner or whatever else. It's expensive, the food is meh for healthy stuff, and the new "manager" Colton is rude. Beware if you order off of the menu, it may surprise the kitchen and be your fault. read more

Terribly slow service. Came here for a lunch but it ended up taking 25 mins from ordering to getting the food. Additionally, the drink selection is very limited and only includes 3 teas. Could have went to any other restaurant and had a better experience. Would not recommend to a friend and would not return. If this business went under within a year, I would not be surprised. Picked up lunch from Clean Eatz today because I had heard great things about it. I'm always looking for a healthy and quick option and they did not disappoint! Placed my order online and it was super easy. The menu is easy to navigate and it only took a few short minutes to set up my account, place my order, and pay as well. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and welcomed in by a very friendly lady. My food was already bagged and ready to go. She also offered me a complimentary beverage that comes with the food so I chose a mango flavored tea after she suggested it. I ordered the turkey burger with sweet potato fries, Everything was delicious and very low calorie. The turkey patty was not dry at all which many can be. I appreciate that the iced tea is included in the meal and the food was good. The frozen meal I brought home to try was tasty but the calorie information marked on the package was not accurate compared to their Nutrition Guide. I also ordered food to go. When I arrived home I learned that they had given me the wrong person's food, something that I was not able to eat. I called and was told that they had given someone else the same number for their order and the two had gotten confused. I understand, accidents happen, and they did offer to have me come back the next day and they would make me the correct meal. I went back the following day to get my meal and as I was waiting I noticed that in the kitchen they have racks of Hinze catsup and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Both of these are sauces have high fructose corn syrup near the top of the ingredient list which made me question which foods are "clean" and which are not since that was a big part of why I visited this restaurant in the first place. That was super disappointing to see since the Clean Eatz web site talks about eliminating HFCS and limiting salt. I like the concept and was hoping to try the meal plans, but I need to understand better what ingredients are being used in which products first. I'm not sold yet. read more

I've been purchasing meals from Clean Eatz every week now for the past month and I LOVE IT. life has been super hectic lately(moving, recent car accident, COVID) but this place has made it so easy and affordable to be able to stay somewhat on track. I don't have to eat repeats everyday like I was when I'd prep food myself. And for 10 meals, it's about what I spend on groceries a week. The staff is SO nice, super helpful and it's an all around great atmosphere. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be helped. I come in on Sundays and pickup my meals and I'm set for the week. I drive all the way from Farmers Branch to get my meals and it's 100% worth it. Thank you, Clean Eatz! read more

This place is amazing. The food is beyond fantastic. I took a wrap to go and took a bite a few mins down the road and ended up finishing the whole thing before I got home.
