Arriving before the morning rush, half the waitstaff was behind the counter and the other half was taking up tables. For better or worse, I was the sole customer for sometime. As other customers started to trickle in, only one employee was waiting on them. Eventually, the others began to wait on the customers. I ordered the Santa Fe omelette. The first several bites, I tasted the diced onions and jalapeños more than the chorizo sausage. The onions were more noticeable. Easy parking Stopped mid-morning on Sunday for brunch and were immediately greeting and seated. Bright, cute decor, & appeared clean. A few different table options and it looked like they had patio out back. Friendly staff. Quick service. Large portions but expect that with prices. Menu with lots of options. They even have specials - todays was huevos rancheros and poblano steak and eggs. We enjoyed Bacado omelet (3 egg, bacon, spinach, tomato, avocado) with hash browns and a biscuit. The salsa is good and medium spice level. The BLTAM was also enjoyed with a side of fruit (choice of side is fruit, fries, okra, soup or salad). We got without mayo and ordered a side of ranch which I'll typically put a little on sandwich. The ranch dressing was not good - couldn't eat it. Luckily the sandwich had enough moisture from the delicious tomatoes, avocado & bacon. The sourdough bread was good. We'd definitely go back to try more of their food. read more

Great brunch spot! This place is more like a 3.5 out of 5 stars. We rarely come to this area, and the orgional place we were going to get breakfast had a long wait, so we decided to check this place out. Not to say this place doesn't have a long wait, but i guess we were lucky. We got the last seat, and i believe the group that came after us, had to wait for like 15 mins or so. Anyways, we ended up getting two entrees. one benedict and one meat lovers omelette. The omelette dish also comes with your choice of pancakes or toast. i believe for most of the breakfast dishes, you get to pick hashbrowns or grits. since we got two dishes, we one one of each. Both dishes were good. But then again, most brunch places serve pretty much the same items and not a lot of differentiating factors between one and the other. I really wanted to love this restaurant as I'd seen it so often driving past, and I loved that they had a patio. I had the veg out breakfast skillet with eggs over medium and sourdough toast. Sadly, the food was completely flavorless. There is no way this was seasoned while it cooked. My hash browns were so undercooked they were almost firm: nothing crispy about them. I got one slice of toast, which was disappointing until I took a bite and found it wasn't a good sourdough bread. Just tasted like plain white bread. The service was okay considering they were packed for Mother's Day. I'm sure it would be great on a regular day. I saw online they offered mimosas, but they were not listed on the menu, so perhaps they no longer have them. I won't go back and can't recommend this place. read more

We loved everything about this restaurant. The owner greeted us with the warmest smile and we immediately felt at home. (Had no idea she was the owner until later) We went for breakfast and the food was AMAZING!!!! I love a good salmon Eggs Benedict and this was the freshest I've ever had. It took a bit to get seated which wasn't the end of the world but our waitress took her time getting there once we were seated. We ordered food and coffee as soon as she appeared. Stopped by this Café to grab brunch before heading to the airport. After reading some reviews I was a little weary of going but luckily for us the experience was great. We chose to sit outside. The kids went with Mickey Mouse pancakes and their energy bowl which is yogurt with lots of toppings that they were happy to adjust for my oldest. I eat Keto / Low Carb and went with the Meat Lovers omelette - egg white only. Plenty of ham, sausage and bacon as well as cheese. I left the sides to the family. My husband was happy with his eggs benedict too. Lots of parking as it's part of an outside mall and not busy on a Monday. The only thing worse than an baconless omelette called the "baconator" is the management who refused to even drop by our table after the server pleaded repeatedly. The server was so embarrassed as he said, "I've worked at other restaurants and this is a first where management refuses to come over or do anything about it..." Let's start from the beginning. We just moved to FloMo and my wife saw this place and wanted to check it out. We came a few weeks ago and had a good time, other than that my baconator had no bacon to speak of... I held my tongue and we paid and moved on. Round 2: Well we came back for Sunday brunch again, and this time I specifically mentioned I would like to try baconator again, but "was really disappointed last time as it had almost no bacon. Something called the baconator should be loaded with bacon." The waiter made a note and said he would make sure the kitchen got it right this time. I ordered the baconator with jalapenoes, a side of bacon and fresh fruit. The waiter said they don't do substitutes so all of those would be an up charge. I agreed and we continued our conversation. When it came out, the small cup of fruit was still green and only had about 5 pieces in it filling the already small cup only about 1/2 way. I told them to keep the fruit and I'll stick with my baconator. I cut into the omelette and theres no bacon or jalapeños. Instead they added bell pepper; a lot of it. I'm like seriously??? I was very clear and direct about what I wanted, my disappointment last time and expectation this time all while being respectful. The waiter came back to check on us and I mentioned the extreme lack of bacon and his jaw dropped. He was like "I made a note of it." I know he did as he was truly trying to do a great job. He told the manager who come to find out could care less. He then went back to the manager all the while communicating with us. All in, it was a $75 bill for 3 of us to have breakfast. We paid, tipped, and sadly won't EVER be back. They could have had our business for years, decades really, and within a month of us moving we ate there twice. You do the math on lost revenue due to poor leadership. They don't have a staffing issue. They have a management issue. read more
