One time, they tried to cheat my father-in-law out of his winning lotto ticket by telling him it wasn't a winner...he had to insist it was before they would re-scan it and pay it out. And, this week, they added the "multiplier" option to my husbands lotto tickets, even though my husband was very clear he didn't want this. The cashier is just up-charging try to make more money by adding the "multiplier." When my husband called the cashier out on this error - he wouldn't re-do the tickets. We have been loyal customers for years at this location, but this recent trip is the last time we go to this convenience store for anything. Plainly, they are cheaters and will cheat you even if you are paying attention. I feel sorry for those who aren't being paid/charged fairly for lotto tickets...these guys will do anything to make a buck.
