Have been a CFA customer for decades in Texas. Love the new drive through and mobile through lanes. And the inside experience with ordering at table is excellent. However, I have increasing concerns about mobile through service both at this location and the location on Main Street, Lewisville. Time and time again items are missing be it straws, CFA sauce,ketchup, or food items. Let me recommend you go back to pre-Covid and just automatically put two CFA sauces & 2 ketchup for every meal ordered. By doing this you will never miss the fact that it was ordered and help those who didn't realize you have to order it intentionally to get it. Second concern is flavor change. Don't know what CFA did to their preparation process but your flavor quality since 2020 has gone down. I don't know if it's the batter recipe or the oil you cook it in but you need to go back to the way CFA originally prepped their sandwich breasts and strips. I still give a 5 for politeness. Now fix the nagging Mobile thru along with batter change and you'll be back to a 5. read more

Over the weekend, I went to Chick-Fil-A. Parking is plentiful when you arrive, however the drive-thru line can go around the entire building. I'd recommend parking  behind the restaurant just in case, so you won't be boxed in by the drive-thru line. When we arrived there, we made our way to the front of the restaurant, which faces E Round Grove Road. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even offered to cover the cost of my drink because they were feeling generous. Even during the lunch, a staff worker asked if I wanted a refill of my drink. However when the food arrived, it was a different issue. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent as usual, but I didn't care for the fries as they were overly overcooked and too crispy. read more

Last night at this location, I waited in the drive thru for a few minutes and it was not moving, unlike it does at better managed locations. Pulled out of line, despite the cones they put up to try and trap you in that lane, parked, and went inside. Two nice young men took my order, which was a 12ct nugget large meal + an 8ct nugget. The time was 7:26pm. I also asked for FIVE containers of buffalo sauce. Total was $18.68. This was all TO GO. The order arrived incredibly fast, while I was still at the register. I thanked the guys, picked up ketchup and a straw at the condiment/napkin/straw counter and left. Wasn't until I arrived home and got settled that I discovered they included ZERO sauce despite the receipt clearly showing FIVE. This effectively ruined 2/3rds of the meal as I only ate four of the twenty dry nuggets. I called the location about 8pm and nobody answered. I called back today and they answered after ten or more rings. I explained the situation but the best they offered was a dessert. Very poor follow through on their part. read more

Up in this neck of the woods and was about to gnaw my arm off. All the recent Yelp reviews about various yardbird sandwiches made me want to re-try the original Chick-fil-A sandwich. It was early afternoon after the lunch rush so figured it'd be a quick adventure. Wrong Ray Wrong! The parking lot was kind of full so I hit the drive thru thinking it would be faster. Guess what, Wrong Ray Wrong! I don't think they could have squeezed a unicycle in that line! So I flipped on the car radio and was jamming out to an AC/DC CD, ok? By the 4th song with deafness settling in, it was my turn at the menu board and speaker. A number 1 combo with a lemonade and add a salad with ranch. I was halfway thru the next song when my head bobbing and steering wheel drumming ended as it was time to pay and grab the food. As I drove out, the parking lot looked nearly empty. Timing is everything. The sandwich was way better than the crowd frenzy recent favorite. Other than the long line, the people were friendly, order was right, food quality was great, mix of ice to drink was perfect and the waffle fries were perfect! This review is not based on their food, it is based on customer service. I have visited this location for a curb side mobile order twice in the last 2 weeks and both times I have been refused a paper receipt. The first time I dismissed it as a lazy employee doing the delivery. Today, I placed the fact that I needed a receipt in the special instructions. The nice young man who delivered my food told me he even asked the manager and was told "we don't give receipts for mobile orders" he stated that he questioned this and was told again, we do not do receipts for mobile orders. I have eaten at Chic-Fil-A's all across the country and have placed many mobile orders and I have ALWAYS gotten my receipt when I asked for it. Yes, I know I can get it from my e-mail; however, for some of us a paper receipt is easier with regards to expense reports. I know things get busy at drive-thru, but the people have one job... to take an order and get it to the right person. I ordered 2 drinks and food. One drink was not what was ordered, and the french fries tasted and felt like they have been waved over the fryer but never put in to cook. They were mushy. Yuck. I was shocked how quickly this location went downhill in a short period of time! Mid afternoon cars were wrapped around the building in a long line. The outside of the restaurant and windows looked filthy and the employees were not very friendly. The microphone at the drive thru was not working well and I heard static and a constant tapping noise. When I pulled up, there were aprox 10 or more young employees in a long line just standing around, goofing off, (despite having plenty of customers) and the young guy with a drive thru head set on was so cocky and unprofessional) and to top it off when I got home our 2 orders of large fries were less than half full!! They were filled with the sauces and the few fries that were in the container were smashed and cold from the sauces. We will go to another location moving forward. This place is a nightmare. They closed down the dining section due to covid which is extremely understandable. However, they are not allowing anybody in the building to pick up their online order. They request you get in the drive thru line which wraps into several other parking lots and takes forever. This is one of my favorite locations. It is always busy with consistent good quality. Everyone seems to work together and ensure they get your order correct. I received my order wrong twice and they gladly made it right no questions asked. I really appreciated the manager K for ensuring I was pleased. She really made my experience great. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I usually go to this Chick-fil-A because it's right next to my apartment. However, my past few experiences have been very poor. Today I went in line to order breakfast at 10:20 (leaving myself plenty of time before 10:30). There was no sense of urgency from the staff and I finally got to the front of the line at 10:31. I had requested to order breakfast items and the employee said they are no longer serving breakfast. I explained that I had been standing in line for almost 10 minutes and still could not order a chicken biscuit 1 minute past breakfast hours?? I was in your location a few days ago and just so you know was not greeted as I walked like most Chick Fil-A's that I've visited and I've visited many in North Texas ! Secondly, when I stood in front of the counter there were 3 young lady's including the one you see in the image , Reiko ( the ONLY one ) who acknowledged me as I stood there . The other one I don't remember her name but if I see her I will . Anyways, while Reiko was attending me the other 2 definitely weren't being very productive and on 2 occasions they were whisper in each other's ears but about what I couldn't tell you . I can definitely assure you that it wasn't Chick Fil-A related . Well as I sat down and was waiting for my meal I noticed that the same young lady that was at the counter was sitting in the corner and first thought was ( she's on break ) ! NOT ! She was taking orders from the higher top and also on her personal cell phone . Now this is the VERY first time I've seen any employee @ Chick Fil-A do this ! Now I see why this younger generation have no ambition , no drive and definitely no work ethics ! WTH ! Then after about 30 mins I see a Mexican male who I'm guessing is a Mgr go yo yo her give her a hug and then proceed to sit on the the table in front of her with 2 other guys ! Now when he gave her that hug it didn't exactly look like a pleasant one and also I've NEVER seen any Mgr @ any Chick Fil-A do that to why employee and as I mentioned I've visited many Chick Fil-A's in North Texas ....... I haven't been to happy of Chick-Fil-A lately. Lately it's been either communication or things missed. In example I placed a mobile order for curb side. I placed it 20 minutes before my arrival. As soon as I left In and Out Burger, I selected I was outside. Well.... I ended up walking inside after 12 minutes of waiting. I could see my order flashing on the screen. I politely told the gentleman I'd been waiting for my meal outside. Yes he apologized etc, but the staff looked extremely confused. I have seen the same type of confusion, at other chick-fil-a's. Confusion of who is picking orders, getting drinks etc ready. Yes, the food is good but the service is extremely lacking. What's the point of a drive thru if it's more of a drive in. What's the point of a mobile app? I have gotten used to, just walking in and placing the order. Saves me the headache and assurance that at least my order is correct. read more

I wanted to get dinner for my five grandkids so we stopped here on a weekday around five PM. The drive through had a long line of cars but we were the only customers inside. The five employees all worked together to help me spend my $50. The spicy chicken was tasty as was the salad with crispy chicken. The kids loved the nuggets and strips with extra fries. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet. I come here fairly regularly for lunch. I'm obsessed with Chick-Fil-A's spicy chicken sandwich. Apparently everyone else is, too, because this place is a freaking zoo at lunch rush. However, I have always been impressed with this location's ability to deal with it. My order is 95% of the time accurate. They are very quick and get the drive-through orders done quickly and constantly, and with a smile to boot! They are friendly, though they are trained to be, but they seem to honestly be friendly most of the time. They do a good job keeping the place clean, too, especially during the lunch rush inside. They also have people who walk around and will get you drink refills and take away your trash if you are sitting inside. That is a really nice touch. read more
