Moldy pita bread - A piece of pita bread with mold spots is placed on a red and white checkered paper, which appears to be from a Mediterranean or fast-casual restaurant. The bread shows signs of spoilage, with visible mold growth and an uneven surface. The background is a plain, light-colored surface.

I tried to give this place multiple chances but today was it. Ordered online at 12:50 and I got my food at 1:40 .... And half way through finishing my food, found a moldy pita bread... I would like money back please.

Cava Greens + Grains Bowl with a hair in it

I did a pick up order 03/08/25, and received a bowl that 1. Had a hair in it, 2. Had the wrong type of greens, 3. Was missing two of my add ins (tomato and onions, and feta), and 4. Had sauces on the side that I didn't order. I've had good experiences here but this was just not one for me. I would hope they wouldn't double check these Mobile orders but I guess not. ‍

A screenshot of a digital menu from CAVA in Coppell, TX, listing ingredients for a grains bowl. The menu includes options such as saffron basmati rice, tzatziki, harissa, red pepper hummus, grilled chicken, falafel, broccoli, fire roasted corn, pickles, cucumber, olives, feta, yogurt, and garlic dressing. There is also an option for a side pita. The interface displays icons for each ingredient and a toggle for the side pita, with a clean, organized layout.

I have had very disappointing food fulfillment at Cava lately but this takes the cake. I will never be going to Cava again. They are now adapting shrink-flation habits similar to Chipotle. Just because I ordered online doesn't mean I'm deserving of a half filled to go order. I used to get such full bowls I could split them into 2 meals. I asked for falafel and was given 1 and I could only find 3 pieces of chicken. I also am missing the broccoli, pickles, and cucumbers clearly listed in my order. I just got sauce and rice with the bare minimum. Even the free pita bread tasted chemically, almost like soap. This is ridiculous.

Falafel crunch - A disposable, round, white bowl holds a salad with a generous layer of guacamole, chopped vegetables including carrots and pickled onions, and sliced black olives. The bowl is on a black metal outdoor table with a textured surface. A beige plastic fork with the words 'Prolong with Point Stretch' is inserted into the salad. The image appears to be taken outdoors, possibly at a cafe or restaurant.

Food was meh and they only gave me 2 falafel balls for a 12 dollar meal?! The first person knew I ordered a falafel crunch but it was not communicated down the line. Same for my friend's order. Thoroughly unimpressed. They were definitely in a rush but we specifically asked for a Harissa Avocado and they didn't include avocado.....

Greens Menu - A refrigerated display case holds containers of fresh greens such as arugula, romaine, and baby spinach. Above the case, a menu lists salad options and ingredients, including supergreens mix, splendidgreens mix, and a rice dish. The setting appears to be part of a restaurant or salad bar offering customizable greens and grain bowls.

So I've been meaning to try Cava for awhile now, and today I finally did!! While the food was good, the customer service at this location was PHENOMENAL!! Seeing as it was my first time, I had a few questions and the two ladies helping me were SO kind, patient, and helpful!! They made the BEST suggestions and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience!! I had a lot going on and now that I'm thinking about it, I don't remember what their names were, which is unfortunate, because they absolutely deserve to be recognized!! They truly went above and beyond for me, and after the day I had, it truly meant so much. I am so grateful for their kindness. Anyway - ON TO THE FOOD!! I had a greens and grains bowl with the Superfood greens and the Saffron Basmati Rice. For my protein I got the Honey Harissa Chicken. For my toppings I did the pita crisps, tomato and cucumber, pickled onions, tomato and onion, fire roasted corn, and Persian cucumbers. I got a variety of sauces, and I got them all on the side, (just in case I didn't like any of them). SO glad that I did that! There were a few I wasn't a fan of, but the ones that I liked and ended up putting in my bowl were the harissa spread, skhug, garlic dressing, and the hot harissa vinaigrette!! As someone who likes at least a little bit of spice, I think I had the perfect combination of sauces for my preference, so FYI - if you're like me, DO NOT SKIP the skhug, the harissa spread, and vinaigrette!! Then if you want, add some garlic dressing to balance it all out. SO GOOD!! There were SO many textures and flavor profiles going on in this bowl and somehow, it all worked together perfectly!! All the vegetables were super crisp and fresh, and the chicken was juicy and delightfully seasoned!! I figured the honey harissa chicken may be too sweet, but thankfully that wasn't the case. It had a touch of sweetness, but it was definitely more savory overall, so that was a nice surprise!! Oh and before I forget, I have to talk about the drinks!! I decided to put together a random concoction of the classic lemonade, cucumber mint lime, and the pineapple apple mint. Not quite sure what the ratios were, but I did mostly classic lemonade and a splash of the other two and somehow it turned out amazing!! It was light, super refreshing, and delicious!! So yeah - long story long, the customer service ALONE warranted 5 billion stars, but thankfully the food was fantastic as well!! DEFINITELY check this location out whenever you're in the area!!

My make your own bowl - A disposable bowl filled with assorted vegetables and toppings such as corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, roasted cauliflower, and brussels sprouts. The bowl is on a wooden tray next to a laptop keyboard, suggesting a casual meal or work setting.

We've been here probably close to ten times now, and it remains a fantastic upscale spot with a welcoming, local feel. We kicked things off with cocktails--I highly recommend their Old Fashioned (made with rye whiskey) and my husband's Gin and Tonic. Both were balanced and expertly crafted. One of my favorite things about Victor's is their nightly off-menu specials. They are always seasonal and creative. I tried the Avocado Salad from the specials menu, and it was a 10/10--super fresh, perfect dressing, and they definitely didn't skimp on the avocado! My husband went with the Bistro Salad, which is a consistent winner every time. For my main, I ordered the Southern Catfish. The fish was cooked perfectly, and I absolutely loved the Frank's Red Hot butter sauce paired with the collard greens--the flavors complemented everything beautifully. My husband had the Meatloaf, and he swears it is his favorite restaurant meatloaf of all time. It was great as always and is clearly a staple for a reason! The service was top-notch, which we've come to expect here. It's rare to find a place that maintains this level of quality every single time you visit. We've lost count of how many times we've been back, but we're already looking forward to the next one. Highly recommend!

Everyone is extremely friendly and food is prepared extremely fast, or at least it was every time I have visited. My favorite thing about this location is how clean everything always looks. I also like the variety of seating options, because I tend to prefer booths. The food is really flavorful and I like that it is healthy. However, the way it tastes depends on who is working that day. I have visited on days where everything tastes perfect, but I have also visited on days where too much sauce or spices are added to the dish and it didn't quite taste the same. The price is very reasonable for a quick and healthy meal on the run. The protein shakes are very good and the Glow up shake is my favorite choice. I will definitely keep visiting this location.

We love a good Happy Hour, so we grabbed a hightop by the bar and ordered a couple of drinks. I got the cosmo, complete with tiny ice crystals on top, which is my favorite. Then we split the special sandwich of the night, a sweet and spicy ribeye sandwich. This one was not my favorite. It had too much bread and too many green peppers, which I am not a fan of, although my husband liked it... Like the song says, two out of three ain't bad, and we will definitely be back.
