Final straw: I was charged twice for my meal. Despite calling the same day to resolve the issue, nothing was done, and I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. When picking up our $28 take-out order, I showed the cashier the 10% coupon from the Ad Pages Go Mobile app. The coupon clearly states "Ad Pages Go Mobile App accepted". The cashier said this was not the case and a paper coupon was required. The owner and his wife were sitting at a nearby booth. When I continued to plead my case to the cashier, she asked the owner who also refused to accept the Ad Pages App coupon. Again, I pleaded my case based on what is written on the coupon and the owner was adamant about not accepting it. This is over 10% of a $28 tab ($2.80)! The arrogance, shadiness, and disgusting customer service displayed by the owner leads me to not return.
