Pad Thai Dinner - The image shows two Asian dishes on a wooden table: a square white plate with stir-fried noodles containing vegetables, chicken pieces, and sauce, and a bowl of chicken noodle soup with broth, shredded chicken, rice noodles, and chopped green onions. The table surface is wooden, and part of a person's hand and a napkin are visible.

Delicious food and friendly staff. I really appreciate the offering of the different spice levels.

The Thai food was delish! The service was fast. The food packed so much flavor in every bite. The drunken noodles were mmhmmm! The coconut curry was creamy and great!

I came here because I was really craving a spicy Thai style papaya salad and I got it here with shrimp and very spicy. And wow- usually the highest spicy level is disappointing but theirs was delicious and really hit the spot. They use large shrimps and it was so good. Our waitress was so sweet and the food came out fast.

Panhuag - A clear plastic cup holds a Thai-style soup with a creamy, orange-colored broth. The soup contains vegetables such as green beans, onions, and possibly peppers. A white plastic spoon is placed inside the cup, partially submerged in the soup. The cup is resting on a surface with a plastic bag underneath, and the background suggests an indoor setting, possibly a restaurant or food stall.

Chilli Thai offers authentic Thai flavors with great service. The duck plate was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well-spiced. Cozy ambiance and quick service make it worth visiting. Highly recommend for a satisfying Thai meal!

I only have taken food to go here and every time my food has been at a perfect temperature, perfect spice level, and freshness overall. I get yellow chicken curry and chicken egg rolls. I am still pending to eat on-site but like any Thai restaurant, they give you service and good food.

This is my go to spot for Thai food in Carrollton. The food is made when you order so it comes to your table hot and fresh! For appetizers, I usually order the Thai Herbal Chicken which are shreds of chicken and basil leaves fried to crispy perfection and served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Or when it's cold out, I would order the Tom Kha Seafood. The broth is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, sour and creamy while the seafood provides the perfect texture and chew. For the main course, I usually order a noodle dish like Pad Thai or Pad Kee Mao with extra vegetables. Also, I would get the Green or Panang curry. I usually skip dessert because by this point I am stuffed! But I hear the mango with sticky rice is pretty good (when it's in season). Pro Tip: Make sure to ask for the chili tray so you can add extra spice if you want. It comes with four small containers with pickled jalapeños, chili oil, dried ground chilis and sambal. That staff is extremely friendly and will even crack jokes with you. You can also B.Y.O.B. and they don't charge a cork fee if you bring in wine. They also offer delivery through most of the major food delivery services, but I really recommend dining in if you're comfortable with venturing outside of your home. Don't get me wrong, they pack the food well, but the taste and overall experience of the food is better in the restaurant. So grab a wine bottle and a few of your friends and go to Chilli Thai for good food and a great time!

Snapper with Basil Sauce - A plate contains a fried fish fillet topped with sautéed vegetables including onions, mushrooms, and green peppers, with a dark sauce on the side. A bowl of white rice shaped into a cone is placed behind the plate. The setting appears to be a restaurant with a wooden table surface.

The best Thai in the DFW! You can depend on your spice level being the number you provide. The curry is tasty. Fresh herbs and vegetables are in most dishes. The snapper is the best. The chicken spring rolls are crispy and are the perfect appetizer. This location is centralized with nice decor and BYOB service. The owners are friendly and remembered most of the customers by name.

Chicken fried rice - A foam takeout container holds chicken fried rice mixed with vegetables such as carrots, onions, and green onions. The rice appears well-cooked with pieces of chicken and vegetables evenly distributed.

Ordered from here after a longgg time... We ordered chicken fried rice and drunken noodles.. They were hot when we picked it up, even in this bitter cold weather, they made sure that the food was freshly cooked and served hot! We appreciate all those restaurants who were there to serve food in these difficult times! The fried rice was really good, although the spice level was low as to what we ordered but that's not a big deal.. The drunken noodles were great as well, could have a little more spice to it.. but otherwise really good!

Their drunken noodles are phenomenal. I normally don't eat tofu but theirs is so good and absorbs so much of the flavor of the dish.

First time ever leaving a review, my mussamun curry had zero sweet potato or potato, just an entire sliced onion essentially. :(

We're so happy to have found this place because I can confirm the food and drinks are really yummy! The papaya salad is so good! I highly recommend it. I had pannang curry which was flavorful and my husband had Crying Tiger which was perfectly cooked. I asked for a Thai tea with two shots of Baileys. It's not on the menu but I asked if they could make it and they did and it was yummy. I forgot the name of my husband's cocktail but it had flavors we hadn't tasted before, it quite nice and refreshing.

I don't know if i'd come all the way up here to try here again since there's nothing super special to attract me, but it was not a bad experience despite the slow start.

The staff here are very sweet and helpful with questions about the menu and were not afraid to point out popular choices. For instance, I asked which of the dishes were best with roasted duck as the chosen protein. Our server indicated that the Basil Duck and the Duck Curry were the best and that the Duck Curry was more popular. So I chose that and my husband ordered the Thai Lo Mein with Beef and we split the Fresh Salad Rolls with added shrimp with peanut sauce. All of the items were amazing. The curry was unique and included added sweetness from pineapple and lychee. It was soooooooo good. The salad rolls were great with fresh peanut sauce. So nice with the added shrimp. My husband enjoyed the Thai Lo Mein. The decorations are tasteful and depict the Oceanic theme throughout. The restrooms and the restaurant were clean. The Shrimp Bang Bang had a perfect contrast of crispy exterior and tender interior, beautifully seasoned and complemented nicely by the dipping sauce. The Green Papaya Salad struck a nice balance of spice and tang--at level 4 it wasn't too hot, but still very enjoyable. My favorite was the Tom Kha, with its rich coconut flavor and pleasant sourness. For my main dish, I chose the Khao Soi, which was absolutely delicious. Unlike many Thai dishes I've tried elsewhere, this restaurant's offerings--especially the variety of seafood and meat options--have a more refined and subtle flavor. Rather than hitting you with intense heat or sourness, the dishes deliver a gentle, well-crafted taste profile. Their staff is consistently attentive and delivered our food promptly.
