    Nov 2025 seasonal special

We don't get to this location as another one is closer to home and local errands. All's well with service and menu. I got the limited special; see photo. Plenty of food so we had leftovers. Very good bargain.

First time here and it was very good. All the ingredients taste fresh. A decent amount of options to choose from and you can get it in a zeppelin or bowl. Will be going back and trying other options as they all sound good.

Took my husband here today, it was his first time trying. He really like it. Great experience.

This place will probably go down as one of my new go tos. I love a sandwich and salad combo and Bread Zeppelin gets *me*. The salad options here are literally second to none. I was so amazed by the variety and freshness of the ingredients. The bread was so fresh and crispy I loved it. I got the southwest salad with crispy chicken and southwest ranch and when I say there was so much FLAVOR. Deff will be back!

    It's really rusty

Ordered a Lone Star salad for takeout. There were several problems: 1) the mobile app said that the order would be placed on the shelf for pick up. I arrived at the store and couldn't locate the pickup shelf...it turned out that there was no such thing. 2) the salad was not ready for pickup. The staff at the cashier talked to the lady in the prep area and they seemed confused. Another 5 mins wait. 3) the biggest problem was that the salad was not fresh. It's so rusty that you would find fresher salad from your local supermarket. $13 for a rusty salad?! Sent a detailed feedback to the company's customer service and have not heard back in a week. Not a good customer experience. Will not be back.

My yummy lone star zeppelin with Texas spicy greatness. Delicious!

The artisanal baguette is so good. I love zeppelins. It's a salad in a sandwich. Wow. Kinda expensive. Very refreshing.

Starship didn't even come close. pop up isn't open yet. when i first heard the name brooklyn bagel, i was dubious; what if this was just a knockoff of the real deal in new york? i'm happy to say that these bagels are the closest to that big, fat, fluffy bagel we've grown to love. not that many sandwich options but i really enjoyed what they had. i've had the williamsburg and the flatbush and both are great and served warm and toasted. not a huge amount of flavored cream cheese options but the fact that they have choices is a huge plus. we went twice in a month and always buy extras to take home to enjoy later. can't wait for pop up to open, but this is a great addition to the dfw area without having to make the trek to new york. there are some tables inside to sit and eat, which is actually really similarly decorated to the actual brooklyn bagel in new york.

It's one of those places that feels like a hidden gem but also like it's been part of the community forever. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance; relaxed enough to hang out, but polished enough to feel special. The food? Consistently on point. Everything tastes fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and actually made with care (which is rare these days). You can tell the kitchen pays attention to details; flavors are balanced, portions are generous without being over-the-top, and presentation is clean and inviting. Service is another highlight. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy being there. No rushed energy, no attitude; just solid hospitality. Whether you're stopping in for coffee, brunch, or a casual bite, this place delivers. It's quickly become one of my go-to spots and I'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

It feels like a little slice of London right here in North Texas. We tried a variety of pastries, a cake pop, and a London Fog tea. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The London Fog tea was especially delicious and made the experience feel even more special. What really stood out to me was the space itself. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend an afternoon catching up with friends. It would be perfect for a girls' day out, high tea, birthday celebration, baby shower, bridal shower, or bachelorette gathering. Every corner is thoughtfully designed and feels elegant without being stuffy. I can also see why they're so well known for their custom cakes. The displays alone are impressive, and after seeing everything in person, I would definitely consider ordering a cake here for a future special occasion.
