The burger was massive and packed with flavor, and the sliders were cooked to perfection. The onion rings were large, homemade, and delicious, and the cardiac fries were incredible--perfectly cooked and loaded with great toppings. Lastly we ordered the chocolate cake milkshake, expected chunks or bits of chocolate cake, did not find any. The milkshake was ok. This was our first visit, and it was a great experience overall. The cashier was very helpful, offering recommendations and suggesting add-ons, which we appreciated. The supervisor even stopped by our table to check on us and gave us a discount card for our next visit. Great food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service--we'll definitely be back! read more

5/5 Stars"I've been driving past Scotty P's for a while and finally stopped in at the Frisco location for their OG Classic Bacon Cheddar Burger--and I am so glad I did! The ground chuck patty is cooked perfectly over an open flame, giving it an amazing, juicy, homemade grilled flavor. The bacon was super crispy, the cheddar was perfectly melted, and the lettuce and tomato were remarkably fresh. If you're looking for a proper, satisfying burger, this is the spot. I paired mine with their giant, fresh-cut onion rings and left completely stuffed. Great family-friendly atmosphere and friendly staff, too. I'll definitely be back read more

This was my first time at a Scotty P's and I had a great experience. Ordering was super easy, you either order at the counter or they have QR codes to order at the tables. We opted for the Friday special which was 3 sliders, slaw, fries, and a drink for only $10.75. The sliders had an option of beef or chicken. The food came out super fresh and was well seasoned. The staff was super friendly. They also offer a "shake shooter" which is a mini size of their milk shakes. We got the Oreo one and it was so cute and a delicious treat. Another thing I appreciated was the "progress bar" they have on the TV at the top corner of the resturant. Super easy to track your order and see if it's ready or not. They have specials Monday - Friday and what a great deal they are. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a fast casual place with fresh food and great service. read more

Scotty P's makes a pretty solid burger. The staff is nice and it's a good place to get takeout. Not my favorite burger place, but an okay place. read more

First time visit at this location, haven't been since original location. Delivery of food took over 25 minutes, only has two burgers and two kids meals. After complaining about the time, management stated food cooked fesh. Which you expect, but when several customers came in behind you and got their food before you is unexceptable. Burgers were warm, not hot as you would expect. One burger was extremely pink, more on the raw side. Unfortunately I can't add the pics. Kid's chicken tenders was warm to the touch, could actually leave finger on without burning my fingers. Unless you're a first timer, I strongly recommend to not waste your time and money here. read more

I've been to Scotty P's twice and it's in a good location close to everything. They have counter service and lots of TV's so you can catch a game from pretty much all angles. One Thursday night I came by after visiting the chiropractor and decided to come here. I looked on their menu and they had the Thursday Scotty P's special chicken sandwich. I went ahead and ordered the item and specifically asked "is this the Thursday special" in which I was told yes. I got a substitution for onion rings instead of fries instead (extra $1). The total came out to almost $20. So after a little prodding and questioning they were able to fix the discount. I'm a pretty big fan of pub food so this was a perfect meal since it came with a fountain drink as well. This is self-seating but they bring the food over to you. It wasn't too crowded on a Thursday night but it could get busy during a big game. I would say 3.5 stars but I'm willing to give them a benefit of a doubt due to the lack of knowledge for discounting the daily specials. read more

We have been eating here probably since they opened. They make a really great burger (I get the same one every time) and the fry's are pretty good as well. The service is good, go in and place your order at the counter. When it's ready they bring it right out. Never once have we had a bad meal here. I've never left here hungry either. Place is family friendly (and serves adult beverages as well) and always clean. The employees are friendly and seem to have a good time while working. read more

Frisco Scotty P's was a hit for my father/daughter date. Steven set the tone from the minute we got there. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged without being over the top. The kind of service you remember. My 16 year old isn't normally a burger person, but she gave this place a try and gave it 5 stars on her own. She said the atmosphere was "niche," which in teenager language is a serious compliment. She followed it up with an Oreo milkshake and called it one of the best she's had. One detail that mattered to us: we ordered a burger well done, and they actually cooked it well done. A lot of places say they will and don't. Scotty P's did. Shout out to Steven for making this a standout meal. If management sees this, he's a keeper. read more

Stopped by Scotty P's for the first time since I was in the area. I had never heard of them before tbh, but I'm glad I made my way over to check them out after a friend mentioned them to me. The staff was friendly and welcoming and even though I was there after the lunch crowd they were still very attentive and made sure I was taken care of. The place is clean and I wouldn't quite call it a sports bar, but they do have a full service bar, and you can watch sports on the few TVs that they have in there. Definitely a great place for a work lunch, coming with coworkers, family or to just grab a drink with their various Happy Hour specials. I opted to get the lunch special for $9 which was a double cheeseburger with fries (I got sweet potato ones) and they had $2 frozen margs. So I couldn't beat that. The burger was juicy and not dry like some places, the sweet potato waffle fries were slightly over cooked for my preference though. The marg was spot on and had a good taste to it, even though it was frozen it wasn't watered down at all! Talking to some of the staff sounds like they have some pretty good specials and Happy Hour deals throughout the week that I would check out if you're in the area: $2 margs daily, $3 pints and some other specials depending on the day. They also serve a variety of different options depending on what you're in the mood for, so they're not just a burger spot, even though that may be what they're known for. They have Greek kabobs, wings, chicken, etc. Check them out if you're in Frisco, but they also have other locations around the DFW area. read more

Scotty P's in Frisco on El Dorado is my favorite Burger restaurant. The burgers are always cooked to perfection! I consider myself a burger expert and I definitely has decided Scotty P's in Frisco is the best IMO. The quality and taste is substantially better than my other favorite restaurants. Additionally this is a family owned restaurant and the Owners are so friendly, welcoming and generous with their hospitality. I feel like a VIP on every visit. The entire staff are amazing. Matter of fact, ask for Levi, he always greets with a smile and is super friendly and gracious. I have been to several Scotty P locations, but this Frisco restaurant is large, plenty of space, has TV throughout and offers a great choice to watch sporting events. I would highly recommend Scotty P's in Frisco as your next Burger restaurant. read more

Keep driving by this place and think I should try it. Finally did. It's pretty solid. I ordered online and for takeout. I got the hatch Chile burger. They served the chiles on the side at least for take out, which is nice because you can control the heat. It was a generous portion and I just dumped the whole thing on. Bonus points that they were heated up vs cold. Other points for a medium done patty done to doness, giant portion of my burger and those fried onions straws on top making for a great bite. I got a side of giant onion rings and jalo ranch to round things up. 20 bucks ... Ouch! As mentioned I did not dine in but the place itself has a nice casual ambiance, done like a bar. They do have a bar btw the way. It's pretty big too so you can bring a group. Good burger, kinda pricey. Will probably visit again but not all the time due to price. read more

I have always liked Scotty P's. BUT my wife and I just went there and we gave our order to the cashier. My wife ordered her burger, and I ordered the Preston Trail Chili Hamburger with onion rings instead of fries. My wife heard me and said, "Oh, good, I forgot about those." The cashier smiled, and we paid and found a booth. Our food came out as we ordered, except they gave me fries instead of onion rings. I told the man who brought them right there that I had ordered onion rings, and he said, "No problem, I will bring you some." He never showed. Yet he was around the restaurant, and I saw him two or three times. I didn't say anything. I don't know why I just didn't. But I really hate this kind of error when it happens. It happens at all the restaurants. People don't listen, and they don't follow through. read more

When you want to eat somewhere new, yelpers are your best friends. I follow lots of people in the DFW area, so I see patterns of where to go. Scotty P's seems to be very popular, especially with Guy H! While I was going to get a burger, I was really after onion rings. I ordered the regular cheeseburger and 2 orders of onion rings. My to go bag was 3 large containers, which made me curious. Back at the hotel, the pictures show you what I got! The onion ring orders are HUGE! And delicious! The burger surprised me with how good it was. When a burger is flame broiled just right, there is a distinct flavor. This burger was wonderful! Best I've had in a while. Spanky P's is now top of my list for a burger and rings in DFW. Some of the onion rings even made it home with me. A couple of minutes in the air fryer, and bam, great rings again! Guy, and my fellow yelpers, thanks for the recommendation! read more

Very good burgers for a sit down restaurant. I got the Melby which is a burger with fried pickles, asked for it well done and it was. Burger and fries were tasty. Service was excellent and attentive. Atmosphere was decent, had football going on 5 different televisions and good top 100 rock from several decades. Great burgers! Staff was so polite and quick. Burgers were loaded with fresh veggies and patty's were juicy without being greasy. The surprise was the strawberry milkshake.... Best shake I've ever had! Loaded with pieces of berry, super smooth and not too sweet. We also got frings- they were hot and crispy. Great and easy Take-out. Easy to order on app. Instructions provided for pick up with updates on when ready.

We ended up here by accident and by process of elmination. The restaurant smelled wonderful the minute we walked in the door. The buns are amazing. I had the gluten free bun and it was soft and they knew how to grill it to get it crunchy on the bottom. My husband had the regular bun and it looked like a fluffy cloud. He loved it. The burger was actually cooked a little more than I like it, but the flavor was so good, that it didn't matter. The service was good, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My husband loves burgers. I like them, but they are not something that I usually crave or would even usually pick, but I think that I'm going to crave the burgers from here and I just got the basic one. I'm looking forward to going back. read more

The crisp p chicken sandwich is fantastic. However, the onion rings are way too salty. Also, the batter just slides off, and you're left holding a large slice of onion. The regular fries are decent, but the sweet potato fries are too thin and don't have much taste. read more

Food is amazing. Staff are awesome and so are the Margaritas. I will recommend this to all my friends

I placed an order online to be delivered. I realized after a while that I accidentally ordered pick up. I called them to tell them to give the food to someone else because it was too late for me to cancel per door dash. I am not able to drive because I had just had chemotherapy and was on some strong meds. The only thing I wanted to eat was their fried fish. They were so kind to me. A couple minutes later they called me back and offered to deliver the food to my house. I was so happy I cried. When you are going through chemo, nothing taste right and I wanted that fish. I love Scotty Ps! The food is always amazing, especially the fried fish, chicken Kebabs and the grilled chicken sandwich. Every time we go in person they are so nice and the drinks are so yummy!
