I am obsessed with Angie's! When we couldn't eat at home for five days, we went to Angie's eight times. Eight! Here's what you do: 1. Order at the kiosk and pay with card (EVERYTHING is inexpensive for what it is). 2. Wipe down your table and chair (spray bottle and paper towels are usually at the drink station). 3. Wait for your name to be called and pick up your food at the window (usually around five minutes). 4. Prepare your drink if applicable (dispensers for cold brew, energy drink, club soda, etc.). 5. Enjoy! Here's what you don't do: 1. Expect the absolute best meal of your life. 2. Leave trash at the table. 3. Probably don't order the crab nor lobster rolls since it's not really that kind of restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the warm chicken bowls because it consisted of 40-60 grams of protein and kept me full all day. As other reviews mentioned, the flavor is in the sauce/dressing and the best thus far is the Cilantro dressing. I also liked the Chips and Guacamole because the guacamole had a good zing to it. I wanted to like Angie's more than I did, especially after seeing so many people on TikTok bragging about it. We ordered the Extra Large Protein Bowl with grilled chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoes, brown rice, avocado, corn, and creamy cilantro lime sauce, along with garlic flatbread, a warm lobster roll, and a warm snow crab roll. The preparation was okay, but the biggest issue was flavor. Most of the flavor seemed to come from the sauce, while the meats themselves were pretty bland. The grilled chicken, lobster, and crab did not really stand out on their own. The value was also a little disappointing. The lobster and snow crab rolls were underwhelming, and the "extra large" protein bowl felt closer to a normal-sized bowl at other similar fast-casual places. I understand this is fast food, but based on the hype, I expected more. It was not terrible, but it did not live up to the attention it is getting. Newly opened "fast food" place. I had heard about the one in Plano, but had not been there. I knew it was fresh food and economically smart. I went inside to get the lay of the land. You can tell by the way it's set up, keeping the prices low is the goal. That means - you order yourself on a kiosk. You clean off the table yourself if you want to sit there or after you are done (cleaning supplies provided). You even mix your own drinks (refreshers). I didn't mind this, because I got a drink and protein bowl that served as 2 meals for about $12. The Angie's Refreshers. This was cool. It's club soda that you can mix in fresh fruit puree. You get to pick 2 puree flavors as part of the drink. I did a pineapple and peach mango. I got an extra pineapple, because I was not paying attention to the ordering. I used it at home to make a homemade version. I got the cup and puree to make a DIY refresher. I got the protein bowl - grilled chicken, sweet potato, grilled broccoli, avocado with a pesto sauce. Sauce comes in a packet to DIY. The chicken was generously seasoned and juicy. The food was freshly cooked and hot. I really enjoyed it. I don't mind doing a little work, especially if I am not spending more than $20 on a lunch. read more

Healthy and fresh fast food is always so nice to have close by! The menu is simple and seems fairly affordable. It's very similar to salad n go but with a lot more options. I fear this concept may be too healthy for the location but I hope it can last!! The fish sandwich was tasty for my son and he said the bread was even good. The Asian chicken salad was good but a bit spicy. We will def go back. read more

Our family ordered take out and there were numerous issues. First I will say their fries were delicious, best part of the meal. The chicken strips however the entire outside was over done and gave an overall flavor of burnt oil. It was as dark as my oak dining room table. The chicken inside was still juicy but it tells me the oil was old and was on too high a heat. The barbecue sauce was congealed and gloopy. It looked like a jelly. It was so bad. I ordered one of the Cobb warm rice bowls. The proteins (steak & bacon) were both good however the rice was completely mush. It reminded me to eating mashed potatoes it was so soft. I feel like this place is still working out the kinks. The crunch wrap was not very good. The tenders were over fried as seen in the photo. The fries were also cold, i knew they would be as my order was ready within seconds I placed the order. Would have loved waiting longer to get fresh fries. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. There were multiple issues with my order, and the customer service was just as frustrating as the food itself. When I picked up my order, the employee literally said, "Well, I hope it's right." Unfortunately, it wasn't. My fried chicken was completely missing, my bowl was missing the extra sauce I specifically paid for, and one of my bowls contained nuts even though I did not order them. That is extremely concerning because what if I had a serious nut allergy? This could have potentially resulted in a dangerous situation. I also received corn in another bowl even though I never ordered corn. When we brought these issues to the window, the employees were unable to properly help us or resolve the situation. They also took my bowl back from me to add the missing chicken. I was very uncomfortable with this, especially because there are food-safety requirements surrounding the handling of food after it has been handed to a customer. This should not have been handled this way. To make matters worse, I was unable to receive a refund at the restaurant because we were told they were "unable to do so." Instead, I had to go online and fill out a form just to request a refund for items that were missing or incorrect from my order. That is extremely inconvenient and added another unnecessary step to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this was not just one small mistake. There were multiple order errors, an unexpected allergen, food I didn't order, missing items I paid for, poor customer service, concerns about food handling, and no ability to resolve the issue or receive a refund at the window. I understand that mistakes happen, but when an employee tells a customer, "I hope it's right," the order should actually be checked before handing it over. Management needs to seriously improve order accuracy, food-safety practices, and customer service. read more

I love this place. After trying breakfast, lunch and dinner, I've found my favorites! The CrunchBleep with Chicken is amazing. The garlic sauce is my favorite part. Also, for someone counting their macros, you can't go wrong with the protein bowl options. Breakfast was a little odd but only because they used sausage links in some of their items where you wouldn't normally see those but the flavor was great! Stopped in today for the first time what a great healthy menu! I had the large chicken protein bowl. Broccoli, Avocado, tomato, everything was very fresh and tasted great. Also had the beef chorizo crunch wrap awesome!!! read more

There are only three tables full here right now. We had to clean our own table. Trash cans is full and on the floor. Chairs all look gross like some stood on them. Cleanliness is not top. Hopefully the food is worth it. read more

Short Review: The over all experience was chaotic and I will not be coming back. Long Review: I really hope this isn't the "new fast food" as they advertise. Ordering food on their screen menu system was a pain. It was ridiculously organized and not self explanatory. They really need to change it. Everyone there trying to order was very confused. The inside of the restaurant was VERY unkept. Trash over flowing and floors sticky dirty. Same with counter tops. But not to the fault of the staff as they seemed stressed just trying to keep up with orders. But the whole experience was very impersonal and not a relaxed environment that i would want to ever come back for. Please NEVER get rid of ordering from humans at the counter. The food comes in what seems like you would get if you paid for a meal prep service. It was weird. But i will say the food was said by my whole group to be not too bad. And Angie's sauce was . Lobster roll doesn't have any flavor. Your hamburger seems like it was sitting on a shelf. And we don't like kiosk. Better to have a person to take orders and then we can asked questions. read more
