Overall this is a pretty solid burger, easily the best smash burger ever. Waiting in the Texas heat and spending more than 10 seconds to find parking for this food truck was worth the bite. Staff are eneregtic and friendly too! I got the wagyu smashburger with famous fry basket. The tajima wagyu beef was absolutely delicious (very different than the wagyu beef I had in Japan). I really enjoyed how vinegary the pickles were in contrast without taking away from the flavor of the patty. I also especially enjoyed the shape of the fries I haven't seen before and the fact it was deep fried in beef tallow was perfect. You could taste the beef tallow more in the tinier fries, which were my favorite. I've seen French fries in duck fat but not beef tallow before! Points for something different. The area is a beer works so the vibes are nice with the balcony and bar on 2 floors.

Tried this place while visiting Rollertown Beerworks and the burgers are great! I loved every bite and will 100% be going back. Service was quick despite being busy and staff were friendly. Working out of a food truck with this level of busy can't be easy. Definitely stop by here for an amazing bite!

Absolutely delicious Smashburger. I will be coming back. We stayed for trivia on Thursday night and had a great time! They have a bunch of outdoor space and indoor seating. You can sit anywhere once you pick up your burger.

The burger was delicious! Juicie and good! The bun nice, soft and fresh! The bacon good and crispy. The onion rings were good as well! The ladies working the window were very friendly and welcomin!

One of the best burgers we've found in the area! A beautiful brioche bun with a perfectly done wagyu smash burger, sauce, pickles, onions, cheese, and sheer joy tucked inside. Idk what it is, but a smash burger just hits different. The extra carmelization of the burger takes everything up a level. The fries were seasoned well, crisp, and made a stunning compliment to our meal. Tons of tables to choose from and a nice area overall. The team was friendly and we look forward to our next visit!

After hearing a lot of positive comments about Mueller Wagyu I had to give it a try. It is definitely everything that the rumors hyped it up to be and then some. The food truck was simple yet appealing in its own way. It's tucked in corner, but has easy accessibility. The customer service was good. Everyone working in the truck was very welcoming. You can have a seat in various sitting areas around the property. I decided to sit inside as it was too hot to sit outside on the day I was there. Now for the star of the show. The burger is without words the absolute best. It was moist, tender, and juicy. The rich flavor of the Wagyu melts in your mouth. It is simply uhhhhhmazin. The fries were hot, crispy and well seasoned.. I just wish there had been more than the 4 that cane with the meal because they are delicious. The price for the Wagyu I thought was very reasonable. The meal was so satisfying and fulfilling. It is a simple concept with quality products.

So delicious we shared a triple burger which was just the right amount of food for me. The flavor was amazing

5$ water

First time and I wouldn't go back. Burgers were OK nothing crazy nothing special definitely not worth $35 for a burger and fries. Overall would've been better, but the experience was bad due to the lady having an attitude. Food was done when I came up to grab it the lady saw the water in my hand, asked if I paid for it. I replied yes she did proceeded to tell me that the water I had cost five dollars not knowing what I actually paid for upon checkout, the other lady told me in the cooler is where I would get my water first cooler I opened. I saw the water and I took it didn't end up having to pay as the other Co Worker told me to not worry about her and that it was OK

Must try burger experience!!! Service was great! The Bo owner made my burger and the outdoor seating area plus the local brewery offered the perfect location to enjoy the meal. Order the Wagyu Smashburger Basket !!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I stopped by Sky Rocket Burger for a quick dinner after I checked into a nearby hotel. When I…read morearrived, there was only one other customer in the place, which gave me plenty of choices in terms of where to sit. But first, I went to the counter to order my burger and fries from the friendly cashier. I also ordered an orange-cream soda fountain drink, one flavor among the pure-cane-sugar drinks they offer. No high fructose corn syrup here. The burger was actually much better than I expected. I thought it was quite delicious, and the ingredients were quite fresh. The portion size was good, too. The fries were good, but they weren't the standouts in this meal. The burger and the orange-cream soda were more memorable. Although the place was very clean, and I was sitting indoors, where there are lots of tables and bar seating, there was one aggravation: aggressive fruit flies that have no fear of humans, so it was nearly impossible to swat them away. Thankfully, they were not mosquitoes, but it was impossible to keep them from crawling on my cup and food no matter where I sat in the large dining room room. Although the burger was good, prices are probably a bit high for what you get. That together with the fruit flies resulted in my three-star rating. If you can find a day when the flies are calmer, and you're not paying out-of-pocket (as was the case when I went), it might be worth a try if you are needing a quick meal within walking distance of your hotel.

Thick patty but still has that smash-style flavor, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it was aggressively greasy. I'm not delicate and even I felt off afterward. There's greasy comfort food and then there's this. For what it costs, that's a problem. This place feels overpriced for the experience. Wait wasn't awful, but only because I was with friends. Staff was quiet and kind of annoyed, not rude, just not welcoming. The dealbreaker was cleanliness. Fruit flies everywhere near the soda machine. Once you see that, the meal is basically over. Good burger, flawed execution. Not bad, not great. The search for a good burger continues.

I ate the popper, lb&j, and the cowboy, which I love (ate the smokehouse in the past and that's also a top choice). The Cowboys pimento cheese was just the right amount of cheese for the slider and the jalapeno cilantro aioli was an outstanding addition to it. The PB&J - I'm a sucker for jam in a burger and the blackberry jam was refreshing and cool and paired great with the bacon in the peanut butter while still complimenting the meat. The Popper had a lot of rosemary lime aioli which was delicious to bite into. I've been here several times and narrowed down to my favorite 4. The sides (waffle fries, extra sugary drinks, onion rings) could be improved but while the sliders are pricy, they leave a great impression. The service is also very kind to lete grab a lot more ketchup packs and you do feel the "butcher" vibes in the food when you're eating.

Cowboy - Beef, pimento cheese, crispy onion straws, jalapeño cilantro aioli - DELICIOUS. the pimento cheese was the star of the show and made the slider taste extra good 2. Smokehouse - Beef, smoked brisket, Cheddar, pickled red onion, house BBQ sauce, rosemary lime aioli - I enjoyed this the only downside was the brisket was dry and made me so thankful for the drink that came with my meal. 3. Popper - Beef, fried jalapeño & cream cheese, pepper jam, bacon, cilantro, rosemary lime aioli - DID NOT ENJOY. Unfortunately the jam that this burgie came with just overpowered the whole thing and not in a good way. It did not mesh with the rest of the ingredients and the popper had no flavor or filling. It just flattened when I took a bite and I got nothing but a mouthful of that terrible jam. The waffle fries were ok just nothing special. The onion rings though....OMG so crisp, so fresh, so flavorful. Would just come back for those. Service was fine, we were the only people waiting to order so it was quick.

My partner tried a burger and myself the chicken fried steak finger basket. The value for money was big, and I got a large amount of tenders, more so than was stated on the menu. The breading had a bit of an odd texture but overall the fingers tasted good. The gravy tasted a bit off to me but nothing too offputting. The fries were great. My partner also largely liked his burger. He described the bun as "sweet." I think I'd be interested in returning and trying something else, like a sandwich, salad or taco. It wasn't the best food ever, but I enjoyed it enough that I'd return.

My 6-year-old son was very excited to be there and, while looking at the menu, he touched it without realizing it was a digital screen. Instead of calmly explaining that he shouldn't touch it, an older male employee yelled at him in a very aggressive and inappropriate manner. As a parent, I was shocked and saddened to see an adult speak to a young child that way over such an innocent mistake. Children are still learning and deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. The situation made us feel so uncomfortable that we decided to leave without ordering any food. It's unfortunate because we had been looking forward to dining there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff members know how to interact respectfully with families and children. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.
