We couldn't finish the food as they all tasted awful.

such a disappointment, how can you named yourself steam cafe if you can't make soup dumplings right? I wonder if they made gluten-free soup dumplings, no way you can pick them up without breaking the wrapper, and there's no flavor at all, we left hungry.

This establishment cater to fast and common dishes. The volume is reasonable, taste is good, and service is excellent. Need a seat down quick meal, you will not be disappointed. Located behind Carrollton 99 super market.

Food is great l. The dumpling are hand made and the filling is huge. Their steam meal come with 9'e dish plus soup veggies and side dishes it's enough for two people. We also order the milk fish soup it taste amazing. The service is great! They were very at tentative. The place is a little hard to find cause the entrance is small but when you get inside there is a ton of seatings

The waiting time for food was unbelievable long. The waitress explained the bun is fresher made and cooked, and that's why it's taking so long. Well I used to go to Din Tai Fung all the time when I was living in LA. The waiting time was never long. Anyways, the kaofu was not cooked properly, and was still partially cold. The waitress took it off the bill. The vinegar for bun had a sweet soda taste in it. I don't know how the hell that could happen. The total bill is $50.83, not cheap but for this type quality of food is just not worth at all.

As we were waiting, we noticed that 4-5 tables were done eating and paid their bills. All got up and left, the staff quickly cleaned the tables. The cleaned tables were empty for another 15 minutes. The lady that took our names down took a while to call the next customers. Seems like we were waiting just to wait...she sat one party down and waited another 10 minute to sit the next group... anyways, after we waited for a good 40 minutes, we were finally called to be seated. Sat down and was immediately served with water and took our order down. Time for the food review: Chicken popcorn - nice crisp and texture, but lacking flavor. Felt like it needed a dipping sauce. Pork lard rice - disappointing, bland Pork intestine with green mustard - this dish was okay.. Crispy garlic salted fish - fish was nicely fried and flavor was good. Probably the best dish so far Crispy pork chop - this is the reason why we came here.. we wanted to find a dish like May Ice cream. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. The pork chop was extremely salted. From the skin to the pork itself. Walnut shrimp - this dish was foul. Who puts sprinkles on the side?! Tasted like I was eating an ice cream shop. The shrimp was also dry. Overall, not worth going and waiting. Food was lacking.

They have a seasonal symphony set menu and you can get a main and add a soup and a side to it for different pricing. Overall it makes an amazing meal! I love the eggplant salad which is more like fried eggplant with garlic soy dressing which is out of this world! I also love the braised pork chop and it comes with kai lan for a nice meal. First time I went I got free dessert which is probably because I had my toddler with me . Overall I enjoy this place. Their menu isn't too big but the quality is there. Some dishes I didn't enjoy so much was the braised pork rice, actually. It's not bad just not my favorite.

This place is absolutely made for a group outing, and we're already planning to come back with a group to take full advantage. The food was a delight. The Singapore noodles had this wonderful curry flavor that I absolutely loved, and the combo fried rice was just as satisfying. We also ordered the Peking duck (P1 on the menu). It was good, though not quite as flavorful on its own as we'd hoped. That said, once you load it up with the hoisin, cucumber, and spring onions, it all comes together beautifully. The bao buns that came with it were soft and delicious, honestly a highlight. We also sipped on hot jasmine tea throughout, which was the perfect, refreshing complement to the whole meal. A solid spot with great vibes, tasty dishes, and room to grow on us even more with a return visit.

The bbq pork and roasted pork was okay. The bbq pork was lacking flavor and the roasted pork was not very juicy. Overall, we liked majority of our dishes. It's a self service restaurant, but enough tables to also sit down and eat. The staff was really kind and helped me throughout the entire night, guiding me through the process. It's similar to other malatang places, where you pick your own ingredients. The only thing is any meats you'd want is already in a smaller bag on the side, with a fixed weight. I'm assuming it's for sanitary reasons. The per pound price is a bit higher, but it's justified- the flavor of the stir fry was really flavorful, all the ingredients are very fresh. They also give you a loyalty card where you can get free items if you order X amount of times.

Sadly there was no lamb. The sauce bar only had soy sauce and white vinegar. If I want a build your bowl hotpot, yin tang has way more options and they don't have a 1 lb minimum, and they have sauce options. They had many noodle options, but no low carb noodles. No shirataki knots, sadly. I'm doing keto, so this was disappointing because yin tang has shirataki knots. I got spicy level 1. The soup tasted good and I liked what I added to my soup. The sauce bar was extremely disappointing.
