The viet braised pork belly is way better and softer. Still a solid spot. Some dishes hit and miss. Our group has our go to dishes. Next time maybe I'll try the Dan Dan noodles.

While there were some minor differences, overall the quality here was the same and you really can't go wrong with it. $15/lb and I NEVER need more than .75 lb to fill me. You choose absolutely everything that goes in it so everything down to the taste and amount is specific to you (you fill a bowl with raw ingredients and it gets boiled into a broth of your choice for you). All of it is fresh and healthy. The Plano location does have way more soup options (I love the mushroom, but this one only had tomato!) but I'd say this location has more topping options. I'm a spice baby, so get the tomato soup here if you're weak to spice like me. A great concept as always!
