Soooooooooo good! I cannot explain how much I enjoyed the food. The wontons in chili oil were incredible. The beef noodle soup was really good. I love the texture of their rice noodles. Next time I want to try the duck!

FANTASTIC experience, 10/10. My friend and I were both very happy with our meals. Very flavorful, great portions, and the staff was especially helpful explaining the menu and helping me choose something. They have GF options for noodles!!

Super awesome customizable mifen spot. I don't know why I thought it was a breakfast acai spot for the longest time. We ordered the dry version of their mifen and it did not disappoint. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the meat was pretty tender. We also ordered a side of the Taiwanese sausage as well as the strawberry yogurt drink. I would love to try their broth version as well as their other apps. I've honestly been thinking about this place since we had it and I'm excited to go back and try their other menu items.

The taste at Yo Bowl is honestly great. They don't skimp on the ingredients, and the portion size is decent enough to leave you satisfied. The service is also a major plus--super friendly and attentive. However, the price is a little steep. Paying almost $20 for a bowl of noodles and a single fried egg feels like a bit much. I'll definitely be back because the food is quality, but I'll probably have to limit my visits to once a month to keep my wallet happy.

I haven't been to k-town for a long while. There's a great variety of Asian cuisine here -- Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Hong Kong Cantonese, etc. Yo! Bowl is a causal Taiwanese style Chinese eatery. The menu is simple so it won't take you long to place your order. We got their braised spicy beef noodle soup, cucumber salad , and a hibiscus tea. The noodle soup was fantastic! The broth was rich and savory, not too spicy. The beef was chunky, tender, and savory. We weren't able to finish the broth. As usual, we boxed it and took it home to make another noodle soup. Asians don't waste food :) We also loved the cucumber salad. Sprinkled with toasty wok-fried peanuts, the cucumbers were fresh and crunchy with a touch of sesame oil flavor. We liked the hibiscus drink, which was fruity and refreshing. The place is clean, casual, and homey. We'll come back to try other dishes, like the chicken katsu, Taiwanese sausages, spicy dumplings, etc.

Staff was very nice and it's very clean restaurant. We picked build own noodles bowl. It's good flavor in both soup one and dry one. Pickle cabbage is really good inside the noodles. Hubby liked the fries a lot, the flavor is awesome, but a little pricy. Tofu needs some flavor. Might skip dumplings and definitely no cucumber salad next time.

After literally years of not yelping....I'm back. Why? Because Dallas has so much good food and not as many foodies posting in yelp as it deserves. With that said, 'Yo! Bowl' delivers. It is located underneath a high end apartment building complex with easy and free covered garage parking next to it. It's cold inside but that is just how anywhere in DFW does their AC. Get some warm noodle soup and it's the perfect combo! Braised Beef Mifen is their star dish. Get it with all the free toppings. The pickled ones make it. It comes spicy, but super mildly spicy. I'm painfully caucasian when it comes to heat, and this spice level didn't hurt me at all. Not a ton of beef - but this ain't' BBQ. Enjoyed the depth of flavor in broth. Chili Oil Wontons were great. Smaller portion but the wontons had a good, fresh chew to them. You gotta love that. So often wontons are cheap and pre-made. Not these. Beef rolls were killer. The pancake was almost sweet. Very akin to fried dough. Great when dipped in black vinegar and soy sauce mixture. THE BEST DISH WAS THE CUCUMBER SALAD! Omg. I'm a sucker for a cucumber salad so I get it at every Chinese place that has it. This one SLAPPPEDDDD. I could have drank the sauce. Salty, sesame, umami flavors came alive on the freshly smashed cucumber - and there was almost a whisper of heat? Perhaps chili oil? Idk. All I know is that it's the best one I've had all year! Waitress was good. Food came out fast. Fairly priced. Cheers

So this place is located off George Bush and Old Denton. It's at the bottom of an apartment complex. When you turn into the parking garage from Old Denton, make a right, park on the row near the apartment courtyard and you will see the storefront. Now about the food. I ended up there because I wanted ramen. I went with the recommendation instead and got the braised beef bowl with rice noodles. Those noodles were larger. I should have went with ramen. Next time. I got it to go. There was very little wait because it had just opened. That worked out because I hear it can get pretty busy at times. I enjoyed it when I got home. They give you plenty. I did add hoisin sauce and a bit of sriracha sauce to mine once I got home.

We recently moved to the area and I wanted to check this place out after seeing in on social media. Everything we tried was good but the standouts were the signature dry beef mifen. The noodles are chewy, soft and bouncy. The sauce was slightly too salty but overall it was really flavorful. I added a fried egg and it definitely took it to the next level. You can also build your own bowl. The dumplings were so good! They were super juicy and tasted amazing. The scallion pancake was also very flaky and crispy. We tried their homemade yogurt which was good and their wintermelon tea was refreshing as well. They also offer samples of their drinks which is nice. Overall great place. Server forgot some items but rectified them quickly.

Food is outstanding! The soup dry or not dry is very good if not a little on the spicy side. Definitely recommend caution for someone with low heat preference. The service is top notch with great customer service and hospitality especially for newcomers. It's a must visit spot!

So homey and so good! The guy taking our order was so informative and nice. We ordered two build our own with braised beef, wonton, and wintermelon tea. Literally would get every single one thing again. Wintermelon tea was the best I've ever had. Wonton was packed.

Mifen (rice noodles with sliced beef) - i was so hungry I forgot to take a picture BEFORE mixing it

Most important tip: Parking It's a little tricky navigating here because you have to park in the apartment complex's garage. 5 * Food: Beef Rolls - These rolls are so delicious and you need to eat them asap as they come out. The meat is tender and juicy. The combination of fresh herbs and the savory richness of the beef just delights you. Although I'm not a big rice noodle fan, the noodles are fantastic. It's chewy and springy that just amplifies the dignitaries wonderful beef dishes here. If you're looking for something lighter, the yogurt drinks are really good since they're made fresh daily. Eating the Taiwanese Sausages ( 台湾香肠) is almost like being back home for my family. It's that freaking good!

    Fried duck

Ordered marinated golden soy sauce chicken today. Delicious! The chicken is incredibly flavorful and tender. The owner mentioned that they use chickens with no hormone injections. We ordered the fried duck twice. The first time, it was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the second time, the duck was quite dry and had a slightly overpowering smell. We'll definitely give it another try--hoping it will be as good as the first time! Their pickles are also fantastic--even my kids love them!

When you walk in, you place your order at the front, receive a buzzer, and then pick up your food cafeteria-style from the kitchen counter area once it's ready. Everything is self-serve, which is why they don't accept tips. The utensils are tucked away in a pull-out drawer on the side of the table--super cute. They also offer complimentary hot soup for dine-in guests that you can pour yourself at the water station. The food here is a solid 10/10. I'm from California, where we're not exactly lacking in amazing, authentic Korean food--especially in LA and the Bay Area (Santa Clara in particular). Came here from a post on social media with high hopes. Ordered our food at the kiosk and took a seat. Later an employee came over to inform me they were sold out of something I ordered and let me choose something else. This is fine and not a part of my negative review - it happens - I chose the beef noodle soup, extra spicy, with marinated egg. The cucumber salad we ordered was lacking any and all seasoning. Sadly I make a version of this salad at home, Chinese style, and it is way more flavorful. They didn't let the cucumbers soak in salt beforehand, so they were completely flavorless. Even after adding soy sauce it still didn't save it. Normally the wife and I finish the cucumber salad at other places we order it from, but we didn't even finish this one. When our soup arrived it was extremely oily. Basically mostly oil it seemed, you can see it coating and clinging to the entire spoon. Complely unappealing. I'm not sure if this is something particular to this style/region of a Chinese food or what, but I couldn't eat it. Even worse than the oil issue however, was that the meat in the soup was completely inedible! Literally each piece was either 95% ligament or fat and was just chewy and wouldn't even break down. I kid you not there was maybe a nibble of tender edible meat in the entire bowl of soup. And I don't say this lightly, I'm not a picky eater and generally try to find the positive in food. To top it off, I didn't even get the right kind of egg I ordered in my soup. I wonder if they gave me someone else's order. Either way, it was terrible. Ended up leaving almost the entire soup, even though I was starving. As for positives, the egg noodles in the soup were okay. That's all I can give it. Also, the soup dumplings were delicious. However, given the disappointment in the rest of the food here, we will not be coming back just for soup dumplings. Sadly, this was a huge let down. No wonder it was so empty.
